Love her, it's because you understand.  Hate her, it's because you just have no idea what's going on. It's as simple and as complicated as that, little darlings. I wouldn't be surprised if you are wearing your shoes backwards.  It's ok, I'll wait while you check.

Ready now? Here we go....Ahhhhh... Feast on the guilty deliciousness that is Lady Gaga's tasty tidbit of a preview for her upcoming video Bad Romance, previewed on 184th edition of the German TV show, 'Wetten, dass..?' 11/7/09.

As for the full length album it turns out Lady Gaga announced she would be releasing, The Fame Monster, I cannot wait until I hold you in my arms!!!!

Roll that on your tongue. Whet your palette with it, because I sure am.

GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!!! Morrissey Walks Off Stage

We all know that Mr. Steven Patrick Morrissey is a bit of a pouf, and surely loves to take a shot or 2 in the face, tee-hee, but that must be with a whole galley of preparation and deep, ahem, breathing. Check the sure way he holds the tongue shaped Legend statue the Latin MTV Tres Los Premios award presented to Mexican band, Cafe Tacuba.

He holds the base, grips the tip, just ready to aim, point and shoot.  

I so admire a man with technique.

With that said, I am definitely sure that when Morrissey walked on stage at the Echo Arena in Liverpool, soon after making his recovery from his collapse, he expected a show where he does his part as the artist, and leaves a little bit of his soul there on the stage, and we the audience enjoy the music, and passion that makes us come together... Not a bottle of water to the head from some "fan" in the audience.  

And did I mention this show was in Liverpool?? What a way to welcome the Moz, douchey guy who probably spent a butt-load of money on his ticket. Couldn't you have stayed home, and like, pulled the wings off of a butterfly? Or better yet, plucked every hair from your empty head and ate it, then had to drink a bottle of liquid dran-o to unclog your bowels or something? Yeah, thats what I would need from you to make up for making Morrissey walk off stage after 2 songs. Just a little Liquid dran-o.

Katy Perry & Russell Brand: On And In Her Panties

It must be true love, right?  Why else would Katy Perry write her boyfriend's name on her ass during her hosting duties at the MTV Europe Music Awards, which, side bar, was held in Berlin to commemorate the fall of the Berlin wall 20 years ago?  Glad to see Katy understands the gravity of world politics.

Anyhoosie, the costume in question, one of a billion Perry donned that night, was a matching corset and knickers bearing the colors and emblems of the West Ham United soccer team (that's football for you sticklers out there).  Needless to say, West Ham happens to be Russell Brand's favorite team.

Brand wrote Perry a very private and tender missive inspired by performance that evening.  Just kidding, he tweeted the following short phrases publicly,"Wow. Now MY GIRLFRIEND has worn a West Ham basque while hosting the EMA's.  What a day!"

He added,"Yes, I will be taking her to a game - West Ham Vs Everton."

Is anyone else here suspicious?  These two are a little too open with their relationship and are caught by photographers on the daily.  This smells to me more like a relationship between publicists than actual people.  And it's working!  These two have gotten more press in the last couple months than in their respective lagging careers combined.

J'accuse, Hollywood!  You don't fool me with your poorly planned publicity stunts!

The Beautiful People On The 2009 MTV Europe Awards Red Carpet

Everybody and their brother--including the Jonas Brothers--showed up to the 2009 MTV Europe Awards dressed to the nines. Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas were decked out in their trademark shiny suits while the members of Tokio Hotel opted for a more ostentatious look, as did Pete Wentz with his "black eye."

Hostess for the evening, Katy Perry looked elegant with her dark black locks swept back in a classic updo as she showed off her show-stopping figure in an elegant pale-pink and black gown.

Shakira and Joss Stone both opted for short, flirty frocks, with the Colombian pop star donning a sexy silver mini-dress and the British singer showing off some black knee-high boots with her blue toga dress.

Katy Perry & MTV Europe Celebrate Fall Of Berlin Wall 20th Anniversary

20 years after the historic fall of the Berlin Wall, the MTV Europe Awards will be held at the O2 World Arena in the reunified city. Katy Perry will be playing host for the event, which will play to an audience of 17,000 attendees.

