Katy Perry Wants To Pull A Britney Spears

Singer Katy Perry, looking adorable in polka dots, has higher expectations for her next tour. She'd love to put on a massive show ala Britney Spears or Madonna.

She said: "I really want to see (Britney's) show. I hear it's supposed to be amazing and I love those big production shows, because I haven't been able to get to that point yet."

"I'm on my first record. I don't have millions of dollars to do shows like that just yet. I love how she uses all the dancers and all the theatrics."

Now if she just can nail down her lip-syncing skills she'll be ready to go!

Kylie Minogue & Katy Perry Share Limelight At Glamour Awards

Tiny as she may be, all five feet of Kylie Minogue was dressed to the nines for Glamour's Women of the Year Awards for 2009.

The 41-year-old pop princess hinted at her on-stage showgirl persona in a black mini sheath dress and an animal print feather boa. Where would one even find such a thing? Fabulous.

Katy Perry was no slouch at the event either, with her jet-black curls arranged perfectly with her trademark red lips in full effect. Her dress was a turquoise strapless number paired with some black hose and bright red heels.

Katy Perry Hates Celebrities Who Sell Shit

Singer Katy Perry has taken a strong stance on celebrities who endorse products. Who knew she felt so strongly on the subject?

In any case, the pop star said in an interview, "Most of these 'beeps' just hawk breath mints or shoes. No offense to them but maybe I'll hawk shoes later in life. I work every day and nothing is free. I'm not some 'beeping' idiot wasted starlet lost on an island somewhere."

I'm going to hazard a guess that she just happened to catch some promos of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here with Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. Those two are capable of making anyone feel violent.

2009 Life Balls Celebrates Life, Raises Money For AIDS Research

Katy Perry took the opportunity to perform at the 17th annual Life Ball 2009 at the Rathausplatz in Vienna, Austria to bust out yet another costume for the event. The singer donned a shell-themed ensemble and was lowered down to the stage à la The Birth of Venus.

Married couple, Eva Longoria and Tony Parker, proved that they enjoy attending charitable events on the other side of the Atlantic as much as they do here in L.A.

Pam Anderson actually looked quite amazing all dressed up in gold lame, her hair teased to high heaven and a gold boom box propped up on her shoulder. It's so hit or miss with this one.

Madonna & Jesus Luz: Monkey Bar & Bungalow 8 After MET Gala

Not content with ending the evening after a night of costuming and fancy business, a slew of celebrity couples which included Madonna and her young model boyfriend Jesus Luz, kept the party going at NYC hot spots Bungalow 8 and Monkey Bar.

Gossip Girl costars and real-life couple Blake Lively and Penn Badgley showed up, as did the famous twosome consisting of Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel. Another curvaceous Jessica, Jessica Alba celebrated a parents' night out with hubby Cash Warren.

Hmmm. It looks like Katy Perry was channeling her inner Cleopatra. Wearing a royal blue gown with a metallic neck piece, Ms. Perry looked, well interesting, on the red carpet at the 2009 MET Costume Institute Gala.

It's all a little too severe for me.
