According to Usmagazine.com, Spencer Pratt admits to MTV News that many citizens of Hollywoodland have a problem with alcohol. After his sister, Stephanie, was busted over the weekend for a DUI, Pratt attempted to lift some of the blame off her. It ain't always the playahs, he explains, it's the game. The club promoters just provide too much temptation with their high-end liquour offerings.
"'If you're out at a club every night having drinks, then you're drinking every night of the week,' he says. 'First, it starts off, 'Oh, I just love this dancing and having fun with friends.' But it's like, even though you're just having a couple of cocktails, [it adds up].'"
Ok, I realize a mistake is a mistake and a DUI is a big f**king mistake. But with a salary like She-Pratt's, why not just call a cab? Get a fancy town car if you're so concerned about image. I can't wrap my head drunk celebrities behind the wheel. You make an inordinate amount of money. Enough money to buy your own driver. What you spend on bail could buy you at least six month's worth of taxi service.

That's because Spencer doesn't know anything about personal responsibility. It isn't the bars responsibility to know if someone has a drinking problem. And sometimes people don't appear as intoxicated as they are. It is up to each individual to know how much they can consume and drive safely. If they can't drive all they have to do is call a cab. It's that simple.

I agree... catch a cab. Drunks on the road kill people that's why we have laws and Spencer is a douche for suggesting it's the bars fault.
