Valentino De-Oranges Slightly For Rodeo Drive Induction
Italian designer Valentino Garavini has been a busy man lately, promoting the documentary about his career Valentino: The Last Emperor and I've been just as busy, misspelling the title of the film dutifully.
His porcelain-skinned buddy Anne Hathaway accompanied him to his induction into the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style and maybe there's just something off with the white balance on the cameras, but he looks like he left some of his tan back at the hotel.

Anne Hathaway & Gwyneth Paltrow Are Valentino Girls
GOOP purveyor Gwyneth Paltrow turned up at yet another premiere of the documentary Valentino: The Last Emporer, a film paying tribute to fashion designer Valentino Garavani. Paltrow stepped out for the New York premiere of the movie and made her way cross-country for the Los Angeles opening.
The orange fashion icon shared the red carpet with porcelain-skinned Hollywood A-listers Anne Hathaway and Paltrow. Oscar-nominated star Hathaway makes an appearance in the film, which chronicles the last two years of Valentino's work heading up his label before last year's retirement. Hours of self-tanning were edited out of the final cut.

Anne Hathaway To Act And Sing As Judy Garland In New Biopic
Joining Hugh Jackman on stage at the Academy Awards may have been a smart enough move to make up for Anne Hathaway's very poor dating judgment.
The actress has been selected to star in a film and stage adaptation of the biography "Get Happy: The Life of Judy Garland."
The pic, which is being produced by kingpin Harvey Weinstein, will chronicle Judy Garland's classic roles in The Wizard of Oz and A Star is Born, her Grammy-winning singing career, and of course, her five wrecked marriages.
And, because no movie star's documentary is complete without drugs and self-destruction, Hathaway will also portray Garland's lifelong addiction, accidental overdose and early death. Rachel Getting Married has certainly warmed her up for that one!
So while Anne has yet to actualize her dreams of babysitting Barack Obama's children, this new gig seems like a slightly better fit for for her career anyway.

'Valentino: The Last Emperor' Premiere
All the most glittery stars came out for the Valentino: The Last Emperor premiere in New York City last night. The documentary outlines Valentino's last two years as the head of his own label before officially retiring in 2008.
Fashion-wise, Gwyneth Paltrow behaved herself and opted for a flattering calf-length dress and a normal pair of open-toed, black heels. Valentino would've said good bye to his six pugs and croaked into a pile of red satin, had she worn those heinous, high-waisted garbage bag shorts.
Anne Hathaway, who was featured in the film, stuck to her new favorite color white and wore a stylish one-shoulder dress. Even model Agyness Deyn cleaned up and looked elegant in oversized jewelry and a honey blond bob.

'Slumdog Millionaires' Relish Oscar Win At Governor's Ball
Looking like he was still trying to make sense of the eight Oscar nominations Slumdog Millionaire earned him last night, Dev Patel celebrated victory with little co-star Rubina Ali, who plays young Latika.
The overnight sensations were special guests at the elite Governor's Ball, where they hobnobbed with fellow Oscar winner Sean Penn as well as nominees Taraji P. Henson, Marisa Tomei, Amy Adams and Anne Hathaway inside the Kodak Theater.
While toasting champagne with elated director Danny Boyle, I was disappointed to see no sparks flying between Dev and rumored love Freida Pinto. In fact, the Indian actress seemed more interested in chatting up Adrien Brody than her Slumdog co-star. I guess not everyone can artlessly carry their fairytale romance off-screen like Ryan Gosling and Brad Pitt.
Besides, I bet Dev had much more fun dipping fruit into the Chocolate-and-Champagne fountain with his cute little friend. At least, that's what I'd have been doing.

A sparking silver and cream strapless Armani Prive dress was gown of choice for Rachel Getting Married actress Anne Hathaway. Now that's an Oscar dress. The young actress showed off an enviable figure and a peaches and cream complexion with a simple updo.
I'm so glad she got all that frumpiness out of her system yesterday.
