Dressed in a light charcoal suit, star of Inglourious Basterds, Brad Pitt, showed up to the premiere of the Quentin Tarantino-directed film in multiple shades of grey.

The Oscar-nominated actor even displayed a hefty amount of silver in his goatee and mustache. I guess I should have noticed it before when he posed for the cover of Wired. I have to say, he wears it well. It's no wonder he was so sought after by Quentin.

Diane Kruger showed off a killer set of legs in a short, taupe dress, simple heels, pulled back blond hair and deep red lipstick.

While the gorgeous movie stars on the red carpet for Inglourious Basterds--Brad Pitt and Diane Kruger--are hard to miss during the film's promotional tour, it's the director, Quentin Tarantino, who's the real star of the movie.

The 46-year-old director talked a mile-a-minute during an interview with The Herald about his career and the hopes he has for his film, Inglourious Basterds.

Tarantino explains, "Literally it was one of those situations where as I was writing the script I was thinking, 'Brad could be good in this'. I wrote a little bit more, 'Hey, Brad could be [expletive] awesome in this!"

However, he knew casting the A-lister would be a tall order. "Not only was I trying to get the most sought after movie star in the world, I was saying, 'I've gotta go now!'"

Lucky for him, however, Brad was ready to roll. Once he cut out all the shower time, he had plenty to spare.

Sometimes parents just have to cave in to their children's wishes (maybe it was Angelina's welcome home treat for the kids). That's exactly what Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie did earlier today, when they took their brood through the drive-thru at a McDonald's in Hollywood.

It was Happy Meals for the kids, and one big smile from the drive through server at the window. Smile, your on camera!

After voicing his opinions on technology, Brad Pitt chatted up German publication, Bild, about matters more close to home. The actor's interview was part of his promotional tour for his new film, Inglourious Basterds.

Pitt admitted, unsurprisingly, that he's "not a car person" and prefers to travel via motorcycle. In fact, he claims he has such an extensive collection, he's not sure how many he owns.

When asked what his most important possession is, he told the magazine, "My family--and yes a couple of my motorbikes."

Speaking of his family, Brad outlined a typical day: "I get going early, make breakfast, get the kids dressed, brush their teeth and take them to school. Angelina [Jolie] is working at the moment. We take turns."

On the subject of spirituality, Pitt offers, "I'm probably 20 per cent atheist and 80 per cent agnostic." Brad doesn't believe in God. Just motorcycles.

Proud papa and pseudo techo geek Brad Pitt celebrated the first birthday of his twin babies with Angelina Jolie with a quiet party at their home in Los Angeles. Vivienne and Knox Jolie-Pitt celebrated with their siblings, Maddox, 7, Pax, 5, Zahara, 4 and Shiloh, 3.

The elder kids helped bake two cakes for the youngest of the brood, one for each twin. In addition, Brad's parents Jane and Bill Pitt flew in for the occasion, making the trek from Pitt's hometown of Springfield, Missouri.

Movie star and humanitarian extraordinaire Brad Pitt isn't necessarily the first celebrity I think of when thinking about modern technology. So it's kind of interesting to hear the star of Inglourious Basterds sound off to Wired on such subjects etiquette concerning Twitter, cell phones and online dating.

In order to avoid eavesdropping during a phone conversation, Pitt recommends limiting bathroom communication to text messaging. However, he cautions, "Just be sure you don't hit the wrong button and end up putting a photo of your junk on Twitter. Trust me, you don't want those followers."

Continuing on the subject of Twitter, Pitt commented on Ashton Kutcher's infamous posting of a picture featuring the rear end of wife Demi Moore. Brad said, "Don't take a picture of your wife's butt. That's silly. Take pictures of other people's wives' butts."

He also supports the practice of lying about your income level on your online dating profile. "Everyone lies online. In fact, readers expect you to lie. If you don't, they'll think you make less than you actually do. So the only way to tell the truth is to lie," Brad advises.

Armed with this advice, you should have no problem conquering the Internets!

The most beautiful woman in the world, Angelina Jolie, is seen here driving in Beverly Hills, after leaving the Raffles L'Ermitage Hotel. She seemed a bit lost, as she asked other drivers for directions.

Maybe she has a better sense of direction in New York City. The rumor is that Angelina and Brad Pitt are checking out the Apthorp, the century-old upper West Side landmark that's undergoing a condo conversion.

The fortress-like luxury of Apthorp is apparently making the Pitt-Jolies consider settling down here. "The gated courtyard means they can get in and out of their car without being hassled by paparazzi," says a source. "The building also has several other exits."

The Pitt-Jolies are said to be thinking about putting together three units in the building. "I heard they're ready to spend as much as $25 million," says a source.

Just your average little condo.

While Brad Pitt partner Angelina Jolie was seen flying high yesterday, Brad chose to keep things closer to the ground by riding his motorcycle. Pitt is trying to keep a level head while his latest film Moneyball is in limbo.

Days prior to when Moneyball was to start shooting, Sony Pictures canceled the film. Writer and West Wing creator Aaron Sorkin has been brought in to rewrite the script for the film that was deemed too arty and documentary-like in approach.

The film could begin filming this fall, if the studio approves Sorkin's new script.

This time the winning cause were the aid refugees in Pakistan. The Jolie-Pitt Foundation has pledged $1 million to aid refugees in Pakistan, where continued violence in neighboring Afghanistan and the resurgence of the Taliban have driven millions of people in the region from their homes. Last week the Brad Pitt family donated $1 million to establish an endowment fund to pay cancer specialists at St. John's.

Jolie will talk about her work in aiding refugees Thursday when she and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton celebrate World Refugee Day in Washington D.C.

I'm happy that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie live by my motto, "if you have it, give it."
