Mickey Rourke Evokes The Image Of The Joker Pre-Halloween

It's hard to believe just how sun-baked Mickey Rourke is underneath all that white face. The Oscar-nominated actor dressed up in anticipation of this weekend's Halloween celebrations, decking himself out in face paint and one of his trademark flashy suits.

It's not completely clear if he's going as The Joker, or someone just slightly less sun-damaged. Either way, the guy looks like he's having a good time and getting into the spirit of things.

Happy Halloween, Mickey!.

Avril Lavigne Files For Divorce

TMZ.com is reporting "Sk8er Boi" singer Avril Lavigne has officially filed for divorce from her husband Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley. Avril cites "irreconcilable differences" for the split. The court papers also indicate she is not requesting spousal support and does not want to pay Deryck spousal support.

The Canadian couple was married in July 2006 in Montecito, California and has been officially separated since September. It should be noted the pair hadn't been spotted together for quite sometime prior to the September announcement.

Is anyone honestly suprised by this outcome? The odds were against the couple from day one. Hollywood marriages never seem to last and Avril was only 21 years old on her wedding day. Despite what was the inevitable split of the duo, divorce is never easy. On the bright side both can channel this heartbreak into new albums!

Avril Lavigne & Deryck Whibley Call It Quits

Young married couple, Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley are ending their three-year-marriage, according to Us Weekly. A snitch dishes to the mag, "She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on." Color us shocked.

With divorce papers reportedly imminent, 29-year-old Whibley "is crushed," according to another source. Lavigne has asked her rocker husband to leave the couple's $9.5 million home.

Good for them for getting things done at a young age. Too many people wait until their thirties to enter into their starter marriage.

'Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen' Hollywood Premiere

A lot of pretty people showed up for the Los Angeles premiere of the summer action flick, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Of course, there were the movie's stars--Megan Fox, Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel and Tyrese Gibson--and then there whose Spidey sense leads them to the nearest red carpet within a 25 mile radius.

Playboy bunnies Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson were there, all blond and white-toothed. Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and her football-playing boyfriend Reggie Bush. And of course, Aubrey O'Day was all poofy and looking like an old-before-her-time cougar in her mini bouffant and lavender dress.

Avril Lavigne Parties All The Time Without Hubby Deryck Whibley

OK, I'm not a marriage counselor, but I don't think it's that much of a stretch to assume that things ain't going great between young married couple Avril Lavigne and husband Deryck Whibley.

Avril's been turning into quite the party girl, ducking into one club after another, trying to somewhat conceal her identity by pulling her hoodie sweatshirt hood over her head. Here she is, leaving the My House club, or at least she's trying to leave.

Two friends help Avril stumble her way to their car on the way out of the Hollywood hot spot. And if this doesn't make you feel better about your life, then good luck.
