Play with fire and you're bound to get burned. Keep filling the wetsuit under you clothes with steaming hot water...and you're going to need medical attention.

G.I. Joe incarnate and past boy-bandesque stripper , Channing Tatum was filming his new project Eagle in the Ninth in the frigid Scotland air when he came up with a plan to keep that fiercely hot body warm. He donned a wetsuit under his costume and had aides fill it with hot water.  (Hasn't he ever heard of Little Hotties? The minute that water cools down you are in  standing out in the cold in a wet wetsuit.)

One of the assistants didn't let the hot water cool and on his next dosing Tatum was seriously scalded and paramedics had to rush to his side. A source said "Poor Channing seemed to be in a lot of pain. The paramedics on the set treated him immediately. But when they tried to change the dressing later, a massive patch of skin came off and they realized he'd need some rest to get over it." Eew. Can you imagine being the eager and lowly assistant who pours water on Tatum right before he screams in agony? 

In Hollywood that should lead to firing faster than bad acting on Melrose Place. A spokesperson for the production company insists though that "There are no hard feelings over what happened."

Take it Off!

GI Joe star Channing Tatum has evidently used his assets to get him where he is today. We all knew that he was a former model, but thanks to a video that has surfaced, we now know that he was a stripper.

US Weekly has unearthed a video from 1999 in which Channing is seen dancing in a Chippendales-style revue called Male Encounter.

Then 18, the star -- who performed under the alias "Chan Crawford" -- approached the troupe's owner London Steele at a now-defunct Florida nightclub about a job.

"He was shy at first, but he really knew how to work the stage," Steele tells Us, adding that Tatum lip-synched in the act and earned $50 a night (plus tips) during his year-long stint.

It's a bird, it's a crane, no it's Sienna Miller!

Accompanied by talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, Miller waved at fans as she was lifted to Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, just across the road from the studio where Sienna had been a guest on Kimmel's show earlier in the evening. She had planned to make her way straight to the premiere afterwards. But before she left, Kimmel told her: "I know you have to get over there in a hurry, and in fact I've rented a giant escorting machine.

"A woman of your caliber should not be forced to walk, so I've rented a crane to take you across the road."

Miller, who looked stunning in a floor-length gold dress, joked about the crane: "This is a chick magnet..."

And, as they soared over the crowds, Kimmel said: "I don't want to start rumours, we're not dating."

When a film isn't screen for critics, it's usually because it isn't good. But what studios don't realize is that by not screening the movie, like they're doing with G.I. Joe: Rise Of Cobra, they are usually setting themselves up for a bad review when film critics are mad about no screening. Or at least that is the theory presented by Entertainment Weekly film reviewer Owen Gleiberman.

Look, we critics do depend on screenings -- it's the only way we can review movies in a timely fashion," writes Gleiberman. "What goes on now is that the movies that don't get screened are, in effect, pre-judged." So while G.I. Joe: Rise Of Cobra has been getting mostly positive reviews from those who were able to see it, there's the chance that even those critics who do like it will slight it out of anger. Of course that's not fair, but that's how the entertainment business works.

All of this review and screening talk hasn't seemed to affect the cast of G.I. Joe though. Stars Sienna Miller and Channing Tatum popped by The Early Show to talk about the movie (check out the video after the jump). It's so cute watching Channing and Sienna chat, with the best part coming when they show his Dirty Dancing spoof. I love that video.

So really, who knows if the movie is going to be any good? I guess we'll all just have to wait and see what the audiences think at the box office. But honestly, any movie that has a shirtless Channing Tatum and Marlon Wayans is fine by me.

Sexy hunk of meat, Channing Tatum, is often made even sexier by the fact that he is a happily married action star. In fact, that's probably most of what makes him sexy. Channing sat down with Parade Magazine as they chatted about his work out schedule, his marriage, and his newest movie, G.I. Joe: Rise Of Cobra.

According to Channing, one of the best parts of the movie was getting to play a solider, but with real guns. "It's the ultimate make-believe. I was a kid again, only this time I was running around with real guns instead of the sticks I used to pretend with in my backyard. It was like getting to live out every single fantasy that I ever had growing up. I always loved Bruce Willis because he was a real hero not this bionic man, just a regular guy who could kick butt. I also love Stallone and Schwarzenegger. Those were the guys I grew up on."

