Taylor Swift And Katy Perry Have A Girls' Night Out

They may seem like an odd pair, but singers Taylor Swift and Katy Perry enjoyed a night out together in England over the weekend. Both ladies were in town to perform at the Chelmsford's V Festival, along with our good friend Lady Gaga.

Taylor and Katy dined at Hakkasan restaurant in Soho and spent three hours chatting and eating before they parted ways with hugs. I like the two of them together. Like, I could totally see them shopping and partying together.

Taylor obviously enjoyed the night as well. She wrote on her Twitter later on, "@katyperry really puts the 'fun' in Fundon." Aww, that's cute. Maybe once Katy has fulfilled her dream of becoming Gwen Stefani, the two of them can do a show together. Or record a song together. The possibilities are endless.

During her V Festival performance, Taylor told the crowd about her love life at the moment. "I'm still looking," she laughed. "I want a boy with an accent." OK, so Taylor Lautner does not have an accent, but I kinda liked the dark hair-blonde hair thing you guys had going. Get on that. And the Katy-Taylor single. Thanks.

Katy Perry Wants To Follow In Gwen Stefani's Footsteps

Looking low-key on a shopping trip on Oxford Street in Sydney, Australia, pop star Katy Perry recently expressed a desire to pursue the same career path as her idol, Gwen Stefani. Perry tells the Daily Express, "When I grow up I wanna (sic) be just like Gwen Stefani...It's not a race it's a marathon."

Katy expresses her frustrations by adding, "I think music is weird these days, people don't, well the music industry doesn't let u grow anymore, everything has 2B (sic) now, so immediate. Like watching Gwen tonight that was a 15 year in the making."

Let's just hope the fruit hasn't spoiled by that point. Cause those are some awful big bananas.

Katy Perry's Big Boob Childhood Prayers Fulfilled

Singer Katy Perry dreamed what every little girl dreams of; having big boobs. She claims she was rewarded, but hey, they aren't huge.

She said: "I remember really vividly kneeling by my bed as a nine-year-old, saying my prayers and asking God to give me boobs that were so big that if I laid on my back I wouldn't be able to see my feet."

"Eventually that request was granted. A bit of divine intervention displays the power of prayer. Every time before I go on stage, or go out where I know there will be a lot of Press, I take a skipping rope and spend about ten minutes, fully clothed, skipping."

"I look like Rocky. This way I can ensure that everything is firmly in place and I won't have a wardrobe malfunction. Don't want those boulders doing a show of their own."

Wow. Like Rocky. In a funky dress. How is it that the Lord gave Katy the boobs she wanted, but there are still starving children in Africa? Life is just not fair.

'American Idol' To Keep Four Judge Format

According to Fox's top dog, Peter Rice, "We're very sad that she's [Paula Abdul] not coming back." That said, the show needs to move on. American Idol will be enlisting a fourth judge.

In the meantime, during the audition part of the season, which start filming tomorrow, the show will enlist guest judges. Victoria Beckham has been revealed as one of the judges, and Katy Perry will also be appearing.

Rice went on to say, "The four judges were getting in a rhythm last year, and we will probably have four judges back."

Rice continued, "We feel between now and [January] that we will come up with a solution and replacement for Paula. We are looking forward to the season. Obviously, there is going to be a different dynamic. We will be looking to bring a different element and different energy to the season."

Katy Perry No Longer Fighting With Katie Perry

Here's something fun, singer Katy Perry has withdrawn from a trademark case with Australian fashion designer, Katie Perry. Katie, who designs Kiribilli, tells Australian news outlets that she "ecstatic" that Katy withdrew from the case, just an hour before it was due to be heard in a court. "I went to sleep last night worrying about this case and whether I was going to lose my business and now all that has changed," Katie said.

Katie got some intense media attention when Katy's lawyers asked her to withdraw her trademark application to use her name for her label. Could you imagine buying something from Katie Perry and thinking it was Katy Perry?

Katie claims to have never heard of Katy Perry, and was not trying to use the name cash in on Katy's fame. "I hadn't even heard of her," Katie told reporters. Katie Perry thinks that her YouTube video to Katy asking for a friendly solution helped end the battle.

"Physically and mentally it's taken a huge toll. I've learnt a lot of lessons through this - mostly to stick to my guns," Katie said. "I still have to work tonight but I think I'll find time for a glass of champagne as well."

Well, I'm glad everything seems to have worked out. It's probably cause Katy kissed Katie and ended up liking it. Or while eating some pizza in her own special way, she decided to withdraw.

Katy Perry Likes Pizza While Nude In The Bathtub

It was a one-woman pizza party in pop star Katy Perry's bathtub the other day, the proof of which she posted on her Twitter page for her fans. The 24-year-old revealed her passion for food is akin to "sexual seduction."

The "I Kissed A Girl" singer revealed, "Few of my fave things: BBQ chicken chop at CPK Chinese, chicken salad at Chinchins, Rock shrimp & yellow tail sashimi at Nobu, Crispy beef at Mr.Chow's, endive salad at Le Petite, four curry chicken salad at Urth Cafe, my beloved double double at INnOut."

Additionally, she theorized what she would look like in the future, after the pressure to maintain a thin pop star figure had dissipated.

Until she really gives into those desires, she'll remain slim and trim Katie, as seen here on her way to chat with British talk show host Jonathan Ross, where at the most, she might eat her words.

Katy Perry Wants To Pull A Britney Spears

Singer Katy Perry, looking adorable in polka dots, has higher expectations for her next tour. She'd love to put on a massive show ala Britney Spears or Madonna.

She said: "I really want to see (Britney's) show. I hear it's supposed to be amazing and I love those big production shows, because I haven't been able to get to that point yet."

"I'm on my first record. I don't have millions of dollars to do shows like that just yet. I love how she uses all the dancers and all the theatrics."

Now if she just can nail down her lip-syncing skills she'll be ready to go!
