It was just another day at the beach for 90210 star Trevor Donovan. He spent the day filming with cast members Matt Lanter and Tristen Wilds.

At one point during the day, two female fans approached Trevor and asked him for a photo and an autograph. Trevor happily obliged, and the fans got to touch Trevor's bare flesh.

He's made two fans for life.

Taking a break from kissing her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Kellan Lutz, 90210 star, AnnaLynne McCord lent her pouty lips to help support the troops. The actress participated in the Cosmopolitan magazine and Maybelline's "Kisses for the Troops" event Wednesday morning in Times Square event. For those of you who are wondering what she's looking for in a good kiss, "A kiss that's sealed with love!"

The cause is one that is near and dear to McCord's heart. She explains, "My sister was in the National Guard. I know what she went through, and what these guys go through. It's amazing what they're doing for our country every single day."

Well, maybe this will seal the deal for her Cosmo cover.

The CW loves to add spice to its teen dramas with gay romance. First, Gossip Girl's Chuck Bass has a man-on-man kiss and now 90210 will begin a lesbian storyline. Come this January, Rumer Wills (Gia) and Jessica Lowndes (Adrianna) will enjoy a hot and heavy romance in the halls of West Beverly.

Executive Producer Rebecca Sinclair insists "This isn't a fling. We're coming at this [relationship] from a genuine place and not going, 'Let's do a titillating story that will grab some promotion.' This is a real aspect of teenager life that's interesting...And there's been a real void in the 90210 universe in terms of gay and bisexual characters."

Everything boils down to ratings in the world of Hollywood, regardless of 90210's "reason" for the lesbian relationship. Not that I'm complaining, I think the idea is great, though I doubt the true motivation is as noble as Sinclair would have us believe. I plan on keeping an eye on The CW. If Melrose Place and The Vampire Diaries suddenly implement a gay romance I'll know something fishy is going on.

Hoping to leave behind her reputation for being difficult, Shannen Doherty is striking out on her own with a reality television series tentatively entitled, Shannen.

The 38-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 alum recently teased of her upcoming project, "I'll be back on TV very soon. There will be an announcement very soon. I promise you that." A source dishes more details to E! Online, "They're still figuring out exactly how it will be done. It may even have some scripted elements."

Doherty has reportedly been shopping the show around to several networks and according to the snitch, "She's excited about it, because she doesn't want that stigma anymore of being a bitch."

The last time Doherty found herself on reality television, it was in the short-lived Oxygen series Breaking Up With Shannen Doherty back in 2006. The series featured Shannen helping women call it quits with their boyfriends and my relationship almost came to an end because I was so highly amused with the novelty of the concept.

Red carpet regular, AnnaLynne McCord, reportedly has her sights set on landing the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine.

Page Six claims the 90210 starlet posed for a photoshoot two weeks ago, but is gunning for the January cover. Girlfriend is hoping to nab herself top billing, like her CW bretheren from Gossip Girl.

A snitch tells the gossip outlet that McCord is "desperate for" her 8-page spread to be a cover and adds, "This would put her alongside Blake Lively as one of the hottest young actresses of the moment." Maybe she should stop with this business.

Yet another celebrity is coming out to support the Los Angeles-based Dodgers. Earlier this month, Pete Wentz threw out the first pitch at Dodger stadium and now, 90210 star, Jessica Lowndes is scheduled to sing to baseball fans.

The CW actress, who stars as Adrianna Tate-Duncan in the series, will be showing off her vocal talents with a rendition of "God Bless America" in the middle of the seventh inning.

Everybody wants to be a pop star, I guess.

The Secret Life of an American Teenager...aka my shameful Sunday night secret. The new 90210...so bad but I require myself to watch. Yes, tween-targeted television is indeed my cultish obsession. But now, my "therapy sessions" are also the fodder for celebu-spawn Rumer Willis' fledging acting career. Apparently, interning at Marc Jacob's and hosting b-day parties at Tao, gets old...fast. Rumor has it, she wants to get back to her acting roots. Her first role was playing her dad's kidnapped daughter in Hostage; and now, she's aiming to one-day star alongside both mom and dad (sans each parent's child bride), but as someone other than their daughter.

Step One: Return to the big screen.

Taking a page from this year's summer of death, Hollywood's horror fest just got started with the Halloween 2 weekend. Rumer's starring role in Sorority Row on September 11 is looking to warm audiences up for Megan Fox's highly anticipated Jennifer's Body. A 1983 slasher remake? Perhaps Rumer's got Mia Farrow potential after all...

With Audrina in tow, this slasher is definitely making the Hollywood Hills alive with the sounds of screaming.

CW star, AnnaLynne McCord, is all about some crazy clothing and the 90210 launch party sponsored by the show's network and Nike was the perfect excuse for her to bust out her favorite black bustier, red leggings, lace gloves and boots. There's even a leather bra in there somewhere and green, polished fingernails.

Her hair looking as wild and crazy as her garish ensemble, AnnaLynne posed with her considerably more conservatively dressed sister, Angel McCord, at the Ricardo Montalban Theatre in Hollywood.

Lori Loughlin, too, had a little bit too much going on. The star was looking super-tan in one-shoulder, pattern dress. On the other end of the spectrum, Jessica Lowndes kept it simple in a black, lace mini-dress, pink lipstick and a big smile.
