Dennis Quaid's Twin Son Thomas Is Walking!

Aww. I thought some cuteness might be a good way to start of the weekend.

Dennis Quaid and his son Thomas were spotted leave Creation cafe in Santa Monica yesterday. Thomas was taking his first steps on his own- even walking and sipping from a cup at the same time!

Such a big boy!

Matthew McConaughey & Camila Alves Enjoy Quiet Night Out At Premiere

With a baby at home and another on the way, Matthew Mcconaughey and his expecting lady-love, Camila Alves, opted for a low-key date night when the twosome attended the premiere of the documentary of One Peace at a Time.

The couple spent the evening watching the film in the back row of the Arclight Theater in Hollywood, snuggling up and nibbling on popcorn. Que cute!

At the end of the film, they opted to nix the after party for the movie...unlike some other hard-partyin' couples we know.

Dennis Quaid Avoids A DUI

Dennis Quaid's brother Randy Quaid may not have been the only Quaid in trouble with the law had it not been for an intervention. Dennis Quaid and wife Kimberly Buffington found an alternative way home after a police officer advises him not to drive!

Having attended the premiere of the movie One Peace at a Time, Dennis and Kimberly headed to Phillipes restaurant for dinner. When it was time to go home, Quaid was seen climbing into the driver's seat of his car.

A passing police officer stopped for a chat with the Hollywood star and persuaded him that driving home might not be such a good idea. Quaid agreed with the officer, parked the vehicle and went back inside the restaurant to order a cab!

Now only if every drunk had a police officer stop them before they were about to drive that would be quite helpful. It's not gonna happen, so use your head people! Don't drink and drive.

ShoWest: Zac Efron Talks 'Footloose', Rachel McAdams Wins

Taking home the prize for Breakthrough Performer of the Year at ShoWest, Zac Efron took it upon himself to explain exactly why he had chosen to back out of starring in the Footloose remake.

"I'm sure Footloose would have been a huge challenge, but the actors that I love and the actors that work really hard in this industry are always shaking things up, trying new genres, acquiring new skill sets. That's what's always going to appeal to me: the unknown," the High School Musical star told Entertainment Weekly. No big surprises there.

Rachel McAdams, who stars in State of Play, was awarded Female Star of the Year and Dennis Quaid was her male counterpart, winning Male Star of the Year.

But before you get too excited over the recognition they received, keep in mind that Sorority Row cast mates Audrina Patridge and Rumer Willis were presented with the Stars of Tomorrow awards. So that kind of makes it sound like you can probably find these trophies in the 99 cent store discount bin.

Dennis Quaid Accepts Cedars-Sinai's Hefty Apology

Looking to clear their marred reputation, Cedars Sinai has offered a settlement to Dennis Quaid and his wife Kimberly, who recently celebrated their first birthday at Disneyland.

The couple's newborn twins were mistakenly overdosed with Heparin during their stay at the medical center in Los Angeles. Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace Quaid were given an abundance of the drug when they received treatment for a staph infection.

Cedars has shelled out $750,000 to the couple, according to court documents obtained by E! News Online, in addition to the $25,000 fine slapped on the hospital by the California Dept. of Public Health.

It sucks that newborn twins were involved in this situation, but I can't lie and say that I'm not tempted to wish a non-fatal drug overdose like that one on myself. $750,000 is a whole lotta rent checks. Even if said non-fatal drug overdose made my ass fall off. I could just buy a new one--a better one, even.

Hayden Panettiere Lets Her Ladies Breathe At Madonna Concert

Taking a look at the exposed top the young Heroes star is wearing, you would hardly know that the weather is getting chilly here in Los Angeles. Hayden Panettiere was just one of many celebrities who showed up to the Madonna concert last night at Dodger stadium to see the Hard Candy star joined on stage by Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake.

Amanda Bynes was covered from the waist up, bundled in a kicky red jacket and long sleeves, but opted to show some skin in a short dress and heels. Chaste Myspace befriender Tila Tequila tried to practice a little of what she recently preached by showing up in a demure dress--one that showed off her tats.

As for rock and roll enthusiast Heidi Klum, she had her Victoria's Secrets all covered up from the cold. She knows we've already got her contours completely memorized, so no need to show off. And Jennifer Lopez never even got out of her car because she thinks she's better us.

Dennis Quaid Would Like Meg Ryan To Shut Her Piehole

Meg Ryan has been running around promoting that shitty movie The Women (seriously, I've heard bad things...but the original is awesome. Check it out.) by trashing ex-husband Dennis Quaid for his infidelity during their marriage. Say hey and by the way, she responded to his infidelity with some of her own. Anyway, Quaid would like Meg to move on seeing as it was eight years ago. We know getting cheated on hurts, but Meg got hers back by banging Russell Crowe and making it really public.

"It was eight years ago, and I find it unbelievable that Meg continues publicly to rehash and rewrite the story of our relationship," the actor told Rush & Molloy. "Also, I find it regrettable that our son, Jack, has to be reminded in a public way of the turmoil and pain that every child feels in a divorce."

Seriously, Meg's career is in the toilet and those big puffed-up gross lips of hers aren't acting as an adequate enough flotation device so she's squawking. Stop. Sit down. Give your face some healing time by not speaking.
