Pretty People Play Video Games Too

Who said video games were just for nerds? Well actually, that was probably me....until last night anyway. 

It doesn't take much to draw young Hollywood to a party, especially when an open bar is involved...Stephanie Pratt...cough...But when Ubisoft launched their Assassin's Creed II video game at the Voyeur club in West Hollywood, even The Hills girls were in the mood to party geek-squad style. And who can blame them when Glee cutie, Corey Monteith and Dancing with the Stars pro Derek Hough were in attendance? 

But let's not start any rumors today. Lauren Conrad arrived separately from boyfriend, Kyle Howard, and spent the majority of the night canoodling in a VIP booth where Lauren Bosworth, Frankie Delgado, Rob Kardashian and Scott Disick all made appearances. Um, excuse me Scott...is it appropriate to leave your 8-month-pregnant baby momma at home while you play socialite with Kourtney Kardashian's little brother? Doubtful.

Thankfully, cooler people than Scott turned up looking fabulous on the red carpet including Kristen Bell (who technically was the host of the event but never made it inside the party), Gossip Girl Jessica Szohr, DWTS Edyta Sliwinska and Louie Vito, Entourage's Rex Lee, The Office's Craig Robinson and everyone's favorite DUI survivor, Stephanie Pratt.

Much to my fashion snobbery dismay, most of the Hills girls were clueless when it came to revealing which designer they were wearing, but somehow managed to name drop Topshop, Prada, French Connection and Yves St. Laurent. Must be nice having so much designer wear that you confuse one label for another. Ah, one day...

And although I missed the newest episode of Glee to attend the event, I did get a status report from Corey Monteith himself when he explained he didn't have a girlfriend, prefers LA weather over Canadian weather (duh!) and would include Billy Joel as his top choice for which artist to cover for a future episode of Glee. If you're already thinking of being his personal tiny dancer...get in line ladies.

The Travolta Family Premiere 'Old Dogs'

John Travolta, wife Kelly Preston and daughter, Ella Bleu, were all on the red carpet for their film, Old Dogs. The family presented a united front as they made their first public appearance since the untimely loss of son, Jett Travolta.

The entire family stars in the movie, with Ella Bleu making her debut as the long, lost daughter of Robin Williams' character. Of working with John and his family, Robin tells press, "John just makes you feel wonderful, there's a thing about him that you see him and you start to go 'wow,' it's a warmth."

Movie star power couple, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, showed up to support the film's premiere, as did rubber-faced rocker, Billy Idol. Meanwhile, I'm wondering...was that actually Joey Lawrence, or a wax figure?

Vince Vaughn Talks Nudity In 'Couples Retreat'

The setting for Vince Vaughn's most recent comedy, Couples Retreat, is tropical French Polynesia. So it's no wonder that the female stars of the film--Malin Akerman, Kristen Bell, hottie Carlos Ponce and Kristin Davis--have been have spent most of their time in bikinis and other skimpy loungewear.

Jokingly, Vince tells MTV News, "If me and the guys are going to show some skin around, we know the ladies are going to show up. That's what we do." Continuing the gag, Vince adds, "If the scene calls for it, I'm gonna do it. Thankfully, diet and exercise are high on my list."

Fun fact, Peter Billingsley who played Ralphie Parker in A Christmas Story, directed Couples Retreat.

But in all seriousness, threw were lots of gorgeous people on the red carpet for the event, including Helen Mirren in a stunning blue dress.

Kristen Bell and her boyfriend Dax Shepard, Jason Bateman and Vince Vaughn enjoy a day out on Sydney harbour. Kristen and Dax could not keep their hands off of each other once again. They even got a bit frisky on the top deck of their crusing yacht before heading downstairs for half an hour before resurfacing.

I'm sure Kristen was jut working on her comedic timing.

Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard's Bikini-Clad Hawaiian Vacation

So I guess these pictures of Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard on vacation in Hawaii are a pretty strong indication that this coupling is still going strong. Kristen showed off a trim physique in a tiny blue bikini on the beach, while on break from filming her movie You Again.

The happy couple were very handsy with one another as they frolicked in the waves of the ocean in Maui. Even though Kristen's clearly got a special place in her heart for funnymen, she claims there was absolutely no sexual tension between and her Forgetting Sarah Marshall co-star Russell Brand.

According to Bell, "He didn't fancy me at all and in fact went out of his way to tell me how grotesque I was. And I certainly didn't fancy him because he's so high-maintenance--he took longer in make-up than I did." Keep in mind, this is from a British publication, so take the liberal use of the word "fancy" with a grain of salt.

Bradley Cooper Has The Perfect Cure For 'The Hangover'

The cast of The Hangover shared their hangover cures at the premiere of The Hangover last night in Hollywood with USA Today.

Bradley Cooper: "You're supposed to eat some roasted beets before you go out," he said. "Sadly, I learned about this after the fact. Someone told me this after I had a really bad hangover."

Ed Helms: "Here's what you do: Get some feta cheese. Do a shot of red paint and chase that with a gallon of gasoline. It'll clear it right up. I've done this every time," he said with a laugh. "I'm sort of my own daredevil. I'm all about the trial and error."

Justin Bartha: "Oh, keep drinking. Don't stop. A beer. One Bloody Mary. Keep it going. But if you have a little stomach thing, skip the Bloody Mary. I got that advice from myself. That comes from experience," he said. "Really, I'm a fairly tame guy, but I've had a couple bad ones. I'm usually the one laying in bed groaning the next morning."

Heather Graham: Her theory is to avoid drinking altogether in order to avoid any next-day pains ("I've had some terrible hangovers and I'm like, why did I drink that much?").

Come on Heather you could have done a little better than that. We could have used a little more sharing from you. Like when Bradley talked about having some balls hanging in front of his face. We like it when celebrities share.

Socialite Life BS Awards 2008: No. 9 - Kate Hudson

What's there to say about Kate Hudson? Girlfriend has had everyone. Every Manny, Moe, and hack. 2008 has been an exhausting year of dating for the hippie chick who has yet to find a romantic comedy she hasn't agree to star in, or a bad relationship she didn't think would be fun to take out for a spin.

After Kate's divorce from her from weedy rocker ex-husband Chris Robinson, she set her sights on emotionally unstable Owen Wilson, whom she eventually drove to attempt suicide.

From there, she hooked up with bongo-playing surfer Matthew McConaughey. OK, maybe she and Matthew didn't actually date, but being forced to write about that insufferable duo promoting their mindless movie was as bad as if they'd actually been hooking up.

Then Kate took a spin with a sad comedians no one knows (A/K/A Dax Shepard) to spandex-addicted swinging dick Tour De France winner Lance Armstrong. After they split, Kate appeared to be hooking up with her ex-hubby, was publicly very affectionate (at the risk of getting strangled to death by Madonna) with Alex Rodriguez and may or may not have been seen getting cozy with Jason Statham.

Keeping up with her love life has been exhausting. We're slapping her with this award for wearing us out.
