Spiderman actress, Kirsten Dunst, took to the stand to testify as a witness in the case of James Jimenez, accused of sneaking into the actress' penthouse suite at the SoHo Grand and stealing thousands of dollars of items.

Dunst discovered the theft after a night out with the cast of How to Lose Friends and Alienate People and returned to the room with co-star, Simon Pegg.

Kirsten's testimony lasted 30 minutes, during which time a giggly Dunst described the stolen items, which include a $2,000 Marc Jacobs purse. She told the court, "My purse had $2,000 in it, a pair of sunglasses, my wallet with all my credit cards."

Tee hee!

Quite a number of famous young faces were present in the front row of the Charlotte Ronson Spring 2010 Fashion Show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City.

Not to be outdone by the Gossip Girl contingency at Fashion Week, 90210 star Jessica Stroup was front and center at the event with a big smile on her face.

As for the musical end of things, Keri Hilson and Russell Simmons were seen chatting it up, as well as rubbing elbows with fellow attendees Nicky Hilton and Kirsten Dunst.

One freckled face noticeably absent from the crowd was Lindsay Lohan's. It seems that her recent rant on her Twitter page hasn't been opening any doors for a reconciliation, believe it or not.

Sporting some long blond hair, Kirsten Dunst looks casual and cute as she walks through SoHo in NYC wearing a simple blue dress, sandals and a denim jacket.

The actress was recently seen at the Jane Hotel, engaging in a spirited night out that included smoking and dancing with two friends.

However, that's where the rehabbed 22-year-old drew the line with her partying activities. A snitch dishes to Page Six, "She had two bodyguards hovering over her at all times who were monitoring her." But it doesn't seem as if the babysitting cramped Kirsten's style, since the witness says the actress appears to be "having fun."

At the very least, she seems to be dressing better and that's good news for everyone.

Paparazzi shy Kirsten Dunst might be so over the movie star lifestyle that she's thinking about not participating in Spider-Man 4.

Director Sam Raimi said of Kirsten's possible participation in the flick, "I'm hoping that she is going to come on board and I've got a meeting coming up with her. I think she would like to but I don't want to speak on her behalf."

Maybe she's finally over all the paparazzi from the paparazzi. Either that, or she's just sick of dyeing her hair red.

It's nice to see these two showing some PDA instead of keeping a few feet apart from one another in public. The ass grab that Jake Gyllenhaal does in the video is priceless. It's a cute moment. Which leads me to wonder what sex with Reese Witherspoon is like? Does she like her ass spanked?



Anywho. By all reports this years Coachella festival was a big musical success. Paul McCartney, The Killers and M.I.A. were all highlights of the event. The best moment had to be when Morrissey left that stage because the smell of meat was wafting over the stage and he was feeling sick. In case you're unaware, Morrissey is a staunch vegetarian. I love my Morrissey.

- It looks like Kirsten Dunst and Josh Hartnett may be back on. They were linked to each other last year, but then cooled things off. According to a Page Six spy who saw them at Blue Ribbon Sushi on Sullivan Street Thursday night. "They were whispering and smiling at each other," said the onlooker. "At times it looked like she wanted to grab his hand, but stopped. She was especially smitten with him." Much luck.

- Prince Harry has broken up with his girlfriend Chelsy Davy after she decided that she could no longer cope with the pressures of his military career. How did the world find out? The silly girl updated her Facebook status to read: 'Relationship: Not in one.' Much luck.

- Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has a new man in her life, and she's letting him hang with her daughter Bluebell Madonna. Her new boyfriend Fabrizio Politi bonded with her daughter, as he carried her through the streets of London. Despite only dating since last month, it appears Halliwell, 36, and Politi, 34, are already growing quite serious. Much luck.

Holy Hollywood explosion of famous people! It certainly look likes a celebrity bomb went off at The Art of Elysium second annual Heaven Gala at The Vibiana.

