Anne Hathaway is starring as Agent 99 to Steve Carell's Maxwell Smart in the upcoming movie remake of Get Smart. During the filming of a kissing scene, Anne almost passed pink eye to her co-star.

"There was a health scare last year and a certain contact solution, I won't say the name of it but it was the one that I use -- gave you conjunctivitis," Anne said. "I also had a sinus infection at the same time. So I had to go up to Steve, my eye is red, puffy and dripping green -- I'm just like snotty and I'm just like ... 'Come here!'"

But, I don't think there was eye-to-eye contact between the actors. Anne says when she called the producer to explain the situation, "I said you might want to call Steve and let him know I had pink eye and my tears kind of got in my mouth, so he might want to worry about that."

Ew. If your eyes are so infected that they are watering enough to get in your mouth, you should know you have some sort of infection and you should stay away from other people! I can't believe Steve swapped spit with Anne when she had a sinus infection to begin with. Ugh.

The MTV Movie Awards were the usual collection of human movie trailers. People seemed to keep the retardation quotient to a minimum on the "gold carpet" last night. Well, there was Megan Fox's tattoo which I'm sure is a quote from something because there is no way David Silver's girlfriend knew the word "gilded." The Pussycat Trannies were in full effect, probably because Nicole Scherzinger's solo effort sank like the freighter on Lost. I have never seen so many transsexuals with a bronzer addiction in one setting. And there was the small matter of Rumer Willis. This chick just keeps on keeping on. She is determined like a terrorist. I swear I'm going to see her cutting the ribbon over at the next CVS pretty soon.

Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway are seen here being tossed out of famous department store Bloomingdales. But don't worry, it was just another part of filming their movie Bride Wars.

I wonder what the characters are getting in trouble for. Fighting over a wedding dress I bet. Either that or trying to steal something blue or new.

If they were fighting over a wedding dress I think Kate would definitely win -- although I bet Anne has a bit of crazy just waiting for the right moment to come out.

Weddings will do that to a woman, especially when your fiance is very busy getting arrested and dealing with lawsuits.

The star of The Devil Wears Prada recently found herself in an awkward situation when it was reported that her boyfriend Raffaelo Follieri bounced a check for $250,000 and was nabbed by police for a misdemeanor count. Sounds like he's the anti Ed McMahon. Can you imagine how disheartening it would be to try and cash a giant check from Publishers Clearing House only to have it bounce?

However, TMZ is now reporting that Follieri is currently out of police custody and that "this may be a big misunderstanding." Clearly, as in a misunderstanding of how much money was in the bank. I didn't need TMZ to tell me that, but I'm glad they did.

She was married to and had a feral child with Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes. And she's been linked to Dax Shepard, and depression victim Owen Wilson. What's the common denominator among these dark horses? "Brains," says Kate.

"I don't have crushes on cute guys. I have really bizarre taste in men," she says. "You know what the common ground is? Brains. I like witty and funny. I always love writers."

Don't worry about your facial tumors, gents, just make her laugh! Kate describes her son Ryder as "the love of my life right now", and says she will "always love" her ex-husband Chris Robinson. Marital difficulties first sprang up for the two of them when she allegedly had an affair with Owen Wilson on the set of You, Me and Dupree. I guess Chris won that battle, because he didn't end up getting razor-happy.

Hookers at the Point! Did Fools Gold do that badly? Here's Kate Hudson engaging in the world's oldest profession to pay some bills. This might actually be the morning after. You know the night before was like that scene in Requiem for a Dream with the Crisco and guys throwing money and a certain shared implement.

In reality (don't you hate that?), this is Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway on the set of Bride Wars. If It's about what I think it's about, it's not going to be anywhere near as good as those Bridezillas-type shows. Did you see the one where the Indian princess wanted a helicopter, a Ferrari and peacock feathers? And she wore the sari with her gut hanging out? And her father wished that he'd gotten her a gastric bypass? I loved that one.

I'm just glad Kate's ok. She recently had some wackjob with a gun on her roof. He was probably just making sure she wasn't going to make any more movies with McConaughey.

I know the fake tan is gross, and so is a leatherface, and looking pale is actually healthy but Anne Hathaway needs to get outside. Just go sit in the sun and have a coffee. I can see veins. Anne and her demonic sisters kept me prisoner while Dracula sailed to London to stalk my fiancee.

Ricki Lake's husband is really nervous. He's sweating all over the place. He's moist. She's going to slip and fall! It's ok, because George Takei will save her. He's Superman.
