Johnny Depp and Keith Richards made a surprise appearance at this year's Spike TV's Scream 2009. The award show honors the best in sci-fi, horror, fantasy and comic-inspired movies and TV shows.

True Blood and Twilight took home four awards. Transformers won three prizes. One of the highlights of the night is when Star Trek won the Ultimate Scream Award and William Shatner stepped out onstage to accept the award.

"J.J., I'll handle this," Shatner said to J.J. Abrams, seated in the audience, who also won best director and best sci-fi movie for Star Trek.

"This movie was big," Shatner said. "Imagine how big it could have been with me in it? ... I'll be waiting for your call."

Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin star in this season's horror comedy, Zombieland, but at the red carpet for the film's Hollywood premiere, it would seem that the zombies in attendance have upstaged the actors.

It's unclear whether or not it was the paparazzi or the undead extras that scared away, Harrelson, who posed briefly for pictures on the red carpet before scooting quickly into the theater.

However, Emma Stone obliged reporters, confessing that her weapon of choice if faced with a zombie uprising would be the shotgun her character brandishes in the film. "I would choose that, it's a powerful weapon!" Stone asserts.

Personally, I prefer to kill them with kindness.

Although her husband, Christopher Jarecki is lovingly walking hand-in-hand with Alicia Silverstone, it's Woody Harrelson who inspired the vegetarian actress to strip down to nothing. She explains to Health magazine that it was when she was gardening that she first started to consider going naked on a regular basis.

Alicia tells the mag, "I'd be out there, and it would be scorching hot, so I would take off all of my clothes and garden. And then I would jump in the pool and swim--and I always get in the pool naked." In explanation, she adds, "I used to spend a lot of time with Woody Harrelson, and he's not afraid to get naked."

Something tells me that her husband, Christopher, would if she asked him too.

It was an eclectic mix of celebrities who gathered in Venice to prep for Salma Hayek's second wedding to husband Francois-Henri Pinault. Woody Harrelson, Olivier Martinez and David Blaine all met up at the public square Saint Marco for a cup of coffee and conversation.

Salma's ex-boyfriend Ed Norton is also in town for the nuptials. This second go-round at the altar was planned so that friends could be in attendance.

Hayek and Pinault are hosting a rehearsal dinner today with a ceremony to follow tomorrow at the Palazzo Grassi, where the bride and groom first met at a party in 2006. We're guessing that this time around, the 30 Rock cast won't be present for the honeymoon.

Oh my God, this guy is so annoying. This paparazzo keeps taunting Woody Harrelson at the airport over and over and OVER. I can't even watch the whole video because this man's voice is so grating. In my book, the dude got exactly what he deserves.



The hemp-loving actor later offered a more playful explanation for attacking the guy. Having recently returned from filming his latest movie, Zombieland, Woody claims he was still very much in zombie-killing mode.

"With my daughter at the airport I was startled by a paparazzo who I quite understandably mistook for a zombie," Woody joked. Ha! That is the best explanation I've ever heard for ANYTHING. Which reminds me, Happy Zombie Jesus Day!

OK! is reporting that Angelina Jolie is being told by medical professionals that she should hold off on having another biological child due to complications with the birth of twins Vivienne and Knox. "Her previous pregnancies ended with emergency caesarian secions," a source says. "She's been told that, at the least, she should not get pregnant for a year after her last deliver, and it would be safer if she did not get pregnant, ever." Jolie reportedly faces the risk of "having a stroke or heart attack, and because she developed gestational diabetes, there is a high risk she'll have it again, with the child being at risk for diabetes." Yikes. No joke, that sucks for someone like her who's into umpteen babies.

Pot fiend Woody Harrelson married longtime smoke friend Laura Louie in a ceremony on Maui on Sunday. Guests included Owen Wilson, Willie Nelson, Sean Penn, and Alanis Morissette who sang at the ceremony. The couple has three daughters. You can't tell me that the wedding favors weren't one-hitter pipes.

Eliza Dushku, a hometown girl who will always be close to my heart for being kickass slayer Faith from Buffy, reportedly dumped huge millionaire Family Guy creator Seth McFarlane for LA club impresario Brent Bolthouse. Dusku was here in Boston over the holidays, up in Estate in the VIP section with Brent and her family and friends. Let me tell ya something - Estate is cheesy-wheezy so Eliza must be "damn yo, my town needs a better nightlife." She should start a movement. Everything closes at 2! 

The mysterious trailer for Will Smith and Rosario Dawson's movie together, Seven Pounds, had me combing the Internet for spoilers, since I know I'm not going to go watch the movie (I don't really like "feeling good") and I'm not going to ruin it for you, but it sounds kind of hokey.

Despite that, though, I've always thought Rosario was an interesting actress and Will is just so damn beloved. This will probably end up being just one of Smith's many smash successes from this year. And regardless of how the movie ends, he'll probably end up making a sequel out of this one, if it does well. Everything that guy touches turns to gold.

Also, I had forgotten that Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman's adopted son Connor Cruise was in this. Interesting.
