Well-paid intern Nick Cannon escorted his boss, also know as his wife, Mariah Carey, out to dinner last night at Mr. Chow.  This time, the kid actually got to tag along for the meal part. 

After months of watching Nick play the perfect husband, it's hard to believe the talent caretaker was ever a player.  Even former girlfriend Christina Milian, who once enjoyed a hobby of shit-talking Nick's cheating ways, is impressed.

Having put aside the initial shock/disgust we all felt about Nick and Mariah's rush to the altar, the songstress is chalking Nick's two-timing up to the sewing of wild oats (eyes roll).  And, she even claims to believe that her ex and his cougar will stay married.  That makes one of us!

Citing "the age difference" as a bonus rather than a handicap, Christina says the marriage will last because Mariah "seems really happy" and Nick "brings a youthful energy." 

Does anyone else smell a publicist here?  That or Miss Milian is on Mariah's payroll too...

The sexiest woman alive gets away with everything.  Yesterday Halle Berry showed up for the 2nd Annual Essence Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon with some hairy-ass pits that hardly anyone even noticed because she looked so damn gorgeous otherwise. 

Showing off her J-Lo curves, the actress and low-maintenance mom attested to her love of iridescence in a shiny caramel dress with a giant bow (where it counts) accessorized with a croc clutch and matching peep-toe heels.  Girl knows how to throw some polish on top of that hippiedom!

Also attending the event, which celebrated the advances of black women in Hollywood, were Taraji P. Henson, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth and fellow Essence Magazine covergirl Kerry Washington.  Even some boys came out to support their sistas, including singer/actor Tyrese Gibson and music man Quincy Jones.

New York runway shows are so last week for Lindsay Lohan, who spent yesterday afternoon racking up a $53,000 Rolex bill in Beverly Hills.

Looking skeletal in her black over-sized shirt, the washed-out actress shopped solo for forty five minutes, indecisively playing dress-up with virtually every watch in the store.  You can imagine how tough these decisions are when your brain is shrinking from malnourishment!  Eventually, Lindsay did go home with three gold watches - priced at $30,000, $15,000 and $8,000 - the last of which was a "romantic gift." 

But enough about Lindsay and her "Sam, please forgive me for being a jealous psycho" gifts.  The real news is her career.  No, not movies, silly - fashion! 

The sometimes-actress has plans to expand her designer chops beyond the complex science of legging-crafting.  Specifically, she'll be launching a range of cosmetics and self-tanners with the fashion company Stay gold. 

Which reminds me - and I kind of can't believe I'm saying this  - it might be time for Linds to break out that tanner on herself again.  At least then she won't look like she belongs inside Auschwitz.

After a few years of partial expatriate living, the rumor might be true that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are ready to be American again. 

On Tuesday Angelina was spotted checking out apartments in Manhattan, just a few weeks after signing a $60 million lease on a Long Island mansion.  Because if there's one thing we know about the Jolie-Pitts, it's that they like to live in a few homes at one time. 

But, according to Brad, the glam couple are ready to heed professional advice and stop uprooting their kids for two seconds.  "I've been dragging my kids from continent to continent," he recently told Us Weekly.  "It's time to "give them a break."

But is the move really about the kids, or just Angelina's career?  Clearly given up on her promise to cut back on movies, the actress has to be in New York anyway to film her new thriller Salt.  And with plans for more babies, Brangelina are bound to jet off somewhere new soon.  What would a Brangelina baby be if it was born on American soil?

Still in denial of her age, gravity, and everything that goes with it, Pamela Anderson squeezed herself into her favorite new outfit and confidently strutted the runway at Richie Rich's Runway show this week. 

It's not that Pam looks bad (for her age), it's just that she's not 22 or on the set of Baywatch anymore.  All those years of partial nudity demands from Tommy Lee must have permanently altered Pammy's idea of normalcy.  Though, her latest boyfriend is helping. 

Pam met Jamie Padgett, who is being called an "electrician and surfer," in a trailer park - where she was staying during her home's renovation.  Because clearly, Pam can't afford to shack up in a hotel?  Right.  No, I think this was just an excuse for the 42-year-old to finally live out her not-so-secret trailer trash fantasy. 

