Pete Wentz Talks The Tom Cruise 'Risky Business' Slide

Pete Wentz is one of a handful of celebrities that Activision has tapped to reenact the famous floor-skid underwear scene from Risky Business.

Regarding recreating the classic movie moment from Risky Business, Wentz said it didn't come easily.

"I have a new appreciation for everyone that's done that slide. It's hard to slide into once place and kinda try to look cool and do it on a beat. It's not an easy thing to do. It would change up, 'cause they'd Lysol the floor and it'd be slicker...so sometimes I'd go way too far. And then they put down an adhesive to make sure I wouldn't go too far, and when I hit that, I'd just wipe out...no one's ever gonna do it as well as Tom."

One thing that Pete Wentz has going for him is that he's comfortable in his underwear.

Nicole Kidman Talks Kinky Sex & Will Co-Star With RPattz

Although Nicole Kidman has always been very guarded when pressed to discuss her marriage to Tom Cruise, she is opening up to GQ magazine about certain aspects of her sexual experiences.

The 42-year-old Australian native tells the mag, "I've explored loss and love in terms of being in a grief-stricken place, I've explored strange sexual fetish stuff, I've explored the mundane aspect of marriage, and monogamy." As she admits this, Nicole poses for the cover dressed in a vampy black underwear and thigh-high boots combo.

However, that's about as much as Nicole was willing to reveal, telling GQ, "I want to honor that marriage for what it was, and there is nothing I would go into about that. I have never discussed the intricacies of it and I never will."

As for her current marriage to Keith Urban, Nicole says, "It's a very extraordinary, adventurous place to be: incredibly raw, incredibly dangerous and you're very much out at sea." She adds, "When you commit to someone like that, you live and die together by that decision."

Speaking of commitment, the actress recently signed-on to star opposite Robert Pattinson in Bel Ami, the film adaptation of the Guy de Maupassant novel, telling the story of Georges Duroy. That should be an interesting combination.

Katie Holmes Jogs & Replaces Liv Tyler In 'The Romantics'

New York City Marathon runner, Katie Holmes, is keeping her jogging skills sharp as she goes for a jog with her hubby, Tom Cruise. The high-profile couple pack light for their run--just their workout gear and, well, three bodyguards.

The training will keep Katie in tip-top shape as she readies for a new film role. The actress is replacing Liv Tyler in the comedy, The Romantics. Originally slated to start shooting in the summer, production will kick off this week in New York.

The movie focuses on eight friends from college who see each other at a wedding. Anna Paquin plays the bride to Katie's maid of honor. Both of their characters share a past with the groom, played by Josh Duhamel. But then again, who doesn't?

Katie Holmes Up For Cocktail: The Musical

Ha!  I just can't with this one.

The New York Post reports that super-80's Tom Cruise vehicle Cocktail is currently being adapted into a Broadway musical by Heywood Gould, who wrote the original book and film (and owner of the hottest name I've ever heard).

Heywood (seriously, my kid will have this name) says that it's too early to talk about casting, but he's got his eye on Katie Holmes.  Double ha!

Truth be told, Cocktail, which just celebrated it's 20th anniversary (feel old yet?), was never a hit with me.  Does anyone else find it absurdly bad?  I guess this weepy Stepford wife would fit right in.  Maybe Suri could be her stylist for the show?

Here's Katie and the fam looking as though they are rushing to start their day.  Tom looks like he hasn't even finished his fancy breakfast souffle!  He's going to need it.  Fancy breakfast souffle: the best way to start the day.  I'll take my check now.

Tom Cruise Inspired Christian Bale's 'American Psycho'

American Psycho director, Mary Harron, chatted with BlackBook about her most recent project--a horror film entitled, The Moth Diaries. Additionally, the filmmaker discussed working with Christian Bale to develop his character of Patrick Bateman in the the film adaptation of the Bret Easton Ellis novel..

Harron explains, "We talked about how Martian-like Patrick Bateman was, how he was looking at the world like somebody from another planet, watching what people did and trying to work out the right way to behave."

Shortly after, Bateman received his inspiration, Mary claims, "And then one day he called me and he had been watching Tom Cruise on David Letterman, and he just had this very intense friendliness with nothing behind the eyes, and he was really taken with this energy."

Ha! This just isn't Tom's week, now is it?

Bronson Pinchot Talks Tom Cruise, Denzel Washington & Making Mischa Barton Cry

It's easy to forget just how extensive of a television and film career Bronson Pinchot has had, that is, until you read this in-depth interview with the 80s sitcom icon with The Onion's The A.V. Club.

In it, Bronson dishes on his experiences working with Tom Cruise, Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy and Tom Hanks. While most of what he reveals isn't all that surprising, it is fascinating.

On Working With Tom Cruise in Risky Business: "We didn't know it was going to be a big hit. We thought Tom [Cruise] was the biggest bore on the face of the Earth...He was tense and made constant, constant unrelated homophobic comments, like, 'You want some ice cream, in case there are no gay people there?'...It was like, 'It's a nice day, I'm glad there are no gay people standing here.' Very, very strange."

On Tom Hanks: "He is a wonderful and genuine and lovely and down-to-earth person. I don't know how he does that...He's always been a delightful person, so it's not really true that big stars need to be driven and repulsive, because he's anything but."

Suri Cruise Demands Cupcakes & Coffee

It's a well-known fact that celebrity progeny, Suri Cruise, has something of a sweet tooth. While out at a bakery with her mother, Katie Holmes, Suri looked coy as she nibbled on a cupcake. Few things make our girl happier than a well-baked cupcake.

But after coming down from her sugar high, Suri was in need of some serious caffeine, so she hit up Starbucks with her parents, Tom Cruise and Katie.

Suri's kind of a monster until she's had her triple shot espresso.

Tom Cruise spent the afternoon exploring the beautiful town of Cambridge, Massachusetts with his daughter Suri Cruise on Saturday. Suri looks to be quickly becoming a Daddy's girl as she stays closer by Tom's side and further from Katie's.

Tom Cruise Puts On Daredevil Show For Suri [ON SET]

Tom Cruise is seen here filming some action packed scenes on the set of his upcoming film, Wichita, in Boston.

Tom came back down to earth when he was lovingly greeted by his two favorite girls and Katie Holmes' parents who were also ecstatic about Toms daredevil moves!

Unfortunately for Tom, Suri wasn't nearly as excited at seeing him as she was picking out an ice cream flavor the other day. The little tyke does seem to be thirsty. She sure is holding onto that bottle of Pelligrino like there is no tomorrow.

Tom Cruise Surprises Entertainment Law Class At Harvard

Bertram Fields showed up to an entertainment law class to give a lecture, when the students in the class were surprised with an appearance by none other than movie star, Tom Cruise.

The star of The Firm has been in Boston filming his movie, Wichita, with Cameron Diaz and stopped by as a favor to his attorney, Fields. According to the Harvard Law Record, "Cruise kept students laughing with his jokes and intrigued with the unique opportunity for insight into doing business in Hollywood."

However, even when she's not present, his daughter, Suri Cruise, managed to steal the show. Apparently, whenever the paparazzi get too close for comfort, the little one raises her hand and exclaims, "Personal space!" Sigh. I wish Suri Cruise would show up to a lecture I was attending.