Eva Mendes received honors at the event (not sure for what--probably for being hot) and she was just one of a whole gaggle of stars. Kate Bosworth looks ridiculously thin and from the dress she's wearing, she looks like something that went through the turbine of a jet engine, the poor thing.

Courteney Cox and her hubby David Arquette were there with his two sisters Patricia and Rosanna Arquette. They left the attention-starved wack-job at home, I see. Speaking of crazy, Shannen Doherty was there, as was Marisa Tomei, who I swear to God has been at every red-carpet event I've written about for the past month. That woman must be chafed from changing dresses.

Also, make sure to check out Sting's new look. I can't decide if I'm into it or not.

It was a year filled with tragedy, evil-doing and dumbass behavior. Let's take a look.

Stalking was at an all-time high this year, with Jennifer Garner, Alyssa Milano and Kirsten Dunst filing for orders of protection against crazies who kept bothering them. That kind of shit is one reason not to go into acting.

In July, actor Shia LaBeouf got his truck rolled after he was in a traffic accident at an Hollywood intersection. It was ruled to be the other driver's fault, but LaBeouf was also found to be drunk at the scene, and cited for a misdemeanor. Someone knows someone down at the police station. LaBeouf severely injured his hand in the wreck.

Anne Hathaway's boyfriend of four years Rafaello Follieri went to prison for getting rich people to invest in his fake Vatican property scheme. Hathaway dumped him right before he was arrested which makes one wonder just how much involvement she had in his arrest.

Heather Locklear was busted for DUI at the end of September in Montecito, CA and gave us one of the saddest crazy eyes mugshots of the year. Locklear was reportedly loopy on pills at the time and had recently been treated for depression. She faces up to six months in jail.

Nick Hogan, dimwit son to Hulk, went to jail in May for felony reckless driving for a street racing accident which left his best friend in a permanent vegetative state. Hogan's behavior during his imprisonment (whining on the phone to his parents, etc.) was rank and there was a definite "blame the victim" mentality among him and his family members. He was released early in October for good behavior before he could be rightfully tattooed on his ass and employed as someone's prag.

In April rage-a-holic supermodel Naomi Campbell threw a wobbly at Heathrow Airport when one of her bags wasn't allowed on the plane. She reportedly spit at and hurled racist epithets (as opposed to her cell phone) at responding police officers and was arrested. But then she was released to terrorize the world once more!

George O'Dowd (Boy George to you and I) was recently convicted of assaulting and falsely imprisoning a Norweigian male prostitute in November of 2007. George apparently chained him to his apartment wall and beat him with some more chain. He's a big fan of Home Depot.

Mark Ruffalo's brother's Scott's shooting death this month was recently found to be a homicide. Two suspects have already been treated and released. The death was initially believed to be from a game of Russian roulette.

And lastly, the most tragic (besides the above) celebrity crime this year were the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and 7-year old nephew in October. The crimes, which were reportedly committed by Jennifer's brother-in-law, made national headlines in October.

Included in our 2008 celebrity crime gallery are runner-ups Andy Dick, Gary Dourdan, Josh Brolin, Richie Sambora, Ryan O'Neal, Scott Weiland, Vanilla Ice, Ne-Yo, Lil' Wayne, Suge Knight, Mischa Barton, Barron Hilton and O.J. Simpson.

The creepy guy who has attempted to break in to Kirsten Dunst's home in the past has had a permanent protective order slapped on him. Christopher Smith is now forbidden from owning (or possessing) a gun, and/or coming anywhere near Dunst, where she lives, her personal assistant or where she works.

Over Thanksgiving, Smith showed up at Kiki's house, wanting to inform her in person about their "spiritual connection," prompting Dunst to seek legal protection against the 25-year-old obsessed fan.

I prefer stalking the less famous stars because they tend to be more appreciative of my efforts to get closer to them. I can't even tell you how lovely the thank you note sent to me by that guy I recognized from the Circuit City commercial was after I had mailed him a box of my toenail clippings. Such a gentleman.
