Kate Hudson & Minka Kelly Support Their NY Yankee Boyfriends

Bundled up and earnestly watching every move taking place on the baseball diamond, Minka Kelly and Kate Hudson are showing their love for the New York Yankees--most specifically, the players each happen to be currently dating.

Kate was there with her stepfather, Kurt Russell, keeping her company as she cheered on her Yankees slugger boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez. As for Friday Night Lights actress, Minka Kelly, she was undoubtedly keeping a close watch on her man, Derek Jeter.

With chilly weather and rain drizzling overhead, this is assuredly proof of the devotion these two feel for their flames.

Kate Hudson's New Role As Writer/Director In 'Cutlass'

Kate Hudson's taken a stab at writing and directing in a short film entitled Cutlass. Dealing with issues of parenting, the flick stars Dakota Fanning, Virginia Madsen, Chevy Chase, Hudson's stepdad Kurt Russell and a blond Kristen Stewart.

It's nothing earth-shattering, but it did well enough to earn the Fool's Gold actress an official selection at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Meanwhile, Kate's a busy woman, socializing with her friends in SoHo and shopping at Marc Jacobs. The actress even employs a quick change of clothes, just to keep things interesting. A costume change always spruces up the most mundane activity, I find. That's why I've just removed my pants.
