Spencer Pratt Desperately Seeking New Enemy
At the Star magazine's "Young Hollywood" party at Apple Lounge, Spencer Pratt expressed sadness at the news of the departure of his nemesis, Lauren Conrad, from The Hills.
"I'm actually very depressed. Who am I gonna beef out with? I gotta find some new enemy on the show," the often flesh-colored-beard-sporting publicity addict said last night at the event.
Now, don't anyone trip and fall and hurt yourselves to get in line. We know there are thousands of you just waiting your turn, so please take a number and your place in the cue and make your way through the metal detectors in an orderly fashion.

Bai Ling: 2009 Grammys Red Carpet
In case you were concerned that Bai Ling had grown weary of zany fashion, fear no more! For last night's Grammy Awards, Bai made sure her bangs were razored into a perfect line across her forehead and her Amy Winehouse eye make-up was absofruitely perfect.
With gold accessories, Bai made good use of leftover wrapping paper she purchased for a baby shower at the office the other day. And in case you were wondering, it's a girl!

Mickey Rourke Caught Kissing Bai Ling
Oh Mickey. I know this shouldn't come as any sort of surprise, but comeback kid Mickey Rourke was recently seen at the Chateau Marmont hanging out with Sean Penn and his wife Robin Wright Penn.
But that's not the scandal to which we're referring. According to a spy who dished to Page Six, Rourke ran into Bai Ling and apparently the couple "made out and partied pretty hard." And just when things seemed like they were going well for the slowly-regaining-his-credibility Mickey. Tsk, tsk.
I can't say that I'm too shocked, or disappointed, if I'm being completely honest. With their powers combined, these two could do some serious fashion damage on the red carpet and I eagerly await the possibility of a joint public appearance.

2009 InStyle Golden Globes Afterparty
If you were a celebrity and you couldn't get into the HBO party last night, you were at InStyle's big ole' soiree. Everyone who's ever been on your TV or move screen yet still causes you to go "what's her name?" seemed to have been there. Some standouts:
Kristen Bell looked hot in red, with her hair behind one ear so she could hear the Heroes producers beg her to come back to their damn show seeing as she was pretty much the only reason to watch that shitshow.
Her Heroes co-star Hayden Panettiere stuffed her boobage into a strapless sparkly eggplant of a dress, which was obviously trying to lure people other than the Heroes producers into hiring her. Even the cheerleader wants off that mess.
Rachel Zoe literally dressed as the Angel of Death. Seriously, she doesn't want anyone talking about her clavicle that can hew rock anymore so she wore a giant black toga. She should have a vulture perched on her shoulder or be carrying an hourglass and a scythe.
Innovative baby namer Paris Hilton lost her weave at her last lubed-up orgyplex, and went short for the show last night. She also had a blue gown on that I sort of liked, which means I probably should be forming a noose right now and using it becase I've sunk low. Very very low.

10th Annual Flaunt Magazine Party Attracts Divas With Bangs
Kanye West took advantage of the Flaunt magaizne 10th anniversary party to throw on his tux. He probably heard that Shannen Doherty would be there and realized that he couldn't let his fellow diva show him up. I'm sure they found some excuse to engage in a cat fight before the end of the evening.
Even though it's an ugly dress, it's one of the more appropriate ensembles Bai Ling's ever worn in her life. The only reason that she wore it, I'm sure is because it's suddenly become freezing in Los Angeles. Otherwise, she would have been there in her traditional bikini and Uggs.
And when I think about how I was considering getting some bangs, my interest in the hair adventure wanes when I realize that I would be sharing a hairstyle with Bai Ling, Kim Kardashian and Shannen Doherty. Yeah, I know, some pretty auspicious company.

Mickey Rourke Has Wrestled Himself Back Into An Acting Career
Look at me and my punny title. But seriously, Mickey Rourke's had a rough couple of decades and even though we might tease him for looking deranged and sexually confused, we really are rooting for the guy, whose critically acclaimed film The Wrestler just premiered in Los Angeles with real fake wrestler Roddy Piper in attendance.
I got to feeling nostalgic and went on YouTube to see old clips of Mickey from back when he was young and frisky and holy hell, he was hot. Definitely shady in a "you really should head straight to the free clinic immediately after we do it" sort of way, but still, he had his charms and I'm hoping this awards season treats him well.
Marissa Tomei was rocking a hot electric blue dress, looking gorgeous. She apparently plays a stripper in the film and the last thing I need is to be taking my boyfriend to see a movie where she's working the pole. I bet she's a regular at those damn S-Factor classes that I wish had never been invented. Still, I might have to go check this joint out. The trailer looks good.

Red Carpet Ladies: 2008 American Music Awards
It was clear from the dresses being worn by the female talent on the red carpet for the American Music Awards last night that metallic prints are very big right now. Leona Lewis looked like a human cocoon in her reflective, ivory-colored gown sparkling with beading. Ashley Tisdale rocked a mini-dress that appeared to be the silver companion to Miley Cyrus' gold sleeveless sheath dress.
However, Jordin Sparks and Alicia Keys opted instead for bright, rich colors for their gowns. The American Idol winner looked flirty, yet age-appropriate in a short yellow frock. And Alicia Keys struck a dramatic pose in her purple, one-shoulder gown sparkling with details all along the bodice and shoulder.
All in all, everybody--except for the usual suspects of Bai Ling (who looked like a Power Rangers villain) and Phoebe Price (whose dress was actually kind of sweet, except seriously, what is her purpose there???)--looked pretty good.
Even the Pussycat Dolls were dressed pretty demurely in short, but appropriate dresses. They were probably wearing their church clothes.

Tis Blackberry Season
While the more mature and sedately-dressed stars in New York celebrating the arrival of the Blackberry Strong, in Hollywood we got our deliciously trashy stars all gussied up for the red carpet for the Blackberry Storm party at the Avalon in Los Angeles.
Political pundit wannabe John Mayer hauled his scruffy rump over to the event and I'm sure he's totally feeling the economic crisis right now as he collects his overflowing bag of swag.
Bai Ling is surprisingly overdressed in what looks like a purple satin lampshade that she stole from some Vegas whorehouse. But she is relatively covered-up so there's that. What is the deal with AnnaLynne McCord? I had no idea up until recently that she was so skanktastic.
Kat Von D is there and since she's probably looking for a new boyfriend because she's been with Nikki Sixx for a minute and that's already too long for her.

Mark Wahlberg Plans Catholic Wedding For Next Summer
At the premiere for his film Max Payne, Mark Wahlberg told Us Magazine that he and his long-time girlfriend model Rhea Durham revealed the name of the latest addition to their brood. Their newborn son is Brendan Joseph Wahlberg.
Even though Wahlberg confessed that he promised Rhea not to discuss personal details, he admitted that the couple were planning a very private wedding next August.
"Catholic church, small, family only, no media!" The Entourage executive producer laughed and added, "And there will be no wedding pictures sold to any magazines!"
Also at the premiere was Mark's co-star, smoldering cover girl Mila Kunis was super-glam in a floor-length white, sparkly dress and an upswept do. In contrast, the nipple-friendly Entourage guest star Bai Ling was there in a hideous dress. But, considering her track record, this actually wasn't all that bad of an outfit for her.
