Retail therapy that is. Reese Witherspoon was spotted shopping at Satine Boutique in Los Angeles. The star looked a little impatient as her purchases were being wrapped up. Maybe it was the paparazzi that was taking pictures of her that got her spooked.

Other than more shopping, Reese has lined up her next project. She's set to star in and produce "Rule #1," which centers on a New York woman who befriends a Puerto Rican girl with attention deficit disorder. Reese will be playing the Puerto Rican girl. Kidding of course.

Though filming for Reese Witherspoon's upcoming romantic comedy finished on Saturday, the project reportedly still doesn't have a name. However, Witherspoon recently chatted with MTV Movies to give more details about the plot of the romantic comedy.

"Owen Wilson and Paul Rudd are both my love interests and I'm a professional softball player. And two-time Olympian, so I've been working out a lot," Witherspoon explains. And it seems like her hard work has paid off because Reese looks quite victorious in these photos.

I'd say spoiler alert, but come on, what protagonist doesn't win in sports movies?

Movie star, Reese Witherspoon, has been a busy bee lately in her capacity as the face of Avon. Last night, she showed up a gala thrown by the company and today, Witherspoon appeared on Good Morning America to promote her new Avon fragrance, In Bloom.

Reese was dressed in a fetching fall outfit in a sweater dress, gray knitted tights and some Victorian-style, olive green ankle boots. 

Meanwhile, it seems as if Diane Sawyer couldn't get enough of the new perfume, spritzing fellow GMA journalist, Chris Cuomo, as he did his best to conduct an interview with Reese.

The Avon Foundation for Women Awards Gala attracted a host of well-dressed Hollywood ladies for the event, including the always impeccably-dressed and longtime Avon supporter, Reese Witherspoon.

My girl Suze Orman was looking fabulous with her signature blonde do and blinding white smile in her tuxedo-style suit. Looking good, Suze! Courteney Cox also wore black, in a layered, strapless dress.

Fergie opted for an interesting look, with her now dark hair and a serious expression on her face. I'm not sure how I feel about the feathers, but it is certainly an interesting look.

Expecting mother, Paula Patton, looked the most striking in her bright yellow, toga-style dress and high-heel, gold gladiator sandals.

Usually tight-lipped when it comes to discussing her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal, Reese Witherspoon recently gave an inside peek into the couple's home life to InStyle magazine.

The Legally Blonde actress graces the cover of the November issue and tells the mag, "Jake is a great cook, he does a lot." She adds, "We spend the weekends outside of LA, where I have a farmhouse. We have chickens & we grow cucumbers & tomatoes. It reminds me of where I grew up in Tennessee."

Sounds downright cozy with the Witherspoon-Gyllenhaal clan! I hope I finally get a Thanksgiving invite this year.

Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal took a stroll on Abbot-Kinney in Venice CA...the two sweethearts smiled at each other as they walked and held hands. The two-some are just too perfect.

Recently Reese picked up a woman's grocery tab. According to a source, "Reese knows that kids make you lose your mind. When she spotted a harried mom who had forgotten her wallet she picked up the tab. The woman was so flustered and embarrassed. But Reese said she would gladly take care of the $70 bill and no apology was necessary."

"She told the mom, 'I understand, I have kids too!'"

You may only know Abbie Cornish as the person who broke up Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon, but after reading her interview in the September issue of W magazine, I feel like we'll understand her a little better.

For a woman who rarely talks about her love life, she was a tad candid about her relationship Ryan. It wasn't just the lure of Hollywood that made the Australian actress move to LA. "I guess I was lucky because it was love that brought me here, not work. I think the city feels and looks a little bit different because of that."

When rumors began to circulate of an off-screen romance with the then married Ryan, Abbie was at a loss. "It was a really difficult time for me. It was just this world of tabloid magazines that I'd never been exposed to. In a normal successful career, someone usually learns these things bit by bit. For me, it was like night and day. I woke up one day and there was this whole new thing I had to process and deal with." She doesn't say much more about the relationship, other than they are not engaged and that she spends quite a bit of time with his children. Don't you remember? She even goes to t-ball games with them. Now that's cute.

Abbie's most recent film is one that I'm extremely excited about. Bright Star follows a romance between 19th century Romantic poet John Keats and the love his life Fanny Brawne, played by Abbie. It looks like it's going to be quite good, and the people at Cannes already love it.

However, the movie she's about to start working on seems way less entertaining. She's starring alongside Vanessa Hudgen's in the Zack Snyder flick Sucker Punch. You know, that's the one that Vanessa is gonna strip in. This movie just keeps getting odder and odder by the second. Like honestly, I don't even know.

Oh my god, I think I'm about to say it... I think a tiny part of me likes Ryan and Abbie more than Reese and Jake Gyllenhaal. Wow. I feel better now.
