The husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor said Friday that he had a decade-long affair with Anna Nicole Smith and may be her infant daughter's father.

The claim by Prince Frederick von Anhalt comes amid a paternity suit over Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn. The birth certificate lists Dannielynn's father as attorney Howard K. Stern, but former Smith boyfriend Larry Birkhead is waging a legal challenge, saying he is the father.

"If you go back from September, she wasn't with one of those guys, she was with me," von Anhalt told The Associated Press in an interview Friday.

But...ummm, huh....well.....aw, f*ck it.

Anna's Mom, Virgie Arthur, was on ABC this morning. She's attributing Anna's death to drugs, and re-stating her opinion that Larry Birkhead is the baby's father . She also thinks Daniel Smith's death a couple of months ago was no accident. Jesus H.

"I think she had too many drugs," Arthur told "GMA" anchor Robin Robert, "just like Danny." This was an apparent reference to Smith's 20-year-old son Daniel, who died suddenly in the Bahamas last year.

Arthur has said in interviews that she believes that Daniel's death was not an accident.

A 28-year veteran of Texas law enforcement, Arthur has been very frank about her disappointment in Anna Nicole because of her use of drugs and her "hanging out with the wrong crowd."

Hugh Hefner spotted her and immediately saw the resemblance - her striking features and her figure was almost uncanny. She appeared in Playboy for the first time in March of 1992 and was the centerfold in May of that same year. In 1993 she was named Playmate of the year, and was named Guess Jeans official spokes model. What she is most remembered for is her marriage to Billionaire J. Howard Marshall who was 89 and died 14 months after they were married. Pulling Anna into long drawn out legal battles over the family fortune. Anna Nicole lived a whirlwind life with plenty of tragedy, pain and drama. So today on the day after her death we find ourselves wondering what happened to Anna and let the speculation and rumors of how she died begin.

I shouldn't judge, but this one made even me gag, and I laughed at Faces of Death. Gossip gila monster Janet Charlton isn't even waiting for the corpse to cool, and is speculating that the real father of Anna's baby is...her dead son ? I almost didn't even report on this. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go take a shower.

Our Hollywood, Florida source visited the Hard Rock Hotel today and picked up a little information about Anna Nicole's time there. Hotel sources say that when Anna arrived a few days ago she was "out of it" and slurring her words and she stayed that way during her visit. Also it seemed that Anna was REALLY dreading the court ordered blood test for her baby - and her reasons might be far more complicated that we assumed. Someone actually speculated that the baby might not have been fathered by either Larry Birkhead OR Howard Stern. Keep in mind this is pure speculation, but this person implied that the baby could have been fathered by someone very close to Anna - someone like her own son Daniel. It's a horrible thought, but remember, Anna lived in a different world than most of us. Hopefully, the eventual blood test will prove this rumor wrong.

Hopefully not THAT different, Jan. Jesus H. Christ, enough is enough.

Anna Nicole Smith's mysterious passing happened as abruptly and as strangely as that of her son, Daniel, five months ago. Her attorney, Ron Rale has disclosed to the media that for the past few days, Anna had been exhibiting symptoms similar to the flu. However an autopsy is scheduled for today in order to try and conclusively establish what caused Smith to lose conciousness, as well as her subsequent death.

Anna's passing has done little to slow down the paternity battle that is raging between ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead and Smith's lawyer and sort-of husband, Howard K. Stern over Anna's 5-month old daughter. No sooner had word spread that Smith had expired, than a member of Birkhead's legal team demanded that a swab of Anna's DNA be taken from her corpse in order to move forward with the court-mandated paternity testing.

This is all so damn depressing. It's really making me pine for the days when we couldn't stop talking about Cisco Adler's genitalia. OK, maybe not THAT depressing.

So the guy claiming Anna Nicole's latest tyke is his was on Larry King on Friday night, dropping bombs. He claims that he and Anna were previously trying to have a child and she miscarried the first one. Contact Music has the scoop.

