Scarlett Johansson Sings 'Iron Man 2's Praises & Makes Music

Stylish Scarlett Johansson is looking radiant here on the red carpet as she presents the MANGO Winter 2009/2010 collection, of which the actress acts as spokesmodel.

She's got a number of reasons to smile, what with her action movie, Iron Man 2, set to premiere next year. The actress literally worked her butt off in order to squeeze into a strechy catsuit for her role as Black Widow opposite Robert Downey Jr. Johansson tells Extra, "Hopefully, I won't be crucified for saying this, but I think the second one is even better."

The actress has also been working with Pete Yorn to create the album Break Up. She performed on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show. Yeah, the jury's still out on her music career.

Scarlett Johansson Doesn't Eat To Wear Lycra Catsuit

Scarlett Johansson is definitely a dedicated actress. To prepare for her latest role as Russian spy Black Widow in Iron Man 2, the 24-year-old actress was on a super strict low-carb diet and was constantly training and working out in the guy.

Scarlett told People Magazine, "I kicked some major butt. It was many, many, hours, days, and months of stunt training and strength training, but it's fun because I had a goal. The goal was the Lycra catsuit." Suffice it to say, Scarlett was happy with her look. "You put that much work into something and you put it on and you better be happy with it."

I know about a billion male fans that will also be very happy with it. Some of them even showed up to Comic Con where Scarlett showed off the bod. Sexy!

Iron Man director Jon Favreau was also very impressed by Scarlett. "She didn't eat much, that's for sure. She likes food, as do I, and she was definitely on a low-carb diet and training very hard. It was amazing."

Bravo Scarlett. I'm sure that husband Ryan Reynolds was extremely pleased with your new built body. Although I don't know how happy he'd be with you and your trainer. But I'm sure nothing is going on. Look at the perfect distance they're keeping from each other.

PHOTOS: New 'Iron Man 2' Stills

With the release of these new stills from Iron Man 2, the excitement continues to build. The frenzy will reach a boiling point when the stars hit Comic-Con this week.

"This is about the toughest group there is to impress," says Robert Downey Jr., reprising his role as playboy superhero Tony Stark. "They're watching your footage, every one of them waiting to Twitter whether you suck."

Director Jon Favreau's presentation, featuring unedited footage set to Black Sabbath's rock anthem of the same name, helped propel the film to $318 million, turned Downey into a summer action star and gave studios a template for wooing Generation Text.

"You can't underestimate how powerful this group is," Favreau says. "It's an unlimited press corps, all of them knowing how to communicate in a digital age. The geeks have inherited the Earth, and that's good news for us."
