Jessica Simpson Gives Thanks In Leather

What's a woman to do when she's being called fat and quite possibly is dealing with a low-down, cheating dog? Well, if she's a well-bred southern woman, she pours herself into a pair of leather pants and puts on some freakum shoes, just like Jessica Simpson did here.

On stage to open for Rascall Flatts at the University of Virginia, Jessica thanked her fans for their support and told them, "Stay positive, and pray out loud! I love you guys, good night."

Coming to her sister's defense about her weight, Ashlee Simpson posted on her MySpace blog, "A week after the inauguration and with such a feeling of hope in the air for our country, I find it completely embarrassing and belittling to all women to read about a woman's weight or figure as a headline on Fox News." Way to put it to rest by blogging about it, Ash.

News Bites: Pete Wentz And Ashlee Simpson On 'CSI: NY'

-Ashlee Simpson and her short husband Pete Wentz are bringing their hair product over to guest-star as a felonious Bonnie and Clyde-type couple on CSI: NY. God, poor Gary Sinise. It's bad enough an actor of his caliber had to take on a TV job to pay the mortage on the mansion but now he has to put up with lame guest-stars as ratings gimmicks. Then again, it's CSI:NY. They don't even have the cheese factor of a David Caruso.

-Body-conscious Brooke Shields will not let anything get between her and her Lipstick Jungle. Seriously she's not letting that show die. It's not going to be on NBC anymore, but executives are apparently looking at getting it on Bravo or Lifetime. "We have not struck the set," NBC exec Angela Bromstadt says. "But everybody is a professional and everyone knows the reality." Now it's just sad. Kim Raver is too hot of an actress to be outshone by Flip This House. Janet from 90210, however, should fit right in.

-Whoopi Goldberg hosted the 100th annual National Board of Review ceremony the other night and called that drunkass Josh Brolin by his dad's name - James. "That's how f--ing famous I am!" Brolin joked, adding: "I just whispered in her ear, 'What's the matter with you?' She said, 'I don't know -- I'm high!'" Whoopi apologized later. Who give a shit? The other night he was at an award show drunk off his ass and screaming about all the people he hates. Oh sorry, Josh, you were sober enough to notice this time. Please. Whoopi, you just do your thing.

Ashlee & Jessica Simpson: Sisters Doing It By Themselves

It looks like Ashlee Simpson's back to being a redhead again. Wow, that was fast. That girl has a hair dye addiction that will not be denied! It does look all shiny, but I barely had time to start enjoying her blond locks before she promptly took them away from me. Oh well.

So, new mom Ash stepped out with her sister Jessica Simpson for a night out at Bar Deluxe in Hollywood. Sorry Tony and Pete. No boys allowed.

Later on, they had a pillow fight and played MASH. Cause that's how us girls roll.

Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz Enjoy Pure New Year's Eve Fun

How on Earth would us mere mortals know how to ring in the new year if there weren't celebrities hosting parties to do so? The answer is that we wouldn't. We would simply shrivel up and die.

Thankfully, the Jonas brothers, Kathy Griffin and such set aside time from their busy schedules to do so. Additionally, new parents Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz headed up the event at Pure night club inside the Caesars Palace Resort Hotel Casino. Still sporting some serious pregnancy boobies, Ashlee also flaunted her newly reverted blond locks to the event.

Meanwhile, the Kardashian family, (including Khloe, Kourtney, Rob and Kim Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner) and squeezed into their favorite spangly dresses, slapped on some bronzer and showed up to celebrate. I've noticed from my studies of their pack that they seem to prefer to travel in a herd. It's a shame they don't eat their young. Also, the ones with the largest asses seem to be the most dominant members.

Socialite Life's Births Of 2008

Celebrities certainly went forth and multiplied this year. Is it just us, or did it seem like everybody was coming down with a case of twins? So we'd like to take this post to remember some of the high-profile celebrity babies born this year.

-Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt deliver their twins Knox and Vivienne.

-Ashlee Simspon and Pete Wentz are now the parents of little Bronx Mowgli. Seriously.

-Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale gave Kingston a new little brother Zuma.

-Isla Fisher and Sacha Baron Cohen brought Olive into the world.

-Harlow Madden is Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's little girl.

-Parker Foster Aiken is the result of a collaboration between Clay Aiken and his best friend Jaymes Foster Levy.

-Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony welcome twins Max and Emme!

-Before dropping her newest album, Christina Aguilera dropped little baby Max, her son with hubby Jordan Bratman.

-Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's second child together is little Stella McDermott.

-Jamie Lynn Spears became an unwed teenage mother when her baby Maddie Aldridge was born.

-Having baby Honor Warren with now husband Cash Warren finally put a smile on Jessica Alba's sourpuss.

-Halle Berry and boyfriend Gabriel Aubry now have a child together, Nahla Ariela Aubry.

-Nicole Kidman's little bundle of joy with Keith Urban is none other than Sunday Rose.

