Balthazar Getty is discovering that creepin' around (literally) on the wife with Sienna Miller is having detrimental effects on his acting career. Word is that the producers and writers over at ABC's Brothers and Sisters, the ensemble drama he stars on, are actually dropping storylines and rewriting scripts to push him closer to the door.

Getty's last bow will reportedly be Episode 19 of the current season. There's no mention of killing the character, just phasing him out.

Getty left his wife Rosetta Millington (and children) for the siren song of Sienna Miller's chocha last summer. But then went back to her. Or did he?

Balthy was allegedly acting up on the set since he started seeing Miller, and definitely won't be returning as a series regular next season. He's the heir to a vast oil fortune so chances are he's not sweating it too much. But Sienna's upkeep (vd meds, floppy hats, clothes that look raggedy but cost $1,000s) must cost something, can his inheritance handle that?

Where to begin? 2008 was all love, love, love! Well, for some of the following, there was some adultery, adultery, adultery, too.

How could we run a post about the most famous couples in 2008 without mentioning Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt? Possibly the most irritating couple in the world, they reportedly tied the knot this month in Mexico. Of course, they didn't have rings immediately, the wedding isn't legal here in the States, and Heidi was reportedly trashed on tequila during the ceremony. Now that's love.

Injured New England Patriots QB (GO PATS) Tom Brady, despite fathering a child with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, seems to have found the love of his life (or at least the love of right now) with the current queen of the supermodels, Gisele Bundchen. The fiery Brazilian and her All-American boy are often seen out and about in NYC, and have purchased land in Los Angeles to build a house on.

High School Musical sweethearts Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens took their onscreen Disneyfied romance offscreen and have been going strong in 2008. They're finally done with the epic HSM trilogy and can move onto bolder and more adult projects despite looking like two puppies. Efron just turned 21 so their relationship is now with added booze!

And last but not least - Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Their love grew and blossomed this year, right along with their family. Still the most popular tabloid couple in the world, Angelina gave birth to twins Vivienne and Knox this year and the world went wild. What is it about their love that keeps us so highly interested? Is it because they're impossibly good looking? It is because he dumped one of America's Sweethearts for the exotic, do-gooding yet seemingly slightly evil in a good way actress? Who knows, but their reign continues.

Sienna Miller isn't known for her chastity. Fine, no problem. Chastity is overrated. But the fact remains that the British actress goes through men like some people go through popcorn at the movies.

Jude Law, Rhys Ifans (they were engaged), Matthew Rhys....wait, isn't that the guy on ABC's Brothers and Sisters? Co-starring with Balthazar Getty?

Yep, that's how Sienna met the married father of four. After giving Rhys the heave-ho, all hell broke loose when Sienna's bare breasts and Balthy were photographed acting awfully chummy on a boat in Italy. In fact, she didn't really wear a shirt the entire vacation. Seriously. And all whit while his wife Rosetta, who had JUST given birth, was at home in LA probably wondering where her husband was.

Miller's friends even tried to sorta stick up for her whorish self, but it didn't go over well. Sienna dragged Balthazar all around the globe on her slutjurn and then had the temerity to accompany him back to LA. You know, where his wife and family live.

That's when Sienna realized that the U.S. media is just as judgy and vengeful as in Britain. It all culminated with "Sluttiena" being cornered crying at gas stations and actually walking into closed elevator doors to avoid the press hounding her as to why she was so blatantly into breaking up a marriage.

Finally, Sienna fled back to Merrie Olde England to sleep with a rugby team or something. And the word was that Getty was going back to his wife Rosetta, until recent pics showed that the two of them are still hanging out.

Basically, these two are a perfect example of how NOT to handle a celebrity extramarital affair.

This news is really no surprise at all. According to E! Online, discussions have begun between Getty and producers on how best to ease Bathazar Getty out of the show. "He's leaving the show," a source told me [Marc Malkin] , adding that they've already ruled out killing him off.

That would effectively make them the second to last real-life couple we'd ever like to see star opposite one another on the big screen.
