Although Audrina Patridge appears to be eating at a cafe with Lauren Bosworth, it's hard to believe that this is a hobby she engages in on a regular basis unless she's being paid to do so.

The thin starlet was photographed nibbling on what looks like a salad at Fratelli Cafe in West Hollywood, across the table from her co-star on The Hills. But then again, she's always looking pretty hungry.

It's such an interesting phenomenon in Hollywood, where the girls keep getting skinnier, but gaining all this extra weight in the lip and boob areas. Must be something in the water.

Continuing to build her impressive bankroll, Eva Longoria and her hubby, Tony Parker, have teamed up for a sexy ad campaign for London Fog. Check out the video from the photoshoot after the jump.

Taking a cue from comely couple, Victoria and David Beckham, the couple posed for some steamy black and white photos that feature Eva alternately wearing a strategically-placed purse and/or just a trenchcoat and a smile.

The endorsements just keep rolling in for the Desperate Housewives actress, who also teamed up with Andie MacDowell and Kate Del Castillo to celebrate L'Oreal's 100th anniversary with a Friend of the Walk of Fame star in Hollywood.

Shockingly enough, it pays to be beautiful, folks.

Golden girl, Blake Lively, rarely steps out of the house looking anything less than picture perfect. So it was a shock to see the Gossip Girl star revealing some tell-tale splotches on her chest when she bared her decolletage in a low-cut top at the 2009 Angel Ball. But then again, if that's her biggest flaw, the girl should count herself as lucky.

Her real-life boyfriend and Gossip Girl co-star, Penn Badgley, recently admitted to Men's Health that maintaining their romance has been a balancing act. The actor admits, "Having a relationship with someone you work with might not always be the smartest move. But it's been wonderful to be in a relationship where we can both identify with what the other is experiencing."

It seems that black was the color of choice for the evening with Bar Rafaeli and Jennifer Hudson also decked out in the most slimming of colors.

It was during her paso doble with Dancing With the Stars partner, Louis van Amstel, that Kelly Osbourne suffered an ankle injury that sent her to the hospital.

The reality television veteran was all smiles throughout her performance, never once letting on that she was in excruciating pain. Her partner tells E! Online, "At the end of our paso doble Kelly banged her foot on the floor which may have caused an injury."

Currently, the rock star spawn is in the hospital to get an MRI and X-ray to determine whether or not she can continue in the competition. Fingers crossed, break a leg and all that jazz, Kelly!

Desperate Housewives star, Jesse Metcalfe, had no problem bragging in an interview about how his body would react to filming love scenes with his on-screen love interest, Eva Longoria.

During an interview with radio show, Jamie White Mornings on 106.5, Jesse admitted that while the two would simulate making love, he would often "pop a wheelie."

In fact, Metcalfe admits that many times, he would get so excited by his curvaceous co-star, that he required extra time to calm himself before he could get out of bed.

That Jesse, he's a real class act.

Meghan McCain, daughter of former Republican presidential candidate John McCain, sent the Twitter world into quite the hubbub Wednesday after posting the above TwitPic to her Twitter page. The picture depicts the political commentator's "spontaneous night in."

Let me be honest- I cannot take my eyes off her chest. It's hypnotizing and I'm a lady with little interest in boobs, including my own!

After posting the picture Meghan received flack for her cleavage-aplenty. Venting, she wrote "so I took a fun picture not thinking anything about what I was wearing but apparently anything other than a pantsuit I am a slut, this is why I have been considering deleting my twitter account, what once was fun now just seems like a vessel for harassment."

Meghan went on to tweet "when I am alone in my apartment, I wear tank tops and sweat pants, I had no idea this makes me a "slut," I can't even tell you how hurt I am."

Within one hour of posting the TwitPic Miss McCain posted "I do want to apologize to anyone that was offended by my twitpic, I have clearly made a huge mistake and am sorry 2 those that are offended."

By Thursday it seems Meghan had learned a lesson, posting "I would like to thank my family and friends for their support. This has been an embarrassing experience but also a learning one. I will not be deleting my twitter account but I will be more careful in the future about my use with the medium."

Is this picture a big deal? No-not really, but I suppose being linked with the conservative base, as she is, a ban on boobies comes with the territory. A little advice- glamour shots like this have a loving home all their own, it's called Myspace.

The Daily Mail is pointing an accusing finger at smooth-faced movie star, George Clooney, asserting that the actor appears to have gone under the knife.

The skin under Clooney's eyes at the gala screening held at the Odeon Leicester Square of his film, Men Who Stare at Goats, as part of the London Film Festival had tongues wagging that perhaps he'd undergone a Blepharoplasty to have his under-eye bags removed.

Two years ago, George joked, "I had my eyes done. Can you tell? I think it's important to look awake." To throw us off his scent, perhaps? Launch the gallery to check out the pics of George to look for evidence of work having been done on those eyes.

Meanwhile, I don't know who this Sophia Hyatt person is in attendance at the event as well, but I'm pretty sure she does a mean belly dance.

As we all know, the most important activity for a new Hollywood mom to engage in is to start working on getting back her pre-baby body.

Of course, if she's got some spare time, she should try to pencil in an appointment to bond with the child. I'm KIDDING, of course!

But seriously, Ellen Pompeo is already getting back on the fitness bandwagon, seen here making her way out of a yoga studio in West Hollywood after a workout. It looks like having a baby has barely slowed her down.
