Lady, give it up! Virgie Arthur is supposedly heading to the Bahamas to ask a judge to award her guardianship of the tiny human dollar sign .

Virgie Arthur just won't go away. She'll be in the Bahamas tomorrow, asking a judge to award her guardianship of Dannielynn -- this, according to Court TV Correspondent Jean Casarez. Jean tells TMZ that Virgie wants guardianship pending a ruling on who's the daddy.

But there are several obstacles standing in her way. In addition to the fact that Anna detested Virgie, Jean has learned that the Supreme Court of the Bahamas has directed Social Services on the island to do a background check on her. Social Services will also do background checks on Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead. The findings will be revealed in court tomorrow.

And speaking of Social Services, Jean learned that there is no current investigation as to whether Dannielynn is currently in safe care with Howard K. Stern. That's because no formal complaint has ever been lodged.

I doubt Howard K.'s using her as a coaster or anything. She's his meal ticket. Virgie needs to recognize. You know if she found out that the baby couldn't get her any scratch, she'd be like "Uh, well you know, I've really raised my children. And I'm proud of the job I did. Danielynn needs to be with young people who haven't raised their children, yet. Right. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to get to bingo and then it's Ladies Night down at the Lariat. Two for one Bud Lights!"

This is one of the highest honors. Law & Order is filming an episode with a plot based on Anna Nicole's death . Who's the lucky lady playing the character based on Anna? The ghetto Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Kristy Swanson.

Sources tell Fox.com's Roger Friedman that the first, fictionalized TV version of the tragedy will be filmed shortly, and that Kristy Swanson, the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer, will play Anna. As for Howard K. Stern, sources say he could be played by Jon Lovitz. A character based loosely on Anna's mom Virgie Arthur and her half-sister Donna Hogan will also be included, while Larry Birkhead's role supposedly isn't being included.

In a weird way, this fits. Kristy's no stranger to scandal seeing as she stole her Ice Skating With The Stars (or whatever it was called) partner from his wife and got knocked up by him. Nice work, Kristy. Way to try to stay out of obscurity. Also, Sam Waterston always appears drunk to me. He probably has Parkinson's, which makes me an asshole but if not - I get the feeling his lunches are liquid. Anna would have approved. See, destiny!

The judge is acting like a total donkey . He seriously wants to be on Surreal Life Fame Games. Any second now he's gonna be in a puffy dress and singing "I Wrote A Letter to Daddy".

Seidlin - who earlier compiled a demo tape of his engaging courtroom theatrics to shop around for a possible TV deal, according to TMZ.com - has made his own headlines with his playful, outspoken and occasionally sharp manner, whether attacking terms of Smith's will ("no woman in America would sign a clause like that") or honing in on Smith's drug use and Stern's financial dependence on Smith.

Levity is an added factor in Seidlin's courtroom. Larry Birkhead, who is battling Stern in a side dispute over paternity of Smith's 5-month-old daughter Danielynn, confessed on the stand that he was "having a hard time" reaching a conclusion on where he'd like to see Smith's body buried. "You?" Seidlin interjected. "What about me?"

Demo tape? DEMO TAPE? Flavor of Love 3 with Judge Seidlin? Easy there, your honor. I'm sure if you rolled up on Hyde with no panties, you're guaranteed a reel on TMZ at this point.

On today's episode, we'll be learning why having a the potential to come into a LOT of money, combined with a nasty drug habit is a really easy way to find yourself surrounded by hangers-on who JUST MAYBE might not always have your best interests in mind. Follow me, children, while I weave a tale of how Larry Birkhead testified that Howard K. Stern provided his client/sort-of-girlfriend with a gym bag full of pills while she was supposed to be in the hospital to get off drugs.

Birkhead, who insists he's the father of Smith's baby girl, said Smith was four months pregnant when she was hospitalized to kick her prescription drug habit. But her lawyer Howard K. Stern "was thwarting efforts to get her off meds," Birkhead alleged, giving her extra pills from the secret satchel.

"She was taking meds on top of what she was getting from the IV," Birkhead said.

Additionally, Anna's mother testified that drugs caused Smith to accuse her family--most specifically her mother--of abuse on the video shown in court. Howard K. Stern was also grilled by the judge until he conceded that yes, he had been completely financially dependent on Smith since 2002 and is in the position to receive 6% of anything that Smith would inherit from her tycoon late husband.

It sounds like a bunch of people sitting down to play monopoly, and the person in charge of the bank is passed out while the rest of the players fight over who gets to have the baby game piece.

Whoo-hoo! Jesus Christ, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if they found footage of Anna sitting on JFK's face. That's crude, but seriously - did Howard K. Stern ever put down the camcorder? No, because he saw this messy chick's life as a virtual cash cow. Anyway, here's some interesting footage of Anna getting sexy with the DOCTOR WHO PRESCRIBED HER THE METHADONE SHE WAS TAKING WHILE PREGNANT . Yeah, I'm trying to think if I've ever rolled around topless with my doctor. That's ok, right? I mean there's nothing wrong here, right? So I showed my manboobs for Vicodin...I was in PAIN!

TMZ has obtained shocking video footage of Anna Nicole Smith and a shirtless Dr. Sandeep Kapoor getting hot and heavy at a West Hollywood, Calif. gay bar in 2005.

Both Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern can be seen looking on as Anna gets groped and licked by Kapoor, who is currently the subject of an inquiry by the California Medical Board over his possible misconduct in the prescribing of methadone to an alias used by Smith.