Larry Birkhead and his attorney Debra Opri appeared on CNN show "Larry King Live" on Friday night to update the ongoing paternity battle, which was delayed earlier in the week when Smith was granted the opportunity to fight demands for a DNA test on her baby. Birkhead refutes that claim and now reveals he and his ex-girlfriend had been planning to have a child for some time. He told King, "It was a long-term plan that we have had together, you know, to have a child. And we tried once before... It was unsuccessful. It resulted in a miscarriage. "

You know, the octogenarian who Anna flashed her tits at enough to get into his will and inherit his jillions? He's going to ride up on a golf cart with steer horns on the front at the DNA hearing to reclaim Anna's heart. Anna will then look at him bewildered from all the methadone and Xanax. Slowly, she will realize who he is and run for his outstretched skeletal arms. With her ballast, she will end up overturning the golf cart and killing him. And then? The cycle begins anew. Anna needs to surrender the DNA.

Now that the judge in the Anna Nicole Smith baby dispute has ordered all DNA testing be completed by January 23rd, celebrity wagering site Bodog.com has posted the odds of who will be named the father of her female spawn, Dannielynn.

Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead has a 10/11 chance, trailing Anna's partner/lawyer/warden Howard K. Stern with 5/7 odds. Say it ain't so!

While the "Other" option is a long shot with a 9/2 chance, one never knows what will happen when the Anna Nicole circus is in town.

I hope it's "other" and the father is Bobby Trendy. Now that's a goddamn plot twist. The baby is then sure to be swathed in some gorgeous and elegant fabric. And probably a big chiffon scarf.

A Los Angeles judge has ordered a paternity test to determine the father of Anna Nicole Smith's 3-month-old daughter Dannielynn Hope, PEOPLE has learned.

The ruling, which was revealed on Thursday, came in a lawsuit filed by freelance photographer Larry Birkhead, who claims that he - and not Smith's fiancé Howard K. Stern - is the father of the infant.

The former Playboy pinup and Stern returned to the U.S. last week for a hearing in San Francisco in her effort to collect an inheritance from her late husband, oilman J. Howard Marshall II. It's not known whether the baby was with them.

The whereabouts of Smith and Stern are unclear.

What could possibly have driven Anna Nicole to return from her self-imposed exil to the Bahamas? That's right. Dollar, dollar bills, y'all. Star reports:

The former Playboy Playmate and current TrimSpa spokeswoman arrived at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals with her companion and legal beagle Howard K. Stern, to participate in mediation between a judge and the family of J. Howard Marshall II, her late oil tycoon husband, over her much-disputed share of his $1.6 billion estate.

But all did not go as Anna and lawyer/bf, Howard Stern, were probably hoping as Stern was served with papers just outside the courthouse, alleging that he perjured himself in statements given for the paternity suit filed against Anna by ex-flame, Larry Birkhead. Is everyone thinking what I'm thinking? Of course! New reality show!

Someone is trying to exorcise the demons that are Anna Nicole Smith and her band of merry pranksters from the home in the Bahamas she claims is hers. From TMZ:

The drama played out in the Bahamas, where Smith has been living with her newborn baby and attorney Howard K. Stern. Smith's former "friend," G. Ben Thompson, claims to own the property and wants her out. Last Friday, Thompson contacted the power company rep to pull the plug. Without warning, Anna had no juice for her hairdryer, no power to watch herself on "E.T." -- nothing. Four hours later, after lots of threats from her lawyer, the power company agreed to a temporary reprieve until today. But wait, there's more! Thompson and his son-in-law flew to the Bahamas on Friday and the son-in-law got on the property and served Smith with an eviction lawsuit. We're told Smith ran back inside the house and then appeared on the balcony and, in classic antebellum style, began screaming: "You get off this property. This is a gift and I ain't ever leaving. And I'll show you, Ben, you ain't never gonna see the baby again! You did a declaration for that f***head Larry Birkhead!"

Now THAT is the Anna I know and love. I want more screaming and threats and Trimspa, baby!
