All the excitement over yesterday's premiere of The Twilight Saga: New Moon has left Miley Cyrus cold. During a radio interview in Cleveland, Cyrus said of Twilight, "I've never seen it and nor will I ever." Ouch, harsh.

The Disney star goes on to say, "I don't believe in it. I don't like vampires...I don't like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I'm watching my TV at night. I don't like it. I don't want anything to do with it. I don't like the shirts. I don't like any of it."

Something tells me that the toothy starlet is just terrified that all of this focus on vampires is going to have people scrutinizing those fangs of hers.

Deleting her Twitter account has had some serious repercussions for tween idol, Miley Cyrus. The Hannah Montana star was recently deemed the worst celebrity influence of 2009, and the evidence against her keeps mounting.

A fan upset about Miley's disappearance from Twitter is making a plea to Cyrus to reactivate her account and has threatened to kill and eat her own cat if the pop star doesn't comply.

Here's a quote from the girl's website, "This is NOT a prank or a hoax. I am not joking, even if some will choose to interpret it that way. Cooking a cat is not illegal in my country, in fact it's part of our culture...If Miley doesn't tweet again, this WILL happen, and I'm as serious as a heart attack."

Um, what color is the threat level for this potential act of terrorism? Someone call Homeland Security for me.

16-year-old Miley Cyrus has certainly experienced her fair share of controversy throughout 2009 and as a result, she's been voted the worst celebrity influence of 2009.

The teenage Disney star garnered 42 percent of votes in a survey conducted by AOL's JSYK.com, whose target audience is between 9 and 15 years of age.

Editor of the site, Stephanie Cohen, explains to Reuters, "I think her fans still want her to be the sweet Hannah Montana and she is trying to age up...Parents are definitely resisting it."

You gotta hand it to her--the girl manages to outdo herself, year after year. Here's to hoping for an eventful 2010!

Young, toothy Disney stars Miley Cyrus, Jesse McCartney and Demi Lovato were in full force at Disney's 2nd annual Concert for Hope Sunday night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.



Last year, the inaugural Concert for Hope raised over $1.2 million a little over a year ago to help the City of Hope in its cancer research efforts and this weekend's show was completely sold out.

Both Miley and Demi opted for dark, clingy outfits on the red carpet for the event, with Miley donning a simple, black dress and black lace nylons and boots. Demi looked a bit more shiny, with her oversized gold top and matching gladiator sandals.

Miley Cryus sure loves talking about a service she doesn't use anymore.

According to Access Hollywood, the 16-year-old actress and singer told America's Johnjay And Rich radio show: "I really haven't missed it. [her Twitter account]"

The Disney star continued: "I thought I was going to miss it a lot more than I do, but I haven't even really looked at other people's, which is really weird.

"I don't really miss it. It's kind of odd."

Hey Miley, f you really want a private life, you need to shut down your You Tube account and website. I'm just sayin'.

We brought you pictures of Miley Cyrus filming Sex and the City 2 earlier, along with Project Runway's Tim Gunn, but more great photos of Miley Cyrus and Kim Cattrall popped up, so we thought we should share.

The scene: Miley wore the same dress as Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) at what appeared to be a movie premiere for Samantha's on-and-off beau, Smith Jerrod (Jason Lewis). Cast members Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie Bradshaw), Chris Noth (Mr. Big) and Mario Cantone (Anthony Marantino) were also at the shoot, which took place at the famed Ziegfeld Theater. A marquee revealed Smith Jerodd movie to be titled Heart of the Dessert.

It really is true. Miley Cyrus did leave the Twitterverse. What a sad, sad day it is for Miley Cyrus fans around the world. So why did she leave Twitter? "I want my private life private," she raps. "I ain't living for tabloids, I'm living for me."

"Yo, it wasn't because my friend [Liam Hemsworth] told me to. Ya'll know very well what you say I don't do. And the reasons are simple, I started tweeting about pimples. I stopped living for moments and started living for people."

She also blamed the gossip sites for turning her Tweets into news.

"Yeah, you write what you're doing but who really cares. If I'm playing with Noah or just doing my hair. Everything that I type and everything I do. All those lame gossip sites take it and they make it news."

Thanks to Miley's decision, we will now be reporting on Miley Cyrus much less. Which will actually make a lot of people happy.

At the behest of her new boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, Miley Cyrus has officially left the Twittersphere. The pop star wrote her last post on her Twitter page, informing fans her plans to delete the site.

"FYI Liam doesn't have a Twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason," Miley writes. Her fans have reacted in frustration at the pop star's sudden disappearance from the web application by starting #mileycomeback, which has become Twitter's top trending topic at the moment.

Nice try, Liam. Good luck keeping her away from a digital camera.