Listen up gentlemen! Channing has the secret to looking amazing with his shirt off, so I want all of you to listen and do exactly as he says! "The best thing about my career is I get to be really on and really off. I'm at home drinking beer and eating cheeseburgers and chocolate cake, but then they cast me in a role like Duke in G.I. Joe and I'm on, " says Channing. "I get really serious and it's all the way to the wall and that's great because I have all day to work out. People that do 9-to-5s don't. I wake up and I run for an hour and then go and do my training." So basically you need to train a lot. Do it! It's so worth it!

He also talked about his love of dong his own stunts, and how a lot of the stuff that looks CG in the film isn't. I love explosions. I bet real soldiers don't like explosions. "It hasn't made me feel like I experienced actual combat. I know what these guys go through in Iraq and Afghanistan, and it's not even close. It's not even in the ballpark at all. What I admire about the real soldiers I've talked to is that they're just doing their job. They check their politics at the door."

He also talked about his meeting with wife Jenna Dewan and how that Step Up love came about. "Jenna Dewan [whom he wed in Malibu last month] and I had weeks of sweaty dance rehearsals together in Step Up. When you're draped all over each other, it's easy to create chemistry. I kept thinking, 'She's not bad-looking, so it's not that hard to be really into her." Oh I'm just positive that she wants to hear she's not bad looking.

Channing claims to suck at dancing, but I did enjoy his Dirty Dancing parody. There was no dancing of course, but his hair is fabulous. He is looking hotter and hotter these days. Look at these premiere photos! Love it!

The thrill of getting married hasn't dulled after a few weeks of marriage for Channing Tatum. The actor spoke to People at special screening of G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra for U.S. service members, their families and patients from Walter Reed Medical Center.

"I'm as happy as I possibly can be on the planet right now." He thinks that not much has changed between he and his wife Jenna Dewan. It's "just as it has for the last four years we've been together."

"We've been together, and nothing's really changed," Tatum says, adding, "It's pretty much the same as I've felt every day since I met her - and that's just about perfect."

And Channing is just about as perfect a male specimen you can get, so kudos to Jenna!

Not content with simply being an action hero and dancer, Channing Tatum recently ventured into the arena of comedy with a spoof of Dirty Dancing co-starring Charlyne Yi. We showed you the photos, but now here's the full video of these two goofballs.



Meanwhile, Channing continues to promote his summer action flick, G.I. Joe The Rise of Cobra. And so Channing made his way to South Korea for a press conference to promote the movie.

And from the looks of it, the reporters have refrained from asking his co-star, Sienna Miller, about her ill-fated relationship with Balthazar Getty.

Sienna Miller is a very beautiful woman, there's no denying it. So why, in all her beauty, would she choose to wear something so ridiculous looking to the Japan premiere of G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra? Anybody? Possibly to keep her breasts safe?

She seems to be wearing some sort of really sparkly, leopard-print thing that I just don't understand. Maybe it was in honor of the black leather catsuit costume she wore on the film. "Squeezing myself into that with the aid of talcum powder every day for five months was more than enough. I could barely move in it," says the beauty to reporters. OK, so why would you wear this?

Luckily Sienna's co-stars looked quite lovely. Rachel Nichols looked fabulous in red dress, while the gentlemen of the night, Lee Byung-hun, Channing Tatum, Marlon Wayans, Stephen Sommers, and Lorenzo di Bonaventura all looked great in suits. It's so easy for men to get dressed. That's not right.

Ha. You have to love a good Dirty Dancing parody.

GI Joe hottie Channing Tatum stars in the Patrick Swayze role alongside Paper Heart actress Charlyne Yi, who shimmies into Jennifer Grey's part as Frances "Baby" Houseman. The spoof is part of Mean magazine's Cinemash project which casts today's stars in some of yesterday's most memorable roles.

Dirty Dancing premieres next Tuesday (July 28) on MSN and will be available for download through Microsoft's Zune.

Personally I think the Swayze wig works well for Channing. He should work the wig more often.
