Michael Phelps & Ryan Lochte Embrace The Return Of The Speedo

A multitude of world records were broken on the first day of the world swimming championships, sparking discussion by international swimming governing body, FINA, that new regulations will eliminate performance-enhancing swimsuits.

What exactly does this mean? Well, a possible return to the teeny, tiny Speedo suits. And Olympians Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte think that's a great idea.

Phelps told reporters at a news conference, "Swimming will actually become swimming again. We're all going to have the same exact suit." In addition, Lochte tells Reuters, "I wish it went back to the old school, like banana hammocks. Jammers, I mean, I'm cool with that."

I think we're ALL cool with that.

Michael Jackson's Missing Nose, Doctor's Strange Behavior

Sources are claiming that as Michael Jackson lay on the autopsy table, the King of Pop was missing his nose. The snitch tells The Mirror, "The prosthesis he normally attached to his damaged nose was missing, revealing bits of cartilage surrounding a small dark hole."

It's believed that the singer had undergone at least six different operations on his nose. Marcus Phillips, a friend of Michael's, claims Jackson continually had plastic surgery in order to look less like his father, who denies abusing Michael when he was young.

Other strange details surrounding the investigation into the 50-year-old's death have emerged. A snitch tells TMZ that police are theorizing that Dr. Conrad Murray gave Jackson Propofol and left Michael alone. When he eventually returned, Michael was dead.

Jackson was discovered with an empty IV bag near his body, an IV in his arm and an oxygen tank nearby. In addition, the good doctor's behavior on the scene was described by paramedics as "strange" and that he kept "getting in the way."

Well, I don't know about you, but I want to get this guy's number. I've been looking for a new doctor and he sounds top notch!

Shy Girl Vanessa Hudgens Opens Up About Nude Photos

Sweet-faced High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens posed for an interview with Parade magazine and took the opportunity to talk a little bit about her infamous nude photo scandal.

After the incident, Hudgens claims, "That's why I'm extremely guarded. I really do try to watch everything I say. Because one little tiny slip, and it's like the world is coming to an end!"

In fact, Vanessa claims that as a young girl, she was so shy, she clung to her mother like a pair of wet underwear. As Vanessa tells it, "I was calling her at work way too much, because I missed her. Back then, I was so shy, I did not want to leave her side." She called her mother so much, Hudgens claims she got her fired from her job.

Lucky for moms, it no longer matters if she has a job. Her little piggy bank is all grown up!

Gerard Butler Hopes To Regain His Spartan Figure

More frightening than a recent bomb scare for Gerard Butler has been his post-300 weight gain. A source tells Page Six, "He's so embarrassed that his six-pack abs have gone, he works out wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses."

In addition, the star--who is currently in New York City filming his moving with Jennifer Aniston, The Bounty--is working out at a highly exclusive gym in Chelsea, named Peak Performance.

I'm all about being physically fit but Gerard's still a hunk of man with or without a few extra pounds. Who cares if his kilt's getting a little tight? Not me.

Gwen Stefani Reveals Washboard Abs On Stage With 'No Doubt'

It's hard to believe that No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani is actually a mother of two after seeing the killer abs the pop star displayed at a recent concert with her former bandmates.

With her 40th birthday taking place this October, Gwen looked more toned and in-shape than she ever as at a concert at the Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles. The singer is believed to have delivered both her sons via C-section, but showed a lack of any visible scars.

The summer reunion tour marks the band's reunion with one another and Gwen's reunion with crop tops. And the world is now a better place.

Tara Reid Parties In St. Tropez With Boyfriend Michael Axtmann

Steadfast party girl, Tara Reid, is has been spending time out in St. Tropez with her new German boyfriend, Michael Axtmann.

Sporting her trademark raccoon eyes, a thin headband, tiny, ripped denim shorts and a drunken smile, the starlet looked rather wobbly as she surveilled the many bottles of champagne sitting in front of her.

Once she noticed the paparazzi, Tara's mood quickly changed as she started wagging a threatening finger at photos. Lucky for them, though, Tara was quickly distracted with a hug from her boyfriend. Or a shiny object. Most likely a crushed beer can.

Sarah Michelle Gellar's Starting To Show

Pet owner Sarah Michelle Gellar is braving the hot weather in style, as seen hitting up the veterinarian's office in Toluca Lake with her dog. Unfortunately, the doggie's stuck with a thick layer of fur all year-round.

The expecting actress has cleverly clothed her budding belly with a gorgeous summer ensemble consisting of a brightly-colored off-the-shoulder top and a billowy white skirt. The final touch is her designer sunglasses and a few bits of jewelry.

She's looking very chic for a momma-to-be.

Naked Cowboy A/K/A Robert John Burck For NYC Mayor

God bless, America. In what other fine country would you find someone running for the office of Mayor of a cultural epicenter like New York City using a fame based on his proclivity for playing a guitar in his underwear in Times Square?

Naked Cowboy, whose real name is Robert John Burck, recently announced his mayoral campaign at a press conference at Military Island.

Sporting his trademark cowboy hat, tightey-whities and guitar, Burck was all smiles as he undoubtedly answered hard-hitting questions about his policies on such key issues as health care, education and most importantly--boxers or briefs?

Peter Peterson A/K/A PC Goes Shirtless On 'NYC Prep' & Sparks Gay Rumors

The character of Peter Peterson (A/K/A/ PC) on Bravo's reality series NYC Prep has remained somewhat elusive since the first episode, which introduced the young member of the Manhattan's high school elite as being notoriously flashy as well as passionate about shopping and fashion.

Now, these shirtless pictures of the 18-year-old have turned up and the story behind him seems to be sparking more rumors that Peterson is in a very exploratory phase of his sexual development.

The story behind the pics has PC starting off at this photoshoot as a photographer's assistant and somehow ending up in front of the lens and posing with the photographer, both of them shirtless.

Hmm, in any case, things are certainly getting interesting.

Is Sylvester Stallone Tanning On The Sly?

Muscle-bound actor Sylvester Stallone is sporting a goatee and a black V-neck t-shirt to show off his bright red neck. Paparazzi snapped these pictures just before Sly popped into his Beverly Hills office.

Interestingly enough, Stallone is double-fisting suntan lotion on his way in. As if the poor guy wasn't sun-damaged enough as it is. Or maybe he's just using it for moisturizer.

Don't you just love how the oily sheen makes his veins pop in the light like that?
