Remember those photos from a few months ago where it looked like Jude Law assaulted a female photographer? He didn't really assault her after all. Law has been cleared of all charges.

The star explained that he had been blinded by the camera flashes and as he held out his arm to shield his eyes, he accidentally struck one of the photographers.

In a statement, a spokesman for the Crown Prosecution Service said: "A careful analysis of the specific evidence in this case, which included photographs and eye witness statements, indicates that Mr Law had no intention to assault anyone.

"While Mr Law accepted that he may have come into contact with someone while attempting to make his way to his car, it is highly likely that a court would decide his actions were reasonable given that his path was deliberately impeded by a crowd of photographers."

It pretty much looked like a smack to me, but that's why I'm not a member of law enforcement.

The children of ridiculously fine actor Jude Law must have it a little though. Mommy and Daddy got divorced cause Daddy cheated on Mommy with their nanny, Daddy is never around cause he is always working and now Daddy is having another baby with some lady they don't know.

I think it's safe to say that Jude owes his kids, Rafferty, 12, Iris, 8 and Rudy, 6, more than a normal parent should owe their children. This might explain is appearance when taking his kids for a tennis lesson in north London. To say that Mr. Law had bedhead I feel would be an understatement. Can someone please explain the neon green pants to me? I just don't understand.

The kids seemed happy-ish, though. We're told that the oldest, Rafferty, took the news of the baby particularly hard. I'm guessing it's cause he's the oldest and therefore more conscious of what is happening.

Luckily none of Samantha Burke's family was around. She's Jude's baby mama, just incase you missed it. Apparently the family of Samantha is not too happy with Jude. I feel like they just need to meet him though. He's probably one of those people that you really want to try and hate, but then he starts talking and your heart literally melts. Oh Jude.

So listen, Jude, I'd just like you to know that you can pull out your checkbook anytime and pay for my tennis lesson. I'm just, you know, saying. I love you.

While Samantha Burke, the baby mama of Jude Law's latest child, may be praising how Jude has been through the whole pregnancy process, her grandmother sure isn't.

In an exclusive interview from her home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Delores Burke said: "To say this family is mad at that man is an understatement. He has behaved as less than a gentleman. Samantha is a lovely girl but she is only 24 years old. At that age, you think you are a grown-up but you are still very young. He is old enough to know better."

"My son Denis is hopping mad. He feels that Jude Law took advantage of his little girl. He rang him up but could never get through on the number Jude gave Samantha. He kept leaving messages. In the end, some lawyer called up and then Denis did get to talk to Jude and read him the riot act. I think that's what made him step up to the plate and promise to look after this baby. Denis is as mad as hell and wants him to be a man about this."

Let's hope Jude has learned another lesson throughout all of this. Put a helmet on your soldier!

With baby Sophia on the way, Jude Law may have something else to worry about. According to The Sun (so do with this what you want), the mother of Jude Law's baby, Samantha Burke, may have nude photos of the actor. Jude is worried the photos will cause more embarrassment to his three kids with Sadie, 44 - Rafferty, 12, Iris, eight, and six-year-old Rudy. Rafferty was said to have taken the news of his dad's new baby particularly badly.

A heavily-pregnant Samantha, 24, last night appeared in public for the first time since news emerged she was expecting. Wearing a tight dress showing off her bump, she admitted: "It's a hard time."

Getting a hold of Jude Law to tell him that she was pregnant with his child was no small feat for Samantha Burke. When she dialed the cell phone number he had given her during their relationship, the mommy-to-be found that it had been disconnected.

According to RadarOnline.com, Burke finally got a hold of his publicist's office in order to get the news to the British actor, who didn't initially believe the news. However, a DNA test quickly cleared up any disbelief.

Friends tell the website, "Samantha was telling pals in Florida back in the beginning of the year that she and Jude were hooking up. He insisted on not wearing any protection and soon she became pregnant." Good lord, it's like he was trying to have a baby, the virile fool.

Thanks to TMZ.com the mystery of who is Jude Law's baby mama has been solved. After a DNA test was performed, Jude stepped up and took full responsibility as being the father of Samantha Burke's baby.

