She filled talk show host Jimmy Kimmel in on her early beginning in the entertainment industry, leaving home at the age of fourteen and attempting to home school herself.

Recently, Nikki admitted that she was able to quit smoking cigarettes with the help of her Greek shipping heir boyfriend, Paris Latsis, whom she has been dating since this summer. Her smoke-free lifestyle agrees with her, as evidenced by her big smile.
