So, we have good news and we have bad Amy Winehouse news. The Back to Black singer appears to have gained so much-needed weight, which is the good news. The bad news, is that it's all plastic and, well...in her boobs. So, we're not sure it's a great indication of her returning health.

The British pop star was all smiles at the 2009 Q Awards in London in her little red dress with a dramatic plunging neckline. Surprisingly enough, she managed to make pop tart, Lily Allen, look positively demure, with her cream-colored suit and sweet smile. And Lily was rewarded for her good behavior with a Q Award for best track for her single, "The Fear."

Singer Amy Winehouse apparently had the operation at London's exclusive Harley Street Clinic to restore her 'voluptuous curves' and is now up to a 32D.

A 'clinic insider' told The Sun: "She looks amazing, like a new woman. Amy told us she wanted a new look - it's all part of her fresh start for her big comeback.

"We all feared she'd fallen off the wagon when she came in. Then we saw her bouncing around with these huge boobs which stand out as she's so tiny and skinny."

Amy and the singer were spotted leaving Pizza Express in Covent Garden where they were celebrating a belated birthday for Amy. The pair also stopped off at fish restaurant Livebait before heading to the

After Dark jazz club where Amy, who was 26 on Monday, took the stage for an impromptu live gig.

A clubber said: "She was mobbed by fans in the tiny venue, and when one asked her for a kiss, she replied: 'Sorry, I'm with my boyfriend'."

I'm thinking the pair is just blowing smoke, although anyone is better than Blake Fielder-Civil.

At least that's what I like to think why she did it. Amy Winehouse stepped out yesterday with streaks of make-up that resembled freckles on her nose.

The singer, who's famous for her beehive and eyeliner, unveiled her new look as she went to the dentist in London. Amy, 25, had an emergency appointment to get two fillings.

What a difference a year makes. While she wore her signature beehive and shirt that she wore to last year's V Festival (photo on the right) in Essex, England, Amy Winehouse looked 1000 times better (photo on the left) at this year's festival. She also gave a fantastic performance. She took to the stage to perform with The Specials for a medley of their tracks "You're Wondering Now" and "Ghost Town."

The crowd cheered as the singer came on stage, introduced by the band as "our good friend Amy." Meeting them backstage, they invited her to guest for them and made her dream come true.

Winehouse was seen on stage earlier in the day alongside Pete Doherty but she did not sing.

It's been a while since we last saw Amy Winehouse heading to court for one legal issue or another. The 25-year-old British singer was charged with assaulting dancer Sherene Flash and here she is heading to court to deal with the issue.

Winehouse performed at a charity ball last September in central London's Berkeley Square and is alleged to have struck Flash after she requested Amy pose for a photograph. The incident is cited as "deliberate and unjustifiable violence" which took place in a dressing room after the event.

The Daily Mail reports that it was when Sherene's drunk friend Kieran Connelly tried to get into the picture that Amy punched the dancer in her right eye. Amy's punishment should be to require her to tattoo the words "approach at your own risk" across her forehead.

It was at a London courthouse singer Amy Winehouse and her hubby Blake Fielder-Civil were granted a "quickie" divorce. With Winehouse admitting to adultery during the couple's short-lived married life together, it took about 75 seconds for proceedings to take place, according to People.

Fielder-Civil sought the divorce, claiming that his life with Winehouse was "intolerable" and cited her admission of adultery in April 2008. Since that date, neither party has been living together.

Within six weeks--barring any unforeseen circumstances--the split should be finalized. That's right boys, you can have a piece of this, if you'd like. Single file, please.