She confirmed the news to TMZ by releasing a statement through her lawyer: "Ms. Burke can confirm that she did in fact have a relationship with Mr. Law and that she has informed Mr. Law that she is expecting his child later this fall. Since informing Mr. Law of the pregnancy, he has been nothing but responsive and supportive of Ms. Burke and the pregnancy."

According to Burke's Babies "R" Us registry she's expecting Sophia on October 6th this year.

Jude Law if gonna be a daddy again! The 36-year-old actor has released the following statement about this new baby: "Jude Law can confirm that, following a relationship last year, he has been advised that he is to be the father of a child due in the fall of this year. Mr. Law is no longer in a relationship with the individual concerned but he intends to be a fully supportive part of the child's life. This is an entirely private matter and no other statements will be made."

Ooo! Baby on the way and you're not even with the mommy anymore! Oh Jude. Maybe the mommy is that mystery lady he was spotted with a little while ago? You know it's very possible.

Jude is working hard playing the title role in Hamlet at London's West End. Last we heard Jude was busy hitting the ladies. Well ones with cameras anyway. Hopefully this baby won't come out with a camera. That would be wrong. His last three kids with ex-wife Sadie Foster didn't enter the world like that, so I'm thinking the babies are safe from the wrath of Jude.

Soon Jude is gonna get underway promoting his latest film Sherlock Holmes, which we all know is going to be amazing! You know, fall is right around the corner. I wonder how long the mommy kept it from him or how long he kept it from us? Hmmm...

Things were going so well for Jude Law. His performance of Hamlet is earning rave reviews, he's spending lots of quality time with his buddy Cameron Diaz and a mystery woman and his new film, Sherlock Holmes, promises to be highly entertaining.

But the other night, Jude was out with his buddy--and supposed competition for the affection of Cameron Diaz--Leonardo DiCaprio at the Automat bar in London when he got into an altercation with a female paparazzo.

The photographer claims that Jude intentionally struck her, telling The Sun, "He hit me full on the face, it was a real stinger, it was very sore."

However, a rep for the actor claims it was an accident and that Jude inadvertently hit the woman when he went to shield his face from a camera flash. "This is all nonsense. Last night's incident was an accident...He apologized and left. Pictures of this sort can often be misleading," the rep added.

This sounds like a mystery that needs to be solved. Someone get LaToya Jackson on the case!

I would personally like to thank the person that decided to make a film with Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, and Rachel McAdams that is directed by Guy Ritchie. I guess the person I should be thanking is the producer of the film Sherlock Holmes, which has all of that!

The producer, Robert's wife Susan Downey, tells Starpulse, "[Guy Ritchie] did an amazing job, on a scale that no one's seen him work on before. He delivered. I think it's going to surprise people." Surprise me! I'm so ready to be surprised.

Guy Ritchie is mostly known in America for his violence and camera work in films like Snatch and RocknRolla, as well as his marriage to Madonna. That was a fun marriage while it lasted. Susan also says, "You'll see the flare and you'll see Guy's touch on it, but it's a whole different canvas."

Warner Brothers is getting ready to show some never before seen footage at San Diego's Comic Con this week, with Guy, Robert, and the rest of the cast there for a panel discussion. The film opens this Christmas, so I think we all know what Santa is bringing for the world! A sequel!

With all three movie stars single at the moment, rumors are swirling that Cameron Diaz is secretly going out on dates with former co-stars Jude Law and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Diaz enjoyed a wild night out in London at Boujis in South Kensington with Jude, her castmate from The Holiday. A source tells The Sun, "Now they are both single, things are a bit different between them. Jude has been flirting with her and she has been playing along."

In addition, Cammie's co-star from Gangs of New York, Leonardo, is also vying for her attention after splitting from his model girlfriend Bar Rafaeli.

The source also reveals, "[Cameron] was back at his rented apartment in Knightsbridge, west London, a couple of times last week after a series of secret dates. They were joking with friends that they played chess together." Oh I bet they were. Just don't ask what they did with the pawns.
