It was a who's who of celebrity at last night's MOCA NEW 30th anniversary gala held at MOCA on November 14, 2009 in Los Angeles, California. It was celebrating it's new exhibit MOCA's First Thirty Years featuring more than 500 works by the likes of Piet Mondrian, Mark Rothko, Jackson Pollock, Jeff Koons and Jean-Michel Basquiat.

Lady Gaga performed at the event, and Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie made a rare appearance for the event. The extravagant affair also brought out Eva Mendes, Kate Bosworth, Chloe Sevigny, Zoe Saldana, Michelle Phillip, Sandra Oh, Rose McGowan, Guy Ritchie, Diablo Cody, Jessica Alba, Marisa Tomei, Daisy Fuentes, Christina Ricci, Carey Mulligan, Kelly Lynch, Shirley Manson, Ciara, Kate Beckinsale, Len Wiseman, Pierce Brosnan, Chris O'Donnell, Kyle Maclachlan, Rachel Zoe, Lori Loughlin, Tracey Bergman, Eric Braeden, Pharrell Williams, Gwen Stefani, Gavin Rossdale, Eileen Davidson, Michelle Stafford, James Franco, David Burtka, Neil Patrick Harris, Jeremy Scott, John Legend and Brett Ratner.

The members of No Doubt are suing videogame company, Activision, over the company's use of the band members' likenesses in Band Hero. Gwen Stefani, Tony Kanal and the rest of the gang claim Activision has "transformed No Doubt band members into a virtual karaoke circus act."

In response, the company defends its position by saying, "Activision believes it is within its legal rights with respect to the use and portrayal of the band members in the game and that this lawsuit is without merit."

So, what exactly are the musicians doing in the game? The band claims that they authorized use of their images for use to perform three of the band's own songs and were upset to find that their characters are being used to perform in more than 60 songs.

They're also not pleased with the choice to feature bassist Kanal singing "Just a Girl" in a woman's voice. Yeah, I could see how they would be pissed about that.

Just because Halloween is over doesn't mean that the party is over for the Stefani-Rossdale clan. Attentive mommy, Gwen Stefani, spent the day after an eventful night out with her men trick-or-treating by frolicking in a park playground with her two sons, Kingston and Zuma Rossdale.

Little Zuma definitely takes after his pop star mother, with his light blond hair and fair skin and couldn't have looked happier sliding on the slide with his moms.

This has to be the most adorable way to burn off Halloween candy calories.

Pop Star Gwen Stefani and rocker husband Gavin Rossdale took their two children Kingston and Zuma Trick or Treating for Halloween. Gwen dressed as Toy Story yodeling cowgirl Jessie, with Kingston wearing a dinosaur costume.

Gavin was dressed as an injured man with bandages across his face and blood coming from his nose and little Zuma was fast asleep in his dad's arms. Later Zuma also changed into a dinosaur costume.

The most adorable musical family, Gwen Stefani, Gavin Rossdale, Kingston Rossdale and Zuma Rossdale all headed to the Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in Beverly Hills to pick out a few pumpkins for Halloween.

Kingston ruled the Pumpkin Patch with his silver sword, black wagon, and black stuffed cat. Zuma just soaked it all in and took a "little pony ride."

Pop star and mother-of-two, Gwen Stefani, showed off her legs in a short black dress at the Fashion Group International's 2009 Night Of Stars in NYC last night. The singer pulled up her white-blonde tresses in a half-up, half-down do, and sported her black cat-eyeliner make-up, but opted to leave her crimson lipstick for another occasion.

Fellow rocker, Jon Bon Jovi, looked all dapper himself, in a suit and tie. Dita Von Teese also opted for black and definitely did not skimp on the red lipstick and nail polish, in her glamorous frock and head-piece.

Young actresses, Evan Rachel Wood and Emmy Rossum, opted for some sumptuous jewel-tones in their red and gold (respectively) Grecian-style toga dresses.

The well dressed Stefani-Rossdale family heads out on the town for brunch in Hollywood this past weekend where mom Gwen Stefani and dad Gavin Rossdale took turns holding their stylish kids Kingston and Zuma.

Okay normally I will bash Uggs, but anything baby-fied in size makes it cute.

Singer Gwen Stefani celebrated her 40th birthday (lets hope I look as fabulous at 40 as she does) at Cecconi's with family and friends at one of my favorite restaurants in West Hollywood, Cecconi's.

Gwen's children Kingston Rossdale and Zuma Rossdale were there, along with husband Gavin Rossdale, and Gwen's dad. On the celebrity front. Kate Beckinsale and No Doubt band member Tony Kanal also joined in on the celebration. Check out all the gorgeousness in the gallery.

Always quirky with her fashion, Gwen Stefani wore a brightly colored bra underneath a tank top and matched it with an unusual pair of tie-dyed harem style pants.

She wisely chose something casual for her outing with her songs Kingston Rossdale and Zuma Rossdale. Kingston's riding his own bike now, and at one point he took a little tumble.

Pop star Gwen Stefani just returned from a whirlwind stint at Fashion Week in New York to unveil her Spring 2010 L.A.M.B. collection and now, here she is visiting a music studio in Santa Monica, California. Girlfriend is BUSY.

Throug it all, she's raising two little boys, one of whom she just recently stopped breastfeeding. Gwen claims that trying to wean her youngest son, Zuma Rossdale, was quite traumatic.

"I didn't want him to (quit), it felt like a total rejection," the blond singer tells USA Today. "It was really hormonal, and trying to stop in the middle of the tour was insane."
