Beauty comes at a price for some, and for Hilary Duff it came in the form of a parking ticket. While Hilary got beautified at Ken Paves' salon in Beverly Hills, her car was being ticketed for an expired meter. Somehow I think she can afford to take care of that.

Between her stint on Gossip Girl and shooting her new TV movie The Business of Falling in Love, the girl has bank.

'Gossip Girl' Teases A Sexy Television Threesome




Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello dishes that three major characters from the CW television series will engage in a ménage à trois on the upcoming episode set to air November 9.

While Ausiello has sworn the identities of the three to secrecy, he did reveal a list of 9 possible combinations, one of which is the real deal.

Bruce Willis & Emma Heming Cozy Up At Spring 2010 Fashion Week



While his ex-wife, Demi Moore is in town to promote her young hubby's new TV show, Bruce Willis and his new spouse, Emma Heming, are spending their time in the Big Apple taking in the Mercedes-Benz Spring 2010 Fashion Week. The happy couple sat in the front row of the Erin Wasson x RVCA show.

At the Cristian Siriano Spring 2010 Fashion Show, Tori Spelling and Veronica Webb were getting chummy in the front row. Tori's hubby Dean McDermott was conspicuously absent from her side, instead, Veronica was there to keep Tori company and take photos of the models as they strutted by on the catwalk.

The Around Bryant Park event attracted a host of celebs as well, with Hilary Duff, Amanda Bynes, Rachel Zoe and Heather Graham showing off their long wavy locks as they mixed and mingled. Oh yes, Lance Bass was there as well.

'Gossip Girl' Continues Roaring Through The 20s




Glamorous Gossip Girl stars Blake Lively, Leighton Meester and the rest of the gang are continuing their 1920s costume party on the set of the CW series.

Showing off a decidedly retro fashion sense, the group of guys and dolls seem to be having a good time before they have to hop back into the time machine and return to present day.

'Gossip Girl Stars Get Fashionable While Filming




The cast of characters on the set of the returning CW series, Gossip Girl, are doing their best to live up to the "WTF?" factor being advertised in the promos.

Guest star, Hilary Duff, is hard to miss while walking the streets of NYC in a full-on 1920s-inspired costume during filming.

Blake Lively, for her part, looks smashing in a spangly, silver dress, light-colored fishnets, silver peep-toe shoes and crazy pair of...legs. It's a far cry from the fashions she's sporting on the set of her film, The Town.

And, as always, Ed Westwick looks buttoned up and pensive.

Hilary Duff & Penn Badgley Lock Lips On 'Gossip Girl'




Young television veteran, Hilary Duff has started shooting her scenes as a multi-episode guest star on Gossip Girl. And she's kicking things off with a bang...or more specifically, with a smack of the lips.

Playing the movie star love interest of fellow co-ed Dan Humphrey (played by Penn Badgley), Duff and Badgley appeared somewhat nervous about their on-screen kissing scenes, making goofy faces in between takes and giggling.

Aside from any anxiety about their scripted PDA, Hilary sounds as if she's been enjoying the experience. "Everyone's been really, really gracious to me and sweet to me," Duff tells People magazine. Give it time, honey.

Celebrities Shield Their Face From The Sun

Celebrities always try and keep their face looking fabulous. After all, it's the thing that most people recognize and it's what is going to show up on a huge movie screen. So it's no wonder that they go to great lengths to protect it.

One great way to protect against the harmful rays of the sun? Hats! Celebrities love hats. Wearing hats, buying hats, eating things from hats...probably not the last one, but you get the pictures. Hats are often paired with sunglasses to prevent the paparazzi, but as well as know that usually never works.

We've compiled a list for you of some of our celebrities looking fabulous with a brim atop their head. My personal favorite is the picture of George Hamilton. Yes, he's in the snow, but I love seeing the tanned man, in the cold, wearing a hat.

Young Celebrities Heart The Ronson Collection At JCPenney




Designer Charlotte Ronson received some familial support at the bash to celebrate her "I [Heart] Ronson" clothing line for JCPenney with her DJ sister Samantha Ronson in attendance. Lindsay Lohan's ex-girlfriend was on turntable duty for the soiree in New York City.

Charlotte's ensemble on the red carpet is not one that I particularly heart myself. I could do without the high-waisted, front-pleated leather shorts and the accompanying leather sandal/boot hybrid shoes with fringe on top that make her look like she has Clydesdale hooves.

Well-behaved starlet Hilary Duff had a big smile on her face, as always and on the other end of the spectrum, Mischa Barton was decidedly more subdued in her floral-print, high-waisted mini. Also worth noting is that her ex-boyfriend with the notorious genitalia, Cisco Adler, was also there.
