Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are the proud parents of a new baby boy - Sparrow James Midnight Madden. WTF? Sparrow for a boy? I'm thinking he's going to be going as Midnight Madden pretty quickly.

Celebrating the life of musician, DJ AM, a fitting tribute was paid at the Hollywood Palladium by many of his famous friends following his burial. Coincidentally, it's the same venue where DJ AM spun with Jay-Z following his plane crash.

AM's ex-fiancee, Nicole Richie, showed up with the crowd of mourners looking extremely pregnant. Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan arrived at the event together, but after finding themselves the object of a paparazzi onslaught, they jumped back into their car for an alternate entrance.

Robert Downey Jr. also showed up with his wife for the event and like the other VIPs, he arrived early and went inside via a separate entrance.

Late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, has finally been buried and more photos and details from the burial ceremony have now emerged. A series of Rolls Royce Phantoms comprised the motorcade that traveled to the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California, where Jackson was laid to rest.

In attendance at the event were celebrity friends of the late musician, Elizabeth Taylor, Quincy Jones, Gladys Knight, Macaulay Culkin and girlfriend Mila Kunis, Jackson's ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley, Barry Bonds, Al Sharpton, Chris Tucker, Corey Feldman and Kenny Ortega.

Additionally, Jackson's three children were naturally present, Prince, Paris and Blanket along with the pop star's many siblings. His five brothers served as pallbearers, each bearing his signature white sequined glove and black armband.

Doing a little vacationing (or rather following ex-wife Britney Spears on tour) in Miami, Florida, Kevin Federline and girlfriend Victoria Prince hit the pool with Kevin's son's Sean Preston and Jayden James.

What happened next could have made a grown man cry. Kevin decided to go shirtless and spend some time in the pool with the boys, and revealed an extremely portly self.

I mean how did he get that huge? Was part of his settlement with Britney that he was paid extra for every pound he put on? WOW!

More information has emerged surrounding the death of Adam Goldstein, AKA DJ AM, who was found dead in his New York City apartment on Friday, August 28. It's pretty upsetting and will most likely make those who love and miss him wish he'd done what he said he'd do sooner.

Apparently just hours before his death, Adam had agreed to check back into rehab to help his addiction. The New York Post reports that his West Coast manager and recovery sponsor were so worried but his drug filled behavior, that a caught a flight to New York Wednesday night to confront him on Thursday morning.

Adam didn't let his manager in, but saw his sponsor, and apparently lit up a crack pipe and took some pills in front of him. He then promised his sponsor and manager that he would check into a rehab clinic in California after his performance in Las Vegas Friday night. Sadly, that didn't happen.

When police searched his apartment, they found painkillers Vicodin and oxycodone, as well as anti-anxiety pills Xanax and lorazepam. The only drug found in the apartment with a proper prescription was a medication for diarrhea. According to sources, Adam had been having severe anxiety with flying, and constantly asking for anti-anxiety pills. It is unclear whether in stemmed from his near death plane crash last September, or if he had the anxiety, and the plane crash just didn't help.

Moral of the story kids? Don't do drugs. Drugs are bad. Drugs kill famous celebrities and no one likes that, do they?

No other details yet, other than the body of 36-year-old Adam Goldstein AKA DJ AM was found dead this morning at 7 a.m. on the seventh floor of an apartment building 215 Lafayette, law-enforcement sources said.

According to TMZ, drug paraphernalia was found in his room. DJ AM had not been seen or heard from for a few days -- one of his friends went to check on him, but got no response after knocking on his apartment door.

The friend called the police, who broke down the door and then found DJ AM's body.

Goldstein barely escaped death in a small plane crash in South Carolina on Sept. 19, 2008.

This is DJ AM's eerie last tweet which he posted on August 25th at 2:47 PM:

"New york, new york.Big city of dreams, but everything in new york ain't always what it seems."

New past assault claims come to light, so I'm guessing that there will be no further nookie and anything even close to it between Rihanna and Chris Brown for the next five years. Rihanna, sporting Christian Louboutin leopard print pumps, arrives at a Midtown Manhattan building for a meeting - she was reportedly advised of the terms of Chris Brown's plea agreement at this meeting.

A judge sentenced Chris Brown earlier today, and he was ordered not to contact Rihanna (including by phone or through a third person) for the next five years. He also must stay 100 yards from her, unless they are both at an entertainment-related event, in which he must stay 10 yards away.

In addition, Brown is subject to search and seizure 24/7 for the next five years and cannot own any dangerous weapon, including guns or knives.

On top of that, Us Weekly reports that according to a probation officer's report filed with the court for Brown's sentencing, the incidents "related to domestic violence." So there were MORE assaults!

The first incident allegedly occurred in Europe three months earlier when Brown and Rihanna were in a "verbal dispute." She slapped him, and Brown responded by shoving her into a wall, the report stated.

Just three weeks before his February arrest for beating and threatening his ex-girlfriend after the Grammy Awards, the former couple was in Rihanna's native Barbados. While driving, they had an argument.
According to the report, Brown got out and broke both the driver's and front passenger side windows. No one was injured, and the incident was not reported to authorities.

Unfortunately, the judge couldn't remove Brown's fists (since they were the weapons in the case).

After a final postponement to today, Chris Brown has now been sentenced to felony probation for 5 years, reporting to probation within 72 hours, according to TMZ.

In addition to being required to obey all laws during that time, the judge requires that Brown submit reports from the domestic violence program in Richmond, Virginia, a 52 week domestic violence program sponsored by the Commonwealth Catholic Charities.

As for his community labor, the R&B singer must perform 180 days worth, and pay $2,500 in restitution. All firearms of his must be surrendered and the pop star will have to ask for permission before leaving the country.

The judge also issued a protective order to keep Brown 100 yards away from ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, and addressed the rumors that the two have been in contact with one another by reiterating that it violates his probation and she "means business."

Holy crap! Former husband to Britney Spears, Kevin Federline, continues to look quite enormous in a billowy white oversized T-shirt and basketball shorts.

The father of Britney's two sons stepped out for a bite to eat at the Faces and Names bar and lounge in New York City with girlfriend, Victoria Prince. Initially, I was shocked to see how much weight he's gained over the past few years until I realized that sitting around doing a whole lotta nothing will do that to a person.

The sad part is that when this loser is ready to lose the weight, he'll probably snag some big weight-loss endorsement deal and make another small fortune.
