The inevitable pairing of pop mistresses, Lady Gaga and Beyonce Knowles, has finally taken place and under the shroud of secrecy. Life & Style reports that earlier this month, the two ladies met up for a highly covert meeting at a studio in NYC.

Their mission? To film the music video for Beyonce's upcoming single, "Video Phone." An inside source dished to the mag, "Beyonce wears a feathered dress. And of course Lady Gaga wears something wild. The fashion is sick and insane."

I'm not a math whiz, but I do know know this. Sasha Fierce + Lady GaGa should definitely = fabulousness.

Last Friday at BIllboard's fourth annual Women In Music event, Beyonce spoke out for the first time about Kanye West's VMAs on-stage interruptus. MTV.com reports that while the singer understood what Kanye was standing up for, she wasn't all that pumped about his game plan.

"Well, I knew his intentions, and I knew he was standing up for art; and he told me before, when they said the nominees, he's like, 'You have this award,' Beyoncé told O: The Oprah Magazine editor Gayle King after accepting her award. "And when they didn't call my name he was, like, completely shocked. And when he walked on the stage, I was like, 'No, no, no!' and then he spoke, and I was like, 'Oh, no, no, no!'

But in the end, it ended up being a great night, and Taylor Swift did get her moment -- and I didn't have to make an acceptance speech,' she added, laughing. "

Everybody wins!  Except West.  West needs an extended time-out.  No more crazy concert times for you and GaGa.

Superstar Beyonce is seen arriving at the Billboard's Women in Music brunch in New York, which recognizes the year's top 30 women in the music business.

Why Beyonce? "Beyonce is a multiplatinum artist and a multitalented woman who clearly embodies the qualities of excellence and achievement that the Billboard Woman of the Year Award was created to honor," Billboard editorial director Bill Werde says. "She has not only influenced pop culture with her hit songs and her signature dance moves, but has inspired women everywhere with her unique style, business savvy and dedication to charitable causes."

Plus she's fierce! Sasha Fierce!

The Singapore Grand Prix was the event to attend, with Beyonce Knowles performing at the F1 Rocks Singapore event. The singer kicked her heels up on stage in her signature gold lame bodysuit.

For her meet-up with race car driver and winner of the event, Lewis Hamilton, and his Pussycat Doll singer girlfriend, Nicole Scherzinger, Beyonce donned a sporty outfit of black short-shorts, tight-fitting racing top and some dark sunglasses.

Lindsay Lohan acted as commentator for the televised event and according to a source that dished to the London Evening Standard, "She was obviously nervous as she had problems remembering her lines."

Additionally, the actress reportedly had an assistant standing by, charged with the task of wiping the sweat from Lindsay's upper lip. Where can I sign up for that job? That sounds like a good time waiting to happen.

After Taylor Swift was cut off from finishing her acceptance speech for her win in the Best Female Video category, Beyonce Knowles rectified the situation as best she could.

Knowles told the audience, while receiving her prize for Video of the Year, "I remember being 17 years-old, up for my first MTV award with Destiny's Child and it was one of the most exciting moments of my life, so I would like for Taylor to come out and have her moment." From there, Swift finished thanking her fans and gave Beyonce a big hug.

As for Kanye, he was asked to leave the VMAs after his display on stage. Blame it on the A-A-A-A-AL-COHOL, I guess.

Other winners for the evening included rapper T.I., who won the moonman for Best Male Video for his single, "Life Your Life." Best New Artist went to the costume-loving Lady GaGa while Britney Spears accepted her Best Pop Video award for "Womanizer" via a pre-recorded speech.

Eminem's "We Made You" won Best Hip Hop Video and Green Day took home the trophy for Best Rock Video for their video, "21 Guns."

In a sizzling, barely-there, sassy red dress, singer Beyonce arrives at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall. 

The former Destiny's Child frontwoman has been nominated for nine 2009 MTV Video Music Awards including Video of the Year for "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" and Best Female Video for "Single Ladies" as well. 

Is it just me, or did the woman bring her own wind machine?

So everyone remembers Chris March from Project Runway? Well If not, then you'll surely know Beyonce. Well it turns out Chris March, a past contestant on Project Runway, is suing Thierry Mugler for allegedly not paying March for the work he did for Beyonce's costumes on her current I Am... Sasha Fierce tour. Those lady lumps don't stay tucked away with just any leotard!

So here's the deal. It turns out Mugler's training and expertise lies more in the design area, while March apparently has the magic hands to make those fierce costumes come to life.  As March so appropriately noted, Beyonce dances so "wildly" that the importance of understanding her movement in making these costumes is key. Apparently Mugler and March have worked together for almost seven years, working on projects like Cirque du Soleil. So when Beyonce hired Mugler to create costumes for her tour, Mugler called upon March for his help.



That was December. When the tour took off at the end of March (the month), March (the person) and his team shipped the costumes off and put in their final invoice. March claims he was paid for everything until that final invoice, and he simply wants to know why. 



Despite his messy lawsuit, March seems to be doing well with the pilot for a reality show and a coffee table book showcasing his designs from the last 25 years both in the works. March seemed grateful and gave credit where credit was due when he said, "I never would have had this opportunity without Project Runway."



I like that outta Chris March! I'm rooting for him. And not to mention he helped our girl B keep it tight on stage like a real pro. Let's hope he gets paid and they can all move on.

Who doesn't love music's crowning couple Beyonce and Jay-Z? Well, apparently some of their friends didn't after the couple wed. Us Weekly reports that Jay-Z tells O Magazine that he and Beyonce's small wedding offended some friends who weren't invited.

The couple wed in a very small ceremony in Jay-Z NYC apartment with "very few" close friends and family. "The sad part is that we offended some," he said of not inviting a lot of friends. "But people who love you understand. Because at the end of the day, it's your day." I think those friends eventually forgot about the offense though as Beyonce and Jay-Z threw a huge party afterward to celebrate. Yay for no earthquakes.

Jay-Z also talked about his rough childhood, which included selling drugs at the age of 13. "If anyone did become something like that, they moved out," he said. "They never came back to share the wisdom of how they made it. If anyone made it, you never knew it. That's why I've always said that if I become successful, I'd come back here, grab somebody, and show him how it can be done."

Did you know he once escaped 3 bullets? "That was divine intervention. Divine intervention, and nobody knew how to shoot.... No one really practices shooting a TEC-9 machine gun, right? And when you're a kid with little bony arms--no wonder nobody could aim." I think all of his friends should forget about being offended cause if he weren't here there would be no wedding to not have been invited to.

Plus, isn't the huge party always the fun part? Honestly the ceremonies are usually so boring. Lovely, yes. But they just drag. Party is the best part.

A best friend is obviously one of the most important people in a person's life and that's why today we are celebrating Best Friends Day. I have a best friend, you have a best friend, he has best friend, she has a best friend... even celebrities have that one special person in their life.

Living in Hollywood, it's difficult to find lasting friendships, but some celebrities have been successful and we applaud them for it. Enjoying a night out with husband Jay-Z, Beyonce is thankful that she got back to New York City in one piece. She was in Japan with her sister on a fashion promotion at the Disneyland Hotel in Urayasu, Chiba province when the earth moved a little.

It freaked Beyonce out, but her sister Solange Knowles slept right through it. Solange posted this on Twitter: "My sister said she was scared out of her mind and calling my mom and I was snoring. How did I sleep through a SERIOUS earthquake?"

The earthquake measured 6.6 on the Richter scale. That's a hefty quake.
