I never get tired of seeing George Clooney dressed up and on the red carpet. What a gorgeous couple George and Elisabetta Canalis make. All dressy matchy.

The couple hit the red carpet for George's new comic drama Up in the Air. His character is a man who travels across the United States to lay off people amid the financial crisis. There are certain things that George could relate to about this character.

"There are a lot of things about this guy I understand," Clooney said of his character, speaking at the Rome Film Festival where the Jason Reitman movie was presented Saturday. "Part of it is -- and a good portion of it is -- that you can spend a large part of your time literally up in the air, you can spend it working and missing part of your life."

"I spent a long time unemployed and when you are broke and unemployed, when you finally start working you don't wanna stop," Clooney said. "Sometimes when you do that you'll end up missing your family, your friends, people that you care about."

So everyone, when you become rich and famous like George, don't over do it and forget about what really matters. You'll end up losing out in the end.

The Daily Mail is pointing an accusing finger at smooth-faced movie star, George Clooney, asserting that the actor appears to have gone under the knife.

The skin under Clooney's eyes at the gala screening held at the Odeon Leicester Square of his film, Men Who Stare at Goats, as part of the London Film Festival had tongues wagging that perhaps he'd undergone a Blepharoplasty to have his under-eye bags removed.

Two years ago, George joked, "I had my eyes done. Can you tell? I think it's important to look awake." To throw us off his scent, perhaps? Launch the gallery to check out the pics of George to look for evidence of work having been done on those eyes.

Meanwhile, I don't know who this Sophia Hyatt person is in attendance at the event as well, but I'm pretty sure she does a mean belly dance.

Movie star George Clooney has experienced a troubled past with the paparazzi and most recently, he lamented that credible journalism "that doesn't seem to exist as much anymore" because "there's so little reporting any more." In keeping with this fake journalism, George joked to reporters, "I'm going to adopt some of Brad Pitt's kids. I owe him a few."

But seriously, the 48-year-old star doesn't seem any closer to settling down. He continued with the gag by telling press, "Just having Jason [Schwartzman] here next to me makes me feel like a father. He just got married, so I feel like a grandfather."

Well, you don't look like a grandfather, if that's any consolation, George.

Regardless of what your opinion might be of George Clooney's voracious appetite for comely brunettes, the movie star always manages to exude impeccable elegance on the red carpet and the world premiere of the Wes Anderson-directed film, Fantastic Mr. Fox, at the London Film Festival was no exception.

For the occasion, his current squeeze, Elisabetta Canalis looked like a slightly younger version of George's buddy, Cindy Crawford, in a clingy black dress.

As for the supermodel herself, she was a dead ringer for George's date, also opting for a perfectly-tailored floor-length black frock that showed off her impressive physique.

All eyes will be on George Clooney when he walks the red carpet for the opening of the 53rd London Film Festival because of the lovely lady who will be on his arm. No, it's not Elisabetta Canalis, but his Fantastic Mr. Fox, co-star Meryl Streep.

It seems that George Clooney likes it enough with girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis, that he put a ring on it--of the Cartier diamond variety. In Touch reports that while it's not an engagement ring, the twosome are definitely "getting serious."

A source tells the magazine that 48-year-old George has invited 31-year-old Elisabetta to move into his home with him in Studio City, California. Additionally, the Italian stunner has been showered with countless gifts from her movie star boyfriend.

Although it's well-known that George Clooney is a merry prankster off-screen, the debonair actor is best known for his impeccable red carpet style.

Elisabetta Canalis continues to be the envy of women everywhere as George Clooney's newest girlfriend and she made sure to grab tightly on to her new property on the dance floor of Venice, Italy's Hotel Cipriani. With his hand still wrapped after an injury from slamming his hand in a car door, Clooney held Canalis close on the dance floor, whispering into her ear. As he gently kissed her neck, Canalis smiled and grabbed Clooney's butt to give it a tight squeeze.

Movie star, George Clooney has been working double-duty this film festival season with his two films Up in the Air and The Men Who Stare at Goats. While he's been receiving rave reviews for his performances, the actor's also been facing some interesting obstacles along this promotional circuit.

In addition to dealing with naked Italian journalists, George has been nursing a hand injury, which the actor jokingly blames on his Goats co-star Ewan McGregor.

At a press conference for the film, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival right around the same time, Clooney told press, "Ewan and I, we got in a fight and I hurt my hand punching him in the face." Because Ewan's smile is just that potent.

New dream? To be bffs with Brad Pitt and Matt Damon. I mean, not that I haven't always wished that, but honestly these two are pretty entertaining. Basically, Matt, Brad and George were in all at the Venice Film Festival when a little joke presented itself. Mr. Pitt, sick of getting asked when he and Angelina Jolie would tie the knot, said that he would marry Angie when George married his boyfriend. Somehow the humor was lost on the Italians, who then questioned Matt about it.

"So this Italian journalist comes in and goes, Matt, is it true what Brad say?" Matt tells Letterman. "And I have no idea what he is talking about. But you know, I go, 'Yeah, of course it's true.' And he says, 'Do you mean George Clooney have a boyfriend?' And now I'm trying to keep a straight face and I go, 'Yeah, of course he's got a boyfriend. And he wants to legally marry him. We've been on him about this for years.."

Ready for the best part? At a press conference George was doing to promote his new film Men Who Stare At Goats with Ewan McGregor, one journalist stood up, told George he was gay, and then proceeded to strip while asking George to pick him.
