He's come a long way from that cupboard under the stairs! Something wicked this way comes as Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe purchases his 3rd New York residence for a whopping $5.65 million. That's right, 3rd property! All of which he's paid $4+ million for. Pint size Potter isn't playing.
Radcliffe's new digs reside in New York's West Village (read: Gayborhood), on West 12th Street between Greenwich and Washington. The South facing abode is a not too shabby 3000 square feet, with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, complete with private entrance, back yard AND tree lined, cobble stone streets. The renovated apartment is also of historical significance; it is one of three adjoining houses originally built in 1847 by a sea captain for his three daughters.