-Matthew McConaughey's future shirtless son with girlfriend Camila Alves is little Levi.

-Minnie Driver became a new mom this year.

-Ensuring that she will always be enjoying the lifestyle to which she has become accustomed, Salma Hayek's million dollar baby is little Valentina Pinault.

-Wrapping up our list, Cate Blanchett birthed another little one.

These Are A Few Of John Mayer's Favorite Things

So Pete Wentz (face of Fall Out Boy, nosejob wife, gave his new baby a crap name) has a blog and came up with the idea to ask some of his famous friends to chime in with THEIR year end picks for coolest shit. John Mayer's on there, and here's his list:

2. Wireless internet on airplanes
1. President-Elect Barack Obama

Here's John arriving at LAX with his brothers. Well, he's got two down. Apple TV is pretty much useless and there's way better options for that kind of media all-in-one. I would have thought his list would have gone like this:

2. Convincing that desperate actress to take me back by lying that I would give her a baby so I can get on the red carpet even more and get more pictures of me in magazines and more television news footage taken of me

Bronx Mowgli Simpson's Free PIcture!

Since Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson couldn't find anyone to buy photos of their poorly named baby, Bronz Mowgli Wentz, they said "to hell with it" and posed a pic of the future therapy patient (with that name it's therapy or meth) on Pete's website along with a holiday greeting.

"We decided to share the best gift we could ever receive with you: Bronx Mowgli Wentz. We couldn't be happier," Pete blogged.

Wentz claims that he was offered "mounds of money" for pictures of Jungle Book baby and they refused but word is - he and Anal Ash tried to pimp the kid out and there were no takers.

Celebrities Get Last Minute Holiday Shopping Done At The Grove

It's a comforting thought to know that many of these celebrities (including Denise Richards, her hot-ass dad and real talker Irv Richards, Pete Wentz, Dancing with the Stars champion Brooke Burke, Ray Liotta, and Brittny "Where's Your Vowel, Bitch?" Gastineau) engage in last-minute holiday shopping despite assistants, armies of nannies and servants, and gardners who could run out to Cumbie's at the last minute for them.

Riddle me this - is Denise Richards wearing one of those Snuggies I saw on TV? You know, the late night infomercial about the blanket with arms? Wow, the dividends from Denise Richards: It's For A Check are paying off! The chick behind her is like "Denise RIchards shops via infomerical?" The boyfriend hates those things so much that he actually said it made him hate Americans. Wrap yourself in Charlie Sheen's money, Dee Dee!

Everytime mouthy little queer Pete Wentz comes into our view lately, all we can picture is him bragging about doing Anal Ashlee Simpson in the backdoor and frankly, Christmas dinner doesn't seem so appetizing. What a cheesedick.

Pete Wentz Tastes Ashlee's Breast Milk. Of Course He Does.

Sometimes these things just write themselves.

Pete Wentz told Sirius's Morning Mash-Up that wife Ashlee Simpson's breast milk tastes "soury and weird." Hm. I wonder if he sucked on her tit directly or if she pumped some out and put in a big boy cup for him?

I'm not going to ponder this question too hard.

Methinks Pete Wentz has a special place in his heart for these radio talk shows. He always blabbers some gag-inducing sound bite that we're forced to relive for the next couple of days. We thought he'd put a lid on it after the whole anal sex bit, but Petey always manages to top himself. We're morbidly curious to see what he says next. In a peek-at-a-car-crash-on-the highway sort of a way.

He also admits Ashlee isn't the only one who put on baby weight. The petite, little rocker ballooned from a demure 137lbs. to a monstrous 148lbs. Gasp! He got "fat face" and everything.

The Simpson-Wentz's also plan to terrorize the world with a whole litter of their hybrid spawn. He's practically going to turn Ashlee into a baby mill, comparing their procreation to a Journey song.

"I want to have six now. I mean not six specifically, but I want more...I can't imagine that we're stopping, you know what I'm saying? This is like a Journey song, it's like the chorus is just going to keep coming."

A Simpson Family Christmas!

It's going to be a total Christmas hoedown (hopefully literally) at Nana Simpson's homestead in Waco, Texas (no kidding) this Christmas! Jessica and Ashlee Simpson are bringing their beaus (Tony Romo and Pete Wentz respectively) home for the holidays.

"This Christmas is a big deal, and the whole family wants to be together for baby Bronx's first Christmas," a source says.

Ashlee and wife Pete will be bringing their new son Bronx Mowgli home so the rest of the family can ooh and ahh over him and privately discuss what the hell Anal Ash and Wentz were thinking with that kid's name when they have a private moment in the kitchen.

Jessica is bringing boyfriend Tony Romo to Nana's to show him what he's in for if he eventually marries her. It involves her father trying to get him under the mistletoe and commenting on how big Ashlee's boobs have gotten since she gave birth. He's an equal opportunity freakazoid.
