Actress Jessica Biel, sans boyfriend Justin Timberlake, hit the red carpet with co-star Dwayne Johnson for the premiere of their animated sci-fi adventure film Planet 51.

The film is about American astronaut Captain Charles "Chuck" Baker [Johnson] lands on Planet 51 thinking he's the first person to step foot on it. To his surprise, he finds that this planet is inhabited by little green people who are happily living in a white picket fence world, and whose only fear is that it will be overrun by alien invaders...like Chuck!

As for starring in the animated film Dwayne said, "For me it was the first time I had done animation and had to try to bring a character to life with my voice -- just with pitch."

Biel had a few struggles with her voice. She had to work on the pitch of her voice to make Neela sound less adult. "They wanted it higher. I was going ... " (pouring on the come-hither huskiness) ... " 'Yeah well.' And they were like, 'We're not trying to make THAT movie,' " she says, laughing.

"I was more like up here, in this pitch, which was hard for me at first, because I want to be ... " (lowering her voice again) ... "down here."

I just want to see the movie along to hear what Jessica ended up sounding like.

Getting a suspicion of DUI charge has done little to dampen Stephanie Pratt's spirits, as she tries to pop wheelies while riding her bicycle though the streets of Santa Monica.

The reality TV starlet's two breathalyzer tests taken by police over the weekend resulted in a .08 and .09, with Pratt just barely over the .08 limit. As a result, the super-tan star of The Hills was arrested and held on $5,000 bail.

While Pratt is looking at a possible $1,000 and six months on jail if she's convicted, she seems to be taking her legal difficulties in stride. She'd probably be more upset if she discovered she had to get a real job to live. Then we'd see some real depression.

According to Usmagazine.com, Spencer Pratt admits to MTV News that many citizens of Hollywoodland have a problem with alcohol.  After his sister, Stephanie, was busted over the weekend for a DUI, Pratt attempted to lift some of the blame off her.  It ain't always the playahs, he explains, it's the game.  The club promoters just provide too much temptation with their high-end liquour offerings.   

"'If you're out at a club every night having drinks, then you're drinking every night of the week,' he says. 'First, it starts off, 'Oh, I just love this dancing and having fun with friends.' But it's like, even though you're just having a couple of cocktails, [it adds up].'"

Ok, I realize a mistake is a mistake and a DUI is a big f**king mistake.  But with a salary like She-Pratt's, why not just call a cab? Get a fancy town car if you're so concerned about image. I can't wrap my head drunk celebrities behind the wheel.  You make an inordinate amount of money.  Enough money to buy your own driver.  What you spend on bail could buy you at least six month's worth of taxi service.

When did DUI's start to become so common place in Hollywood. Oh that's right when people with no talent whatsoever are thrust into the spotlight through reality TV.

Stephanie Pratt is the latest celebrity to be busted for a DUI. She joins Thomas Dekker and Jeffrey Donovan's little drinking and driving club.

Law enforcement told TMZ Pratt was busted this morning at 3:45 AM PT in Hollywood. She was taken into custody. Her bail is set at $5,000.

The Hills star is still in custody. She's just been booked. I'm sure Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will be praying for her.

It was another day of filming for the girls of The Hills. The newly single Audrina Patridge, Lauren 'Lo' Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt were seen out getting lunch at Milk in Hollywood, CA, and afterwards, Audrina and Stephanie headed on over to the Recess Organic Nail Spa in West Hollywood, CA where they sipped on champagne while they had their nails done.

Few things make Kristin Cavallari happier than getting to run around on The Hills and scare the pants of the rest of the girls on the show. The MTV reality series is billing her return as "The bitch is back," which apparently doesn't offend the leggy starlet.

"I think it's funny," Kristin tells MTV News. She adds, ""Honestly, I think it's fun to play the bad girl, and no one remembers the nice girl, you know?"

Someone who isn't a fan of Cavallari and her "bad girl" persona is co-star, Audrina Patridge, who reportedly declined to present on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards last weekend after finding out that she would be paired with Kristin at the podium.

A snitch tells In Touch, "Audrina hates Kristin, and MTV sprung this on her last minute, so she decided to cancel. She doesn't even want to be in the same room with Kristin."

And it's a mutual love, with Kristin telling MTV News backstage at the awards, "I'm friends with everyone--except for Audrina." Meanwhile, how long did it take for you to recognize the third girl in the group of girls as Stephanie Pratt?

Believe it or not, this is Stephanie Pratt at the MTV Video Music Awards. The Hills star recently gave a tell-all interview in which she discussed her poor body image and God love her, she is in dire need of a lip injection intervention.

The looks on the ladies were definitely more varied than the mens. Ashley Greene's long black hair and dramatic eye make-up conjured up the image of a well put-together Amy Winehouse.

Solange Knowles didn't look all that excited to be there. Amerie was one of the few women who chose to wear a color other than black. In fact, for the MTV Video Music Awards, the colors were way too subdued.
