It was a windy day at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, but if you were a celebrity, or had a really good publicist, this is where you were at last night. The premiere of Michael Jackson's This Is It was where all of Hollywood was.

Director Kenny Ortega said the film's goal was to "tell a story for the fans."

Creating the film "was powerful. There was laughter, there were tears," Ortega said. "This is not the journey that we thought we'd be on, but we had to do this for the fans. This has been very healing."

Michael's brothers -- Marlon, Randy, Jermaine, Tito and Jackie -- walked the red carpet to support the film, which they said they had not yet seen.

"This is what Michael would like to share, his work. He'd be most proud," Jermaine said. "I want the film to show that with hard work and dedication you can achieve anything."

Dressed in matching tight outfits, sunglasses and coffee cups in hand, new couple and Russell BrandKaty Perry certainly look compatible--at least fashion-wise.

Mirroring her kissing partner's cheeky sense of humor, Katy donned a short-cropped white t-shirt with the Mobb Deep song lyric, "The Real Shit, Shit to make you FEEL shit," emblazoned across the front. The singer paired her top with a super-short black mini-skirt and some serious black ankle boots.

The comedian opted for a pair of skinny black jeans and boots. Oh, these two have a bright future together, coming up with wacky outfits.

Settle, people.  Important things are happening.

Like Katy Perry turning 25 and throwing a giant party for herself.  Apparently, said par-tay had a Charlie and The Chocolate Factory theme and was held at L.A. restaurant The Beach.  Katy asked all her guests to wear white and then got a bit silly with some brightly-colored paint.  Naughty celebrities!

Katy unsurprisingly showed up with her love-buddy Russell Brand, and lovey-doveyness ensued.  I don't have much to say about these two.  They are a steaming cup of 'who cares?' in my book.

But on the bright side, look!  Oompa loompas!  I hope they got overtime for this gig.

Also in attendance were Taylor Swift, who seems to be dwarfing Julianne Hough, Matt Dallas, Jonny Makeup, JoJo, Perez Hilton, and Markus Molinari.

Katy Perry showed off the girls at the Palladium in Holllywood where she attended the Mika concert last night. She took time to sign autographs and pose for fans with photos.

The singer must be on a love high. The rumor is that Katy and Russell Brand are looking for a home together in Los Angeles. The couple was said to be eyeing a 5000-square-foot apartment in the Hollywood Hills, with an open-plan kitchen, hot tub and a dog yard.

"Like a lot of celebrity romances, Russell and Katy have totally dived in at the deep end, but they've completely fallen for each other," the Mirror quoted a friend of Brand as saying. Katy's just the girl to keep Russell on his toes and he's completely head over heels for her. He keeps telling us he's never met anyone like her and he knows she's the one for him.

"He's 34 now and has been playing the field for years now and he's thinking this could be the time to settle down and maybe think about starting a family," the friend added.

British actor and comedian Russell Brand grabbed a little lunch with friends at the Urth Cafe (Katy must have recommended it) in West Hollywood yesterday. Afterwards he stopped by Coco de Mer, an erotic luxury boutique in West Hollywood, CA.

I just don't get how anyone can be attracted to Russell Brand? If someone could fill me in as to why he's hot, I'm all ears.

The couple, Russell Brand and Katy Perry, get extra cosy in front of their friends Paul McKenna and Randy Jackson at a party in Hollywood yesterday. Russell and Katy's relationship got off to a romantic start after they met at the MTV Video Music Awards last month.

Recently, new couple, Katy Perry and Russell Brand have gone public, appearing out and about together during Spring/Summer 2010 Fashion Week in Paris.

And the twosome were once again spotted taking in the John Galliano show in the city of romance itself, but could barely muster so much as a smile for paparazzi cameras. While they seem more than comfortable gushing about one another on Twitter, the high-profile pair appear hesitant to flaunt their relationship in public.

Comedian Brand seemed appropriately subdued for the duration of the show, quietly watching the models strut the catwalk, all the while clasping Katy's hang on his knee.

Other attendees include Dita Von Teese, who  turned heads in a sparkly, plunging neckline lavender dress while Prince brought some serious color in a bright red suit.

The vibe on the catwalk for the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2010 show in Paris was decidedly funky. According to designer, Marc Jacobs, the prêt-a-porter collection could be described as "Street clothes, embracing the hippie-cyber, tribal-punk world."

And the front row was populated with famous faces, such as those belonging to Freida Pinto, Catherine Deneuve and Katy Perry. Star Trek star, Zoe Saldana looked gorgeous in a black frock and bright red lipstick, while Camilla Belle opted for a more complicated look in a pouffy blouse and skirt.

Leighton Meester opted for a heavy, black ensemble, complete with some clunky black high heels while gorgeous Michelle Yeoh looked all kinds of special agent glamorous in her brown, leather trench coat.

Otherwise, I'm not sure why she'd have worn that dress. Attending the Jean-Charles De Castelbajac show during Paris Fashion Week, Katy Perry embraced her youthful side and wore a Sesame Street printed dress.