What kind of profession is that anyway - an "electrician and surfer"?  Does that mean Jamie gets paid to surf?  Or does he just surf for fun, but being an electrician is so blue-collar and boring that people think surfdom will redeem him to Pam's level of abundant classiness? 

This is all Matthew McConaughey's fault.  He started the whole "celebrities living in trailer parks" trend.  Don't let her 42 years fool you.  Pam is way too impressionable.  Nobody give her any ideas.

Ever since Janice Dickinson sort of defended Jennifer Love Hewitt's weight gain back in 2007, the Ghost Whisperer actress has taken it upon herself the stick up for all the other ladies who get the 'fat' treatment.  So, naturally, she's rushing to the newly voluptuous Jessica Simpson's defense.

'I wish they would leave her alone,' she told Us weekly at the Lela Rose fashion show in NYC on Sunday.  Apparently affected by the sight of stick figures pacing the runway before her eyes, the single starlet then added in a little social commentary. 

"It gets silly,' she said. 'Not everybody can be super tall and super skinny.  You have to look inside yourself and find your own confidence.'

You tell them, sister!  Sounds like Miss Hewitt has been tuning in to the Tyra Banks show.

Now that they've got their mansion all squared away, it's time for Katie Price and Peter Andre to get down to the real business. 

The British transplants were spotted enjoying the orange out of each other yesterday while shopping for attention  purpose clothes at Kitson yesterday.  Dressed in matching black, the classy couple glowed with love for each other and their new purchases as they made the paparazzi-studded trek down Robertson Boulevard.

Suddenly, I understand how these two managed to weather all those relationship challenges and keep their marriage in tact - retail therapy.

It seems impossible, but somehow Victoria Beckham peeled a few more pounds of her child's size frame and displayed a curve-less figure at last night's Armani store opening in New York city. 

Giorgio Armani invited a star-studded guest list to the launch of his 5th Avenue Store, including Leonardo DiCaprio, John Mayer, Chace Crawford, Alicia Keys and Ricky Martin - who promised a future of Armani-wearing for his two twins. 

But all eyes were on Posh, who out-skinnied even Molly Sims and Milla Jovovich in her sparkly pink asymmetrical tunic dress and matching satin heels.  You almost have to wonder if the woman is plotting a new fashion endeavor besides posing in Armani lingerie and designing her own dresses.  Runway modeling?

Don't let her abundant love of procreating fool you: Nadya Suleman is stone-cold abstinent.  The in vitro-loving mother of octuplets says she is so committed to being an attentive mother that she stopped sexing in 2000 and will live a man-less existence until her eight newborns turn eighteen.

"To even take 1 percent of every night and devote it to someone else, a stranger, would be wrong," she told The Sun, saying that it would "be extremely selfish" to have a boyfriend.  "I cannot maintain a social life and be a mother."

Nadya's Mother Theresa devotion to her children should help to get child protective services off her back, who want to give the children up for adoption, but you have to wonder about her sanity a little.  Don't get me wrong - being a mother is courageous and all (especially my mom, shit), but inflicting a mutilating pregnancy upon yourself is not exactly on par with saving the world's children.

Remember, Nadya, your idol - Angelina Jolie?  She adopted.

Well you already know that Mr. Sexyback was ranked GQ's most stylish gent of 2009, but today I'm back to tell you more about this historically significant list. 

Falling in line right behind Justin Timberlake is DJ Mark Ronson, who got props for wearing a "slim suit, and skinny tie" without being so pretentious he "makes you you want to punch him."  Fine, fine, but do you think he could give his sister some tips?

Flashy-but-not tacky Kanye West made the cut for his gusto, followed by T.I. - because he wears the "bad boy" look that well.  Tailored blazers, denims and a distinctly cocky cocked hat earn the Atlanta-based rapper spot #7. 

And then, of course, there's Jason Schwartzman, whose awkward, kiddish style inadvertently became style-ish when he threw a pin-striped suit over his emo hair.
