Samantha Burke, the mother of Jude Law's baby girl Sophia, has hit pay dirt with the little tyke. It's rumored that Samantha Burke has sold pics of 1-month-old Sophia to Hello magazine along with an interview about her fling with the Hamlet star last December, for a cool $300,000.

A source close to the actor says that while he may not legally try to fight Burke on publicizing their new addition, he'll be very upset when those pictures do get published.

"He wants to handle this as privately as possible, and Samantha is making a circus out of it," says the insider.

I wouldn't say a magazine cover is tasteless, but more of a question of good judgment.

While Jude Law might not be talking to press about his one-night stand baby debacle, the mother of his newborn child, Samantha Burke, has confirmed that the Hamlet actor's DNA test proves he is definitely the father of her baby girl, Sophia.

A representative for model Burke reveals, "Samantha can confirm that DNA testing has conclusively established that Jude Law is Sophia's father." She adds, "Check back in six months. Maybe she and Jude will be getting married."

Samantha seems to be confident in her status in Jude's life, however his ex-wife, Sadie Frost, is furious. A source reveals to the Daily Mail, "He told Sadie that he only slept with her once. But now he has confirmed to her and his children that the child is his. He has reassured the children it will not affect their family times together."

Although the couple divorced six years ago, they remain very close and the news has put a considerable strain on their family situation. It's estimated that over the next 18 years, Jude could end up handing over $3 million to Burke.

Although Jude Law has added yet another addition to his brood, he's not interested in talking about it. During a promotional tour for his Broadway stint in Hamlet on talk shows--including Regis & Kelly--the actor has reportedly enacted a ban on questions concerning his newborn child with model Samantha Burke.

A source tells Page Six, "He has banned interviewers from asking about it before agreeing to sit with them."

Meanwhile, the little girl is nesting at home with her mother at her home in Pensacola, Florida. Just don't ask Jude how that is going.

The children of ridiculously fine actor Jude Law must have it a little though. Mommy and Daddy got divorced cause Daddy cheated on Mommy with their nanny, Daddy is never around cause he is always working and now Daddy is having another baby with some lady they don't know.

I think it's safe to say that Jude owes his kids, Rafferty, 12, Iris, 8 and Rudy, 6, more than a normal parent should owe their children. This might explain is appearance when taking his kids for a tennis lesson in north London. To say that Mr. Law had bedhead I feel would be an understatement. Can someone please explain the neon green pants to me? I just don't understand.

The kids seemed happy-ish, though. We're told that the oldest, Rafferty, took the news of the baby particularly hard. I'm guessing it's cause he's the oldest and therefore more conscious of what is happening.

Luckily none of Samantha Burke's family was around. She's Jude's baby mama, just incase you missed it. Apparently the family of Samantha is not too happy with Jude. I feel like they just need to meet him though. He's probably one of those people that you really want to try and hate, but then he starts talking and your heart literally melts. Oh Jude.

While Samantha Burke, the baby mama of Jude Law's latest child, may be praising how Jude has been through the whole pregnancy process, her grandmother sure isn't.

In an exclusive interview from her home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Delores Burke said: "To say this family is mad at that man is an understatement. He has behaved as less than a gentleman. Samantha is a lovely girl but she is only 24 years old. At that age, you think you are a grown-up but you are still very young. He is old enough to know better."

"My son Denis is hopping mad. He feels that Jude Law took advantage of his little girl. He rang him up but could never get through on the number Jude gave Samantha. He kept leaving messages. In the end, some lawyer called up and then Denis did get to talk to Jude and read him the riot act. I think that's what made him step up to the plate and promise to look after this baby. Denis is as mad as hell and wants him to be a man about this."

According to The Sun (so do with this what you want), the mother of Jude Law's baby, Samantha Burke, may have nude photos of the actor. Jude is worried the photos will cause more embarrassment to his three kids with Sadie, 44 - Rafferty, 12, Iris, eight, and six-year-old Rudy. Rafferty was said to have taken the news of his dad's new baby particularly badly.

A heavily-pregnant Samantha, 24, last night appeared in public for the first time since news emerged she was expecting. Wearing a tight dress showing off her bump, she admitted: "It's a hard time."

Getting a hold of Jude Law to tell him that she was pregnant with his child was no small feat for Samantha Burke. When she dialed the cell phone number he had given her during their relationship, the mommy-to-be found that it had been disconnected.

According to RadarOnline.com, Burke finally got a hold of his publicist's office in order to get the news to the British actor, who didn't initially believe the news. However, a DNA test quickly cleared up any disbelief.

Friends tell the website, "Samantha was telling pals in Florida back in the beginning of the year that she and Jude were hooking up. He insisted on not wearing any protection and soon she became pregnant." Good lord, it's like he was trying to have a baby, the virile fool.

Thanks to TMZ.com the mystery of who is Jude Law's baby mama has been solved. After a DNA test was performed, Jude stepped up and took full responsibility as being the father of Samantha Burke's baby.

She confirmed the news to TMZ by releasing a statement through her lawyer: "Ms. Burke can confirm that she did in fact have a relationship with Mr. Law and that she has informed Mr. Law that she is expecting his child later this fall. Since informing Mr. Law of the pregnancy, he has been nothing but responsive and supportive of Ms. Burke and the pregnancy."

According to Burke's Babies "R" Us registry she's expecting Sophia on October 6th this year.