As TMZ first reported, a prescription for methadone was written by Dr. Kapoor on August 25, 2006 for "Michelle Chase," a known alias of Anna Nicole Smith, who was eight months pregnant at the time.

Maybe it was dry humping for charity? Why were they in a gay bar? Larry Birkhead does look like a little light in the loafers. Was he hosting? But seriously, is Dr. Kapoor taking patients? That's the kind of care I need.

As Anna Nicole's corpse moulders (no, really, it is), her estranged Mom took the stage ..I mean stand in Florida today to bash Howard K. and throw some love on Larry Birkhead and deny that she's in it for the money. Much like I did yesterday with Howard K. Stern's lies, I'm going to provide you with Virgie's in handy list form. Enjoy!

After taking questions about being paid by a paparazzi agency, Arthur charged, "The only one who's ever made any money off my daughter is that man right there," pointing to Stern. She added, "I heard that "ET" is buying her death funeral ... for a million bucks."

"Death funeral"? Is that like "birth christening"? Sorry, Virgie, go on.

Virgie Arthur told the court that she and Anna Nicole Smith's ex-lover Larry Birkhead had a "special bond," and that Birkhead left flowers at Daniel Smith's grave in the Bahamas. She was not allowed, she claims, to know the location of Daniel's grave on a recent visit, but when she learned the location, she found flowers from Birkhead there.

Sweet. Oh, there's more. Don't even think about not reading it.

A cover sheet for a fax dated February 3rd of this year was procured by TMZ, and makes it look like perhaps Anna Nicole Smith had been in the process of revising her will just six days before her death. Included in the fax was Anna's will, and listed on the cover sheet was a phone number and the letters RAR. TMZ is theorizing that the letters correspond with the initials of Howard K. Stern's lawyer, Ron A. Rale. According to the site:

TMZ has obtained a statement from Smith's former nanny in which she alleged Smith tried to take her life twice after Daniel died. Under the will, Stern was not protected. Daniel was the only beneficiary with Stern as trustee. As a result, Smith's infant daughter would inherit her mom's property outside the will, and unless Stern could prove he was the father, he would probably lose his claim to serve as trustee.

As for the dispute over Anna's remains, despite being embalmed, her corpse is unfortunately deteriorating at a rate that is quicker than anticipated according to Dr. Joshua Perper, the county's chief medical examiner. As a result, court proceedings have been fast-tracked in the hopes of determining where she is to be buried before it becomes impossible to hold an open-casket ceremony. The goal is now to have the case decided by Friday.

And the paternity issue over her baby continued in Los Angeles, despite the fact that Larry Birkhead, Howard Stern, and Anna's mother were underway with court proceedings on the other side of the country. According to E! News Online:

During the closed-door hearing, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider ordered a DNA sample taken from Smith last week be turned over from the Broward County coroner and be tested for paternity by another expert.

The result was that it has been ordered that both DNA samples from Howard K. Stern and Anna's daughter be obtained. However, with the baby in the Bahamas and out of the jurisdiction of either court, it's anyone's guess as to how they'll get a hold of that.

Baby steps, my friends. Baby steps.

So, Howard K. Stern's on the stand, facing off against Larry Birkhead as to where Anna Nicole should be buried. Howard has the time to go to court, now that his job keeping his celebrity junkie plied with enough drugs to stay docile and keep making interviews to sell is over. You know, considering she's dead. • Howard K. Stern's lawyer Krista Barth complained to Judge Larry Seidlin that Larry Birkhead's lawyer Deb Opri, sitting just a few feet from Stern, accused him of "killing" Anna Nicole Smith during court proceedings this morning.<
• Stern said that he and Smith became "more than friends" two years ago, having met years before when Stern became her lawyer. He also said that they kept their romantic relationship secret. '"We became more than friends," said Stern. "She was my whole world, everything to me. She was my lover."

Anna Nicole Smith's body will now be released from the coroner's office after a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge ruled that enough DNA had been procured from Smith's remains to satisfy Larry Birkhead and his legal team.

"Based upon the determination of our lab this weekend that we had sufficient DNA samples, we notified both parties that we have no problem with the release of the body of Anna Nicole Smith," said Debra Opri, the lead attorney for Birkhead.

Now that the DNA has been acquired for the paternity testing to begin, it's been recommended that Anna's body be released to a funeral home so arrangements may be made to finally lay her to rest. However, that's a whole new battle altogether, with Howard K. Stern fighting for Anna to be buried with her son in the Bahamas against the wishes of her mother, who hopes to bring her daughter back to Texas.

Um. This is just sad.

With everybody and their brother (well, in this case, sister) giving their two cents on the abrupt and mysterious passing of Anna Nicole Smith, the circumstances surrounding her death seem to be getting more complicated. Bonnie Stern, the sister of Anna's partner, Howard K., claims that she spoke with her brother on the day of Anna's death and that he was not with Smith when she died, but knew that she had been very ill during the hours before her demise.

Bonnie Stern said her brother told her that Smith was running a fever of 105 degrees and that a nurse was "icing her down" earlier that day.

"When he left her, she was sleeping," Bonnie Stern said.

Bonnie Stern said that he had tried to get Smith to visit a doctor but Smith had refused because she was afraid that it would garner publicity. When news reached him that Smith was dead, she said, he had been gone only for about two hours.

Bonnie also talked about Larry Birkhead, the former flame of Anna's who claims to be the rightful father of Dannielynn, saying:

"Larry Birkhead was not her boyfriend. There were times of some intimacy."
