Three Generations Of Spears Women On Vacation

It's a Spears family vacation, everyone! Britney Spears and her sister, Jamie Spears, gather their brood together for a family reunion of sorts.

While Britney's sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline frolic on the beach with some plastic dinosaurs, happy grandparents Jamie and Lynn Spears dote on young Maddie. They've really made some incredible strides as a blended family.

Britney took a few opportunities to light up and savor a cigarette in a pair of Daisy Dukes and a striped top. The pop star is clearly returning to her down home roots, perched atop the balcony of her hotel suite.

Jamie & Lynne Spears Spend Some Time With The Grandkids

Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears spent quality time yesterday with their grandchildren, Britney Spears' two sons Jayden and Sean and Jamie Lynn Spears' young daugther Maddie in Miami, Florida. The family all got together the other day for a little poolside family reunion.

Lynne gave the kids some treats and played with them in the sand. Maddie who seems to just be starting to walk clutched Lynne's hand as she stood up. Maddie also tried to give one of her cousins a hug but the boys were more interested in running around in the sand.

Poor thing, that's not very nice.

Bikini-Clad Jamie Lynn & Britney Spears Hit The Pool With The Family

Britney Spears, along with her sons, sister Jamie Lynne Spears and her daughter Maddie Briann, mother Lynne Spears and father Jamie Spears spent about an hour by the pool in Miami today. Britney went for the purple bikini, while Jamie Lynne opted for a muted pink and white bikini.

Britney is set to perform at Amway Arena in Orlando Tuesday night and Miami's AA Arena on Wednesday, August 2.

Britney Spears Restraining Order Situation

A temporary restraining order was placed yesterday on former cronies of Britney Spears, Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lutfi. But that's not enough, as far as the Spears family is concerned. For their manipulative behavior exercised on the emotionally unstable pop star, Britney wishes the two were behind bars.

Under the order, Britney's parents Jamie and Lynne Spears are protected, as well as the singer's sons Jayden James and Sean Preston. Lawyer Jon Eardley, who was hired last year by Sam Lutfi to try and overturn Jamie Spears' conservatorship of his daughter is also listed as an individual who should keep his distance from the family.

On Feb. 23, the Spears team will return to court in the hopes of having the order permanently instated. Hopefully then, Britney will have permanently removed these barnacles off her Good Ship Lollipop.

Gathering together for a family portrait before heading off to Brian Spears' wedding in Louisiana, Britney Spears, her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline and her mother Lynne Spears posed together in all their finery in front of the Christmas tree.

The gang sure clean up nice, with the little boys decked out in tiny tuxedos and Britney and her mom matching their young escorts in their sleek, simple dresses. I can't believe how blond the youngest is, just like his mama.

Sean Preston Plays With Mommy Britney At FAO Schwarz

Getting into the spirit of the holiday, Britney Spears took her son Sean Preston Federline to the iconic Manhattan toy store for a visit during her non-stop promotion/birthday celebrating currently taking place. Seriously, the woman's been celebrating that birthday like it's going out of style. Because it kind of is.

Even though the trip to the store was intended to be for pleasure, busy Britney seemed to be preoccupied with other things on her agenda. She left her mother Lynne Spears to take over Sean Preston over to play on the famous Big giant keyboard.

Meanwhile, check out Sean Preston's expensive jeans. That kid's clothes are more expensive than yours, I can guarantee you that.

News Bites: Britney's Thanksgiving European Vacation

-Currently spending time with her family in Kentwood, Louisiana, Britney Spears will have herself an overseas Thanksgiving. The "Womanizer" singer will be performing on the French show Star Academy on Nov. 28th, according to her official website BritneySpears.com.

-Looking for a Christmas present for that special Transformers superfan in your life? Well check out eBay where you can buy the truck wrecked by the film's star Shia LaBeouf over the summer. Bidding starts at $7,000.

-Robbie Williams was spotted chatting with former Take That bandmate Gary Barlow at the Manchester United match at Emirates Stadium in London. The two appeared to be making nice, probably inspired by the Spice Girls and the New Kids. The all-powerful dollar, or in this case, British pound, usually helps mend fences. Just ask those girls on The Hills.

News Bites: Baby Maddie's A Shopaholic

-Jamie Lynn Spears and mom/grandma Lynne Spears ran some errands with taskmaster Maddie Aldridge. The color of the day was pink, with three generations of the Spears women sporting a bright shade of their signature shade. They'd leave Maddie at home, but then the little girl would just go crazy on Amazon.com.

-Anne Hathaway's Italian businessman ex-boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, ended up getting four and a half years in prison at the insistence of the federal prosecution. The defense unsuccessfully argued for a three-year prison stay, per his plea deal. Follieri delivered a statement, "What I did was wrong and there is no point in making excuses." He added, "I just hope that someday those who have been hurt by my actions will forgive me."

-Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller are expecting twins. Wow. That sperm of Charlie's really does deliver. No wonder his ex-wife Denise Richards was so keen to get her hands on some. I'm not sure, because I've been living under a rock these past two years, but didn't her mom die of cancer?

Britney's Fate To Be Decided By Jury

After her father testified that she has plans to move back to Louisiana, a jury will be determining whether or not Britney Spears will receive a criminal charge for her hit and run accident in August of last year. If sentenced, the pop star might have to make a court appearance to stand for sentencing.

A criminal defense attorney Alec Rose, advised E! Online that the "Womanizer" singer would most likely not face time behind bars. According to Rose, "She would probably only have to pay a fine of a few hundred dollars and be on one to three years of summary probation."

A jury consisting of four men and eight women spent two hours behind closed doors on Friday, but were unable to reach a verdict before the weekend. They'll be returning to deliberations on Monday morning.

Legal concerns seem to be the furthest thing from Britney's mind as she and her parents pick up her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline from school. Aww she looks so happy!
