Jennifer Garner Has Given Birth!

People reports that Jennifer Garner has given birth today in Los Angeles to a baby girl. No more details are known at this time.

"Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck gave birth to a healthy baby girl," reports their rep. Good for them. Ten bucks her name is Lily. Or Daisy. Celebrities love flower names lately. And they've already got a Violet.

Here they are at leaving Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last week after a probable false alarm.

Jennifer's probably breathing a sigh of relief that the kid's out. It looked like she had an Jolie-amount of kids inside of her judging by that belly.

Jennifer Garner Might Give Birth To A New Year's Baby

Jennifer Garner, along with actor-husband Ben Affleck, arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center this morning. Could this be it? Is Violet Affleck finally having that baby sister or brother.

Dr. Holly Hein Counseling Jennifer Garner?

Here's gravid with offspring Jennifer Garner leaving Caffe Luxxe in Santa Monica with noted sex therapist Dr. Holly Hein. Hein is the author of Sexual Detours: The Startling Truth Behind Love, Lust and Infidelity. Hein is a psychologist who specializes in "lack of intimacy."

Here's a question. Is this research for a film role? Probably not. But why work on the intimacy stuff now when she's GIGANTIC with kid? Moms - do you still want to have baby daddy atop you when you're that round? Is it safe? If that were me, it would be "not tonight, Ben, I have a baby in me" and ice cream and a recliner.

Hein has also been seen by Kate Beckinsale and her husband, director Len Wiseman.

Jennifer Garner and her husband Ben Affleck have both been spotted attending therapy in the past year, so maybe they're just making sure their marriage and sex life are on track. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Wow, New Year's Eve really results in some lightening up on the part of gossip bloggers, huh?

Violet & Ben Affleck Christmas Shopping...For Jennifer Garner?

Christmas is right around the corner, Jennifer Garner is so pregnant, she's ready to pop. So, it's up to little Violet Affleck and her daddy Ben Affleck to do the family holiday shopping.

The two have stepped out in Brentwood to make their purchases, which they're keeping under wraps from paparazzi lest the surprise get spoiled when photographs of the items get published.

Three-year-old Violet is an old pro on the Brentwood shopping circuit and she and dad have been holding down the fort while Jennifer's been busy gestating.

Ben Affleck Looking For 'Shelter'

Ben Affleck has teamed with the UNHCR's new "Gimme Shelter" campaign to help raise funds and awareness about the crisis in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the work of the UN refugee agency.

Ben, no stranger to charity, shot a four-minute movie (with a Rolling Stones soundtrack okayed by Mick Jagger) in the Congo itself to give people an idea of the shit that's going down. It ain't pretty. Did you know that the AK-47 is called "the Congolese credit card?" *shiver*

Ben also made an appearance today at the United Nations in New York City today for the campaign's launch. He's more than just a cute guy with a buzzcut, folks!

The campaign hopes to raise $23 million in 2009 "to pay for clean water supplies and emergency humanitarian assistance kits in the region."

Anne Hathaway Gets Charitable

Anne Hathaway, perhaps still nursing a broken heart over that thief guy she was into and looking to bathe herself in some charity to get over him, teamed with Netflix on Saturday to help out at the Kids Cafe in Harlem, NYC for the company's Holiday Gift Program to raise money for Feeding America.

Not only that, but she's joining other celebs such as Cosmo subscription canceller Scarlett Johansson, family man Ben Affleck and shockingly, the Grinch known as Jessica Alba, in creating special artwork to package Netflix gift subscriptions in for the holiday season which will also benefit Feeding America. Nice work.

Anne looks sweet as sassafrass here, and she's restoring the karmic balance for her ex-lover Raffaello Follieri's crimes in a way.

Jessica Alba's artwork probably portrays Santa falling off a roof.

Ben Affleck's To Direct Film About Don Bolles

Having enjoyed his time behind the camera as director for Gone Baby Gone, Ben Affleck is eyeing the story of slain Arizona Republic journalist Don Bolles as his next project.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Affleck is in talks to direct the Arizona project. The story follows reporter Don Bolles, who was murdered in 1976 in the midst of an investigation he was conducting on political corruption.

This sounds like something that would be right up the alley of the politically-minded actor turned director. Something to cleanse his palette after He's Just Not That Into You.

'He's Just Not That Into You': Trailer and Production Stills

As we all know, the bestselling self-help relationship book He's Just Not that Into You has been turned into a romantic comedy. Now, after watching the trailer, it's apparent that women will have a new opportunity to watch our relationship failures played out on the big screen guided by the experienced hands of rom-com veteran Jennifer Aniston.

A star-studded cast consisting of Aniston's off-screen foe Jennifer Connelly, Ben Affleck, Drew Barrymore and Scarlett Johansson is giving the film some high-wattage, supported by an impressive cast of Justin Long, Ginniger Goodwin, Kevin Connolly and Bradley Cooper.
