Beyonce Knowles Sight-Sees Before Concert & Plots Time Off

In the midst of a worldwide tour, Beyonce Knowles took some time out of her busy schedule for a little sightseeing in Berlin. The singer took in the Brandenburg Gate--and it really was her this time--before prepping for her performance at the World Arena in Berlin, Germany.

Rumored to be interested in starring in a biopic of the late Eartha Kitt, Knowles has recently expressed a desire to slow things down. The 27-year-old admitted, "My priorities are slowly changing. So after this tour I might be tired and want to take two years off. I've worked hard enough to be able to do that."

Yes, it sounds like her voice could use a rest. Kidding! Calm down, Matthew Knowles.

Beyonce Knowles Plans To Portray Catwoman Eartha Kitt

The project is still on hold at the moment, but Beyonce Knowles has said that she is hoping to get the chance to slip into the slinky one-piece first made famous by the original Catwoman herself. When she was prompted to say what she planned to do for her next on-screen role, the pop star answered, "I was going to do a film about Eartha Kitt. It's a great story."

In fact, Knowles is so keen to be a part of the movie that she would rearrange her hectic schedule to accommodate for production, should it get the green light.

That should be some interesting casting. Granted, we know that B can fill out a catsuit no problem, but the late, great Eartha's shoes would definitely be a bit harder to fill. She better start practice purring.

Beyoncé's Built-In Bejeweled Curves

One of Beyonce's costumes on her tour is the gold jeweled metal corset with built in curves show here. Thierry Mugler designed the outfit, one of ten costume changes she makes during the show. The singer chose Parisian couturier Mugler to design her entire tour wardrobe.

So how does she fit into that corset? Her diet on the tour consists of baked chicken heavily seasoned with fresh garlic, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Plus fish and, in the morning, Special K.

All I have to say is that I'm thankful that the House of Dereon did not design the tour's outfits.

Beyonce Knowles Impersonator Dupes Viennese Museum

An Austrian radio station thought it would be HILARIOUS to send a woman who looked nothing like Beyonce Knowles for a private tour of a museum in Vienna. And...it was Ali Larter. Ha! I wish!

After the marketing manager for the station admitted to the gag, a spokesperson for the museum said, "Her face was extremely similar, but her body was totally different." Please, this woman has hair and eyes. That's where the similarity ends. They should have checked her ID, which undoubtedly read, "Bee-yawn-say Nolles."

I want video of B on the phone with this woman, her raspberry locks flowing in a fury as she asks her, "You came into the museum? You TOUCHED my CHILD?"

America Is 'Obsessed' With Beyonce Knowles

Apparently, we're not the only ones who think that the over-the-top thriller that has Beyonce Knowles flicking her crazy raspberry-highlighted curls over her shoulders and tussling with Ali Larter is the most amazing thing since sliced bread.

Obsessed, the flick starring the pop star topped the weekend box office its opening weekend. The tense relationship movie co-starring Idris Elba from The Wire brought in $28.5 million.

We're going to place the credit for the wild success of Obsessed solely on Beyonce's glorious train worn at the movie's NYC screening.

Beyonce's Working A Train At 'Obssessed' NYC Screening

Oooooh. I am sooooo looking forward to this movie! I could hear the "You touched my child!" line over and over and I would giggle every time. This is going to be so trashtastic!

Beyonce (we know you can sing) hit the red carpet for The Cinema Society & MCM screening of Obsessed in what had to be another House of Deron creation. When is Tina Knowles going to realize that she can design anything other than stage costumes? I mean, a short skirt with a train!?!?!

It was a red carpet full of bad fashion. Ali Larter I'm taking to you. Kim Kardashian I'm talking to you (nice makeup job on the face though).

I'm amazed at how incredibly handsome Ralph Macchio has become (check out the images below). Goodbye Karate Kid!

Anyway back to Beyonce. Other than battling her husband's stalker on screen, she has a life plan. She wants to settle down in a couple of years and have some children with her husband, hip hop mogul Jay-Z, do less touring and -- debut on Broadway. "It's my ideal job."

God help us all.

Beyonce Is 'Obsessed' With Being 'Gangsta'

Illustrating her light and dark sides in her fashion, Beyonce Knowles stepped out looking angelic in white and like a badass vixen in black. Guess which one is Sasha Fierce?

The singer discussed how she drew on duality of her personality for her role in Obsessed. "[My character] starts off in a great relationship with her husband--very charming, sweet--but when tested, she gets really gangsta."

Don't touch her child! Beyonce explains that this transformation came quite naturally to her. "I'm a professional person, so I don't really get too gangsta, but I am a businesswoman--and I am quite gangsta, I should say. So whenever I have to, in my own way, I have to turn on the gangsta, yes." Gee, what's the word of the day?

It's all that hard-core training at Camp Knowles under the tutelage of Sgt. Matthew "I Have No Sense of Humor" Knowles.

Beyonce Knowles & Dad Comment On Screeching Tape

Both her father/manager Matthew Knowles and pop star Beyonce Knowles are responding to the alleged "screeching tape" played on Howard Stern's Sirius radio show. The tape is supposed to be of the "Single Ladies" singer performing her hit "If I Were A Boy" on the Today show in November of last year.

Beyonce tried to shrug off the "completely ridiculous" gag saying, "Everyone's heard me sing and it's perfect timing, actually, because I'll be on the Today show tomorrow singing 'Halo,' or tonight you can watch me sing live on David Letterman!"

But Ol' Daddy Knowles didn't get the memo that it was a joke. "At 12 years into her career, the last thing someone should be questioning is her vocal ability." He went on to say in a statement that anyone who would believe the audio clip hadn't been tampered with and would subsequently "question Beyonce's vocal ability, they've gotta be an idiot."

Exactly, dude. Chill out.

Beyonce Announces Tour Dates In The U.S.

Super-rich couple Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z are seen here in SoHo, enjoying the bounty of their vast riches (and some killer heels) on a shopping trip for sunglasses.

But these little off-the-clock outings are few and far between for the hard-working twosome. Soon, Beyonce will return to the stage after announcing her U.S. tour dates.

The tour for her album I Am...Sasha Fierce is set to kick off its North American tour at Madison Square Garden in NYC on June 21st, ending with a four-night stint at the Encore in the Wynn in Las Vegas from July 30 until August 2.

All the single ladies, get your credit cards up! Time to buy your tickets!
