Ben Affleck Wants Jennifer Garner To Birth A Boy

His two young daughters Seraphina and Violet Affleck keep him plenty busy, but Ben Affleck still feels as if there's room in his brood for a bouncing baby boy. Really, Ben? You don't have a free hand to pull up your pants, but you want more kids? Kidding. Calm down.

A tipster told OK! magazine, "Ben's happy to keep going until he gets his boy." The He's Just Not That Into You actor's mind is reportedly filled with visions of a tiny version of him, decked out in Red Sox gear.

Wife Jennifer Garner might very well cave into Ben's demands, but for the time being, she says two kids are enough. They're lucky they're not the parents of Suri Cruise. She would never allow parents Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes to reproduce will-nilly! She regulates that shit.

'He's Just Not That Into You' Makes Gold Out Of Lost Love

The relationship book phenomenon that grew from the simple phrase "He's Just Not That Into You," has now officially become a Hollywood film, complete with a star-studded cast. And in keeping with the messy, complicated plot line of characters' relationships intercepting with one another, the red carpet for the premiere of the film was littered with the ghosts of relationships gone sour. Crest White Strips Advanced Seal was the sponsor for the world premiere for movie.

First of all, Jennifer Aniston, who had vowed to have her new man John Mayer stand by her side to help her during this heavy season of film promoting, flew solo when he opted instead to log a few more hours of "me" time. Throw his X-box out the window, honey. Big. Red. Flag.

Then there's poor, heartbroken Justin Long, who probably wasn't very excited to see his ex-girlfriend Drew Barrymore and romantic comedy co-star at the event. His hair looked deflated and he appeared somewhat stunned, which is to be expected.

But a ray of light has appeared with Jennifer Connelly agreeing to pose side-by-side with on-set arch nemesis Aniston. There is hope, after all.

Ben Affleck: Quiet, Romantic Family Man

Seen here in full-on Dad mode, Ben Affleck picks up his little girl Violet Affleck, relaying a note from her mother Jennifer Garner. Since mom couldn't make it, her lookalike sister Melissa Garner came in her stead.

Not just a family man, Ben's also hard at work gearing up for promotion of his romantic comedy He's Just Not That Into You. When quizzed about whether or not he's "sweep a woman off her feet" kind of guy, Affleck hesitantly confessed to Extra that he is. "I'm definitely romantic," Ben admitted.

On a completely different note, Melissa Garner looks like her sister to what must be an annoying degree. I wonder if the two of them ever got their parents back together after a separation by playing a wacky switcheroo trick.

Ben Affleck Tries To Shield Violet Affleck

From the harmful lenses of the paparazzi. While Ben Affleck was leaving Violet Affleck's school after picking her up (Jennifer Garner was on school duty yesterday), construction workers tried to shield the duo from photographers by holding up big white boards! Those clever paparazzi were still able to get their shot!

Better luck next time Ben.

Jennifer Garner Embraces Motherhood

Jennifer Garner is back in motherhood mode after giving birth to Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck on January 6, 2009. She took Seraphina to a medical office in Beverly Hills. This was after dropping Violet Affleck off at school. Someone's gotta do it since daddy, Ben Affleck, is partying it up at Sundance and in Washington D.C.

Garner admitted that she struggled to regain her figure after giving birth to her first daughter.

"A first I thought it would just happen," she told The Morning Show With Mike and Juliet. But when the baby weight "didn't magically disappear...eventually I just hit the treadmill."

It looks like she's been hitting the treadmill already!

Ben Affleck's Keeping His Seraphina A Secret

Little Violet Affleck, seen here playing with her Grandma Affleck, will one day know a secret that we will never be privy to. After announcing that his youngest daughter with wife Jennifer Garner is named Seraphina Affleck, her father Ben Affleck has said that he will not be explaining the origin of his newborn girl's name to the media.

"That's something that is going to stay in our family," Affleck told Entertainment Tonight. He's so stingy with information about his personal life, unlike our good buddy Katie Price, who will not only explain the reason for her daughter's strange moniker (Princess Tiaamii), but will also give a sneak peek at her nipples. She can't help it--she's a giver.

25th Sundance Film Festival Is Off And Running

With more and more celebrities streaming into Park City, Utah for the 25th Sundance Film Festival, the screenings and deals are beginning to rack up.

Hollywood's appetite for independent films is shrinking as studios reduce spending and shift their focus to making sequels and larger-budget films that are better bets for profitability. More than 100 films hope to attract distributors, who must gamble on unpredictable audience trends. The result is lower expectations for filmmakers who traditionally have found a market at Sundance.

The market for independent films has already been thrown off balance. Last year's big Sundance acquisitions (Hamlet 2, American Teen) failed to make money in theaters, the economy is in the dumper despite a modestly up year for studio movies, and a large number of boutique distributors - the companies that traditionally exist to buy Sundance fare - went out of business in 2008.

Consequently, it's absurdly easy to get dinner reservations in Park City and find a seat on the festival shuttle buses. Plus the festival is still good for fantastic star gazing.

Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck?

Uh, well. Drop the "Elizabeth Affleck" and she kinda sounds like she should be telling us how to kill Dracula. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have released the name of their new baby. Their second daughter is named Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck. How do you even shorten that? What are the kids at school going to call her? Sera, maybe? Violet dodged a big bullet.

And for those interested, Seraphina's name derives from the Biblical word "seraphim" which is a type of angel and also means "fiery one" in Hebrew. Were these two getting stoned one night (post- or pre- pregnancy of course) and they started getting Old Testament?

Remember 1998? The 55th Golden Globe Awards

Duuuuuuuuude, this should take you back.

This gallery includes some ridiculous looks back at the Golden Globes Awards show from over a decade ago. Back then, Jennifer Lopez was married to her first husband (you read that right, her FIRST), Ojani Noa. She wasn't even with Ben Affleck (which seems light years ago) because he was too busy dating Gwyneth Paltrow, both of whom picked up awards that evening (Good Will Hunting and Shakespeare in Love, respectively).

This was the year that Titanic was all over the place, with people pledging left and right that their hearts would go on, an emotionally-charged Ving Rhames giving his Golden Globe to Jack Lemmon and Christine Lahti narrowly missing the acceptance for her award because she was in the bathroom.

Jennifer Garner Has Given Birth!

People reports that Jennifer Garner has given birth today in Los Angeles to a baby girl. No more details are known at this time.

"Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck gave birth to a healthy baby girl," reports their rep. Good for them. Ten bucks her name is Lily. Or Daisy. Celebrities love flower names lately. And they've already got a Violet.

Here they are at leaving Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last week after a probable false alarm.

Jennifer's probably breathing a sigh of relief that the kid's out. It looked like she had an Jolie-amount of kids inside of her judging by that belly.