Getting into the spirit of the celebration, costumes for the event have been inspired by the classic film, Cabaret. The singer tells Billboard, "Just like last year, I'm sure I'll have butterflies in my stomach again and will try to give my very best."

While she may have butterflies in her stomach, it looks like Perry had feathers on the rest of her body at a press conference for the event. Looking way more casual were newly shorn Pete Wentz and British singer, Joss Stone.

Katy Perry Goes Thigh High For MTV Europe Awards Promos

Pop star, Katy Perry, is definitely trying to outdo herself this year with her upcoming hosting gig for this year's MTV Europe Music Awards.

Last year, Perry showed up on the red carpet with a very strategically-placed, coquettish pair of eyes on her dress. And now, here are the promo shots for her upcoming stint on stage, featuring Perry in some thigh-highs, a short dress and a bright red bow atop a mass of black curls.

And she must be doing something right, since she's the only artist to have been asked to host twice, during the awards' 15 years of existence.

Pudding Anyone???

It's a creamy yellow. Its goopy. Its kinda sweet, but not too sweet. And one Hollywood starlet is a big fan. And no, I m not talking about Heidi Mont-gags penchant for her husband Spencer Pratt's gelled out man juice.

While on the press junket for her new movie, 'Couples Retreat' which filmed in Bora Bora,  Kristen Bell revealed some much loved Holly-weirdness. Kristen shared her goodies with co-stars, Jason Bateman, Vince Vaughn, Jon Favreau, Kristin Davis, Malin Akerman and Faizon Love, "But only when they were 'really nice to me'," she said. Her main staple? The creamy goodness that is butterscotch pudding. "I do travel with a lot of snacks. I was concerned about the food in Bora Bora, and so I packed a lot ... I like knowing what I'm eating. I don't like mystery dishes."   The same cannot be said for Spencer Pratt. Something tells me, Heidi has a barbie crotch.

Jay-Z Defends Kanye West On BBC Radio Show Interview

In case you thought we were finished beating the dead horse that is discussing Kanye West's stunt at the MTV Video Music Awards, you thought wrong!

During an interview for BBC Radio, Beyonce's husband, Jay-Z, gave his two cents on the situation. Without defending West's actions--which he describes as "rude"--the rapper claims that the backlash in the media has been "a bit blown out" of proportion.

Jay-Z says, "I think it was rude, but the way they're treating [Kanye]...He's on the cover of every paper. He didn't kill anybody. No one got harmed."

The hip-hop mogul explains, "At the end of the day, we're gonna celebrate him for his passion more than vilify him. As he grows and matures, he has to balance that."

Well said. I'm starting to think that maybe Beyonce and Jay should take Kanye in as their foster child. I have a feeling they could straighten him out.

Lady GaGa Gets The Madonna Stamp Of Approval

Aside from the Kanye West incident, the major talk of last night's MTV Video Music Awards has been about one show-stopping Lady GaGa.

The pop star's intricate costumes for both the awards show performance and following after party were the talk of the evening, along with her dramatic display on stage.

51-year-old pop icon Madonna chatted with MTV News backstage and said that comparisons to the newcomer made her feel "very flattered." The singer described GaGa's look by saying, "She looks like she's going to carnival in Venice, very beautiful."

Of course, it's all fun and games until somebody draws first blood.

Russell Brand Defends Kanye, Who Apologizes For Taylor Swift Incident

The dust has settled on Kanye West's now infamous interruption of Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for her MTV Video Award for Best Female Video. And celebrities continue to react to the incident.

Host of the evening, Russell Brand, said in a radio interview this morning, "Because in the past I've made mistakes and done things a little bit daft...I know Kanye, and I know he's a nice bloke. We all make mistakes in life."

As for Taylor, she told MTV News backstage, "Well, you know, I was up there and I was standing there and I saw Kanye up on the stage. I was really excited...and I kind of wasn't excited anymore."

However, she had nothing but good things to say about Beyonce, who brought her on stage to finish her speech.  Swift added, "She's just been my hero and one of my idols ever since I was little. She's a great person."

Kanye has taken to his blog to apologize to Taylor by writing, "That was Taylor's moment and I had no right in any way to take it from her.  I am truly sorry."

Got that folks? The voice of a generation.
